I had a great experience at Dr. Sonet's office! I was in a lot of pain and not able to see the dentist I usually go to. I called Dr. Sonet's office and he went out of his way to help me and was able to see me the same day I called. Turns out I needed a root canal. He made me feel super comfortable and explained everything he was doing as he went. I will definitely be going to Dr. Sonet's office from now on!

This place was a literal life saver. I came from out of town and during the flight in, the cabin pressure caused an old filling to press on a nerve. It was the worse pain I have ever felt and brought me to my knees. I quickly looked for an emergency dental care and after looking around for a bit, Sonet Family Dental was the only one that would take me in at such a short notice. They squeezed me in right before they were about to close and stayed open for an additional hour and a half to help me fix my pain. They were incredibly kind and professional. They went out of their way to help me. Highly recommend!!

I amextremely happy with my experience with Dr. Sonet and the entire staff st Sonet Family Medical. They are all extremely friendly and Dr. Sonet always takes the time to explain the procedurez and goes out of his way to ensure that I am comfortable and not in pain. On two occasions he has either come in on a weekend or fit me in within a few hours due to an emergency. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

When I said I do not want to remove my wisdom teeth yet, he said, you have great insurance coverage, why are you leaving the money for this year on the table? I said, "I don't mind paying even out of pocket if the procedure is necessary" and he goes, "But your husband will!." That's because my husband is the primary insurance holder? I found the whole conversation unprofessional and even offensive. Needless to say, stopped going to this practice.

Dr. Sonet and his staff are amazing. The man in a genius when it comes to dental work. I was experiencing severe tooth pain on a Sunday. My wisdom tooth needed to be removed. Not only did he call me back on that Sunday but opened the office and removed the tooth. I didn't feel any pain from the procedure. I would recommend this office to everyone . Bravo to the staff and Dr. Sonet.

Love this place! First place that hasn't pushed for extra treatments or made me feel bad about my dental problems! Everyone is very nice and they are very organized. Highly recommended!

Very professional environment. The staff is caring and will do anything to accommodate your requests. Dr Sonet is very gentle and take his time to explain step by step procedures. Very caring place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother called around 12:45 am because 2 of her teeth were extremely loose so loose that They will probably fall out during the night. This place is supposed to be an emergency dental service but when my mother called to Have the teeth pulled she was told that they're not pulling a tooth at this time of the night and to call back on the morning. Why do you call your "business " an emergency dental service if you don't help with a dental emergency. .these people are a bunch of A**holes. THANKS FOR NOTHING

I moved to West Orange recently, and I was in need of dental work. I had a toothache for some time and I called Sonet Family Dental because the pain had become unbearable. Dr. Sonet's staff got me right in the same day for an emergency visit; this turned out to be a blessing. His office was very clean and his staff was wonderful. Dr. Sonet treated my tooth and I had no pain either during or after the procedure. Now I'm bringing my husband and my kids to him. Thank you for your kindness and your help. Marsha W.

Dr. Sonet is amazing. He took into my need to make me comfortable. I have a rare syndrome which makes me hard to anesthetize, but he took his time to make sure I was numb to continue with treatment. He made sure I was completely comfortable to continue with fillings when no other dentist was. He will forever be my dentist for now on out! Love love love Dr. Sonet!!!

I had a terrible toothache recently on a Sunday. I called several dentists, but not one responded. I called Dr. Sonet's number and he answered! He came down to open up his office and he took care of my emergency; I needed emergency root canal treatment, and I was nervous. Dr. Sonet numbed me up and worked on my tooth. Amazingly, it was painless! Thank you, Dr. Sonet, for taking care of my emergency; you saved the day, literally!!

I have been going to Dr.Sonet since I was 3 years old. I've gone for my cleaning every six months and I have always had a good experience. I haven't had a cavity at all because he always shows me how to properly brush and floss especially now with my braces. I like going to Dr.Sonet because he is so nice with me and so are the ladies that work with him. Maybe my kids will go to him someday too.

Dr. Sonet is a wonderful find. He explains what he is doing. He goes to great lengths to keep you as comfortable as possible. The office staff is well organized and friendly, and they remind you about upcoming appointments.

At a late hour my tooth started aching and I was in desperate need of a dentist to fix it. When I called Dr. Sonet's office, Dr. Sonet answered very promptly and told me to meet him at his office in 2 hours. When I went to his office, he immediately sat me down and started to work on me. all past dentists, from my experience, tend to be rough and impatient when dealing with me, but not Dr. Sonet. He was very gentle and really gave the time to put me out of my pain. I was very pleased with his professionalism and experience as a dentist. I would strongly advise going to Sonet family dentistry if you are in search of a dentist or have an emergency. Thank you Dr. Sonet, Carson Mack
