My goal as your dentist is for you to be healthy and to have a smile that you love. I will take the time to listen and focus on your unique dental needs so that I can give you the care you need, deserve and desire.
Dr. Jesse Head is an Arizona native. He and his wife, Laura, have three children, Caden, Ella and Grayson. Jesse grew up in Phoenix and attended Arizona State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He attended dental school at Oregon Health and Science University, and returned to Arizona to pursue his dream of having his own private dental practice.
Dr. Head is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Arizona Dental Association and Central Arizona Dental Society. He is committed to providing comprehensive lifetime dentistry through the use of new technology to best serve the very different needs of each individual patient. Dr. Head spends many hours every year growing his dental knowledge through continuing education, enabling him to offer the most current dental treatment options to his patients. He is passionate both about his work and the relationships he has with his patients.

This office has great people working there! The dentist is not my favorite place to be, for obvious reasons, but this office makes it as quick and painless as possible. They get you in, do the procedures, and send you on your way. The doctor, hygienists, and front desk employees are all friendly and knowledgeable.

This office is very patient, kind, and accomadating. I love that they respond via text or email. Simple process to schedule appointments. The staff is friendly and nice.

Had a painful issue come up and called for advice. They worked with my schedule to come in and get an X-ray. Katie the hygienist really went out of her way to look at my issue and Michelle the front office person was very helpful getting me an appointment with the Dr. Awesome team!

I have been a patient at Sonoran Vista for many years. They have consistently given excellent service, from Dr. Head to the hygienists to the front desk staff. I am always greeted with a smile, and feel welcomed when I walk in. I would not go anywhere else!

Dr Head is one of a kind! Thorough, kind, and more skilled than any dentist I've ever seen before and I've seen plenty! He won't do unnecessary work but also helps you come up with a plan to do the work needed in a timely and financially supportive way!

I'm afraid this dentist could have messed up with my tooth nerves after he worked on some filings. Today I had another appointment with him to have more fillings done and he said he was not going to work on me that I could get another opinion. I told the dentist my concern about last time him pushing way too hard on my tooth during the fillings procedure. He said that's the way he has always done it and that he has never messed up with a client's tooth nerve in all his years of practice. He gave me a personal example of him getting some fillings. He said that when a dentist works on fillings the client can end up needing root canals and that he didn't get mad at his own dentist for causing him to need root canals. I also told him about last time him just telling me I could reschedule when I told him that I couldn't breathe during the procedure. I told him he was not caring or kind. I wasn't treated with any empathy by the dentist. I have had so many fillings done during my life and it is the first time a dentist pushes so hard on my teeth. I already have discomfort in the tooth he worked on a week ago and I'm truly afraid he harmed my nerves with the pushing. How can I prove he messed up? All what he did was being very defensive. Absolutely the dentist did not care about my well-being. Where are the ethics? Possibly causing more harm than good and not having any skills to work with me to make sure my teeth were okay.
