These guys are a joke, don't waste your time. Think about it, they give you free ice cream. Does that sound like a responsible dentist? The receptionist at 5 pm on July 5th was a immature pubescent tween who was being rude to everyone because the dentist needed to leave on time. How well do you think they're paying their dentists if he or she so worried about leaving on time? My guess is their amateur at best. Plenty of options in Laveen. Glad we didn't make it past the front desk. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I went and got work done here and had braces put in. My dentist was great and so was Dr Choy. I appreciate them both. However, the tech who placed the braces in for me ruined the entire experience. He was not a happy person, unpleasant and honestly didn't want to be there or didn't want me there. He was short with me and dismissive. The only question he seemed genuinely interested in was my age. I'm 40... Maybe he thought I was too old to be there. Why couldn't he get that info from his colleagues instead of asking me very loudly infront of other techs and patients. And this isn't my first time having braces so I know what to expect. I know patients should be politely educated on hygiene and flossing. My tech said "you need to floss or we'll take everything off for a month" I guess until they see that I've been flossing. I'm surprised to see the rating to be so high. I wish my experience was as pleasant and being that I go out of my way to come to this location and that this is a service I'm paying for I expect kindness; Professionalism and politeness.... Regrets that I chose this company.

The dentistry is very nice and features modern equipment that will make your visit much easier. They have a very inviting atmosphere and the Dr did a very good job. I didn't feel any pain at all during my root canal. 4 stars because they would not honor my request for a gold crown on my molar.

I had the most welcoming and helpful experience coming to this location. Thank you so much Doctor Wilson, for your professional care. I would come here again, if I have to but hopefully not lol. Great clinic overall. =)

Update: OMG!! The personal has managed to get me through that bad experience with another clinic's personal. I don't have anything again the clinic nor their services. I am glad to refer anyone to the clinic. They have gone above and beyond since that day. This will definitely make me continue using their services.

Honestly... not the best experience I've had. I was recommended a deep cleaning which I've never had to get before and I get cleanings every 6 months. On my second day they almost numbed the wrong side of my mouth because they "wrote it down wrong" normally deep cleanings take about 30 minutes but mine was done in 10. The doctor is good.... But everything seems rushed and routine. I wouldn't recommend to any of my friends.

I drive 40 min every time to this location. I love the excellent customer service every time I come here. Dr.Hendrix and the team really take their time explaining the procedures and you never feel rushed. I love this office team! I would highly recommend this office

Great overall experience from check-in to check-out. Staff provided a good plan on what I should be done, they were on top of the game with the insurance company. Felt like I was in good hands.

Today was my second visit. The staff are very nice and professional. The front desk answered all of my questions and concerns. Their dental office is very clean and well maintained. It's a great place to bring your kids to get their dental work done. (Roger H)
