Beautiful office and greeted as if you were family, yet although you pay their outrageous prices their work is not guaranteed. I had a cosmetic frontal filling for 20 yrs ..the hygienist suggested that I have it redone because of discoloration and I did. Less than 10 months later a piece had come off I called in for a redo and they wanted to charge me full price to have it repaired. Not a penny less, no credit, nothing. No wonder they are so friendly n nice sad to say this is one of those dental offices that are only after your money. Don't trust them with your money or your teeth.

Show me dental group is an amazing dental facility. From my first call to schedule an appointment and make inquiries and then throughout my experience at the South Miami location was beyond pleasant. All staff that I engage with from receptionist to dentist. It is rare these days to walk into any business and particularly medical Offices where you feel totally relaxed and comfortable. That was my experience at SOMI Dental Group. I've visited numerous dental offices in my years and this by far tops them all. This location appears to have all the latest technologies available for the patients. In conclusion, I highly recommend that if you are looking for dental care inquire I can assure you you won't be disappointed. Very nice staff, but prices are completely ridiculous and they have used car sales high pressure tactics... Their "sales agent" put me making $280,000 per year with out asking so i would get approved for more credit(that was my red flag)!! The work i needed from them was $1600, i found another great dentist that only charged me $850! MAKE SURE TO SHOP AROUND BEFORE COMMITTING TO THEIR TREATMENT PLAN! There is a reason the first visit is free!

I LOVE this place...On my first visit , after I had spinal surgery and wasn,t getting around too well , In an exemplary display of kindness , I was assisted , hand and arm , by Natallia , of the office staff, to the elevator, down the stairs and waited with me until my ride home had arrived and then assisted me into the auto. What a display of kindness , rarely , if ever seen...Thank you Natallia , I love you and this place.
