This is unfortunate. I tried to give this place so many chances but the receptionist was just so rude. I've called for a simply question and she acted like it wasn't her job to explain or get me to someone that can answer my questions. She didn't let me finish my sentence and kept repeating the same answers. Devon sounded like she was so annoyed by my call. I will no longer be going to this place for their service. Everyone else that work there are great but I refused to be disrespected especially when I pay for the service.

They are just ok. I went there for years but the owner of the property is a slumlord, the building is always run down and in disrepair, things are always broken and there's no place to park. They just recently got a new tenant DHS and the parking lot is always packed now with cars. people picking up their welfare checks. This is not a good location bad neighborhood bad area. It's worth finding someplace in a better area of town.

This place is great but when you have to make an appointment it's a pain. You have to wait two months to make every appointment and they had canceled my appointment twice. It's really not convenient to wait this long and kept getting my appointment canceled. They act like I'm getting my dental work done for free it's a paid service so I expected them to stop rescheduling and cancelling my appointment. They shouldn't be scheduling me if they can't keep their words. Annoying and will never go again. I have a job and life, can't keep moving schedule last minute. .

I was in so much nerve pain with 2 teeth. They made it happen for 2 teeth to be relieved in 1 day. Devin is an angel. She didn't blow my pain off she really was so helpful. The Dr doing my root canal was so understanding and made me as pain free and comfortable as possible. I am a nervous wreck with dental work and this office changed my perspective!

Devon is very professional, very prompt, and very thorough in running the office. 10/10 for her time and energy she puts into her work. I recommend every family member, friends, and colleagues to see her and the rest of Sonora Dental Group.

Found this place off a whim. Great energy and lovely staff. They work with my schedule, and keep me informed about upcoming appointments. Crystal clear about how much everything will end up costing which is amazing. Will def keep coming back.

This dental group told me I had five cavities that needed to be filled; upon suspicion I requested the radiographs and sent them to my hometown dentist that I trust. The second opinion did not see any cavities, and a third opinion from North Central Family Dental did not see any cavities as well. Wow! What a relief I didn't get five unnecessary fillings in my mouth. Sounds expensive, right? Sonora Dental Group perpetually pushed a TruAssure Dental insurance plan, explaining they would cover more of the "work" that needed to be done; or pay them more I can't be sure now. Anyways, go to North Central Family Dentistry. Bye.

Been coming to Sonora Dental for almost 3 years following negative experiences elsewhere. Devon (practice manager/reception) is PERFECT - she makes everything professional and friendly. Extraordinary safety and health protocols to the point where I didn't hesitate to go in during 2020 and beyond. Very patient-budget-planning friendly. Never been 'upsold', pushed to do any type of treatment, and they worked me in with emergencies with grace and patience. Honestly, I cannot imagine going anywhere else in Phoenix.

I love this place been coming here for a few years now. I'm required to get my teeth cleaned 4 times a year due to a medical issue. Everyone here is extremely friendly. I highly recommend.

We have been with these guys for 13 years! Today my daughter(15 years old) had an appointment for fillings. She freaked herself out and instead of them telling us that they wouldn't see her or telling us to take her elsewhere, they took the time to calm her down and allowed her reassurance. Devon, Laci and Dr. Chris are AMAZING. This is just one of the many reasons we have been coming to them!!

I am a senior, and on SS. Devon was very rude to me everytime I was at the office. She discussed my case in front of the whole lobby. And mocked me when i said i couldn't afford to pay that kind of money. The people in the back were all great, they need to replace her. On top of that, when I went for a second opinion at another dentist, I called her for my xrays. She rudely asked what I was seeing this dentist for, and told me they couldn't and wouldn't help with my teeth problems. She's a bully.

Great place to work and call home Former employee Ideal dental is great place to work for , the overall focus that go's Into making sure each staff is a member as well as each patient is appreciated is phenomenal, the service at Sonora dental provide by far better then any competitions out their , the level of communication, commitment, and excellence is top notch, from doctors to staff Thank u Sonora for giving me that chance to become part of your family
