Traditional braces are applied to the teeth and work in two phases. First, the crowns of the teeth are shifted to the desired position. After this has been achieved, the roots of the teeth are then shifted. The entire procedure takes an average of 18 months to 3 years! DO NOT LIE IN YOUR ADS!! You advertise $79 for a Teeth cleaning. I called you to confirm the price and you told me the $79 includes "comprehensive exam, X-Rays and teeth cleaning". When I got to your place, you did the X Rays and told me, cleaning will be $1.500!! I can not trust you any more!! DO NOT LIE IN YOUR ADS!!!

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I was very disappointed when I visited this office. Their treatment of patients was very poor. I called prior to my appointment to make sure they would take my insurance and they did. You know some o thing is off when they do NOT use protective equipment when doing x-rays and then When I was done with my X-rays the lady from the front desk came rushing to basically kick me out because they would not accept my insurance. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. If customer care means anything to you, This is not the right place, they are lacking. I called my insurance and they confirmed that their office was in the list of providers, when I called them back to straighten things out they would not respond or reply. I will not go back there

If you want an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY Dental Group that has your best interest at heart...this is NOT the place for you. I wished I'd read the reviews prior to me entering this dentistry. I recently read the reviews after the fact of wasting my TIME, MONEY and enduring tremendous pain from crowns that I did not need. Today I suffer from PTSD & in need of teeth repaired...(WARNING)!! S/n You can't post without giving a star... 1 star for the cleaning before my teeth were destroyed.

Cold called the office from a flyer in my US Mail. Best decision! Janet is amazing hygienist and Dr. Lopez is outstanding. All other in the office are nice as well. I left my last dentist due to interpersonal reasons. I got lucky with Somi and very pleased.

I had my 1st appointment recently and waited 35 minutes before they took me in the back for dental X-rays. After about an hour and ten minutes, the dentist still didn't see me. I saw him walking around the office and down the hall texting. I had something to do, so I left and told them I'd call back to schedule my cleaning and cavity care. I called back 3 days later to schedule the cleaning and cavity care and was told that there was something up with their computers and they would call me back. It's been 4 days and I still haven't heard back from them. So far, this is not feeling like a professional dentist office and I am not impressed.

Dr. Lopez and his whole staff are wonderful! It's an upbeat atmosphere, everyone is always smiling and laughing. Dr. Lopez has always done great work for me and my husband. For four years we've travel from West Palm Beach to his office in Miami and we are so excited for his second location in Boca Raton! I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.

Dr. Lopez and his staff are without a doubt the gold standard when I comes dentistry. I used to be apprehensive about visiting the dentist but as soon as I entered the office they gave me a warm welcome and the front staff including Cynthia walked me thru every step and made sure not only did I understand what my treatment was but made me feel comfortable. What a welcoming dental office and staff. My family and I drive from Orlando to come see Dr. Lopez and his staff. He is dedicated, great bedside manners and very patient. Thank you Somi Dental for making my family's dental experiences easy and fun. We will drive down to South Florida as many times as we need to have our dental work done by the best. Highly recommend.

Somi Boca Raton is by far the best and most professional dentistry I've ever experienced. The office staff and the technology all around the office is top of the line, you almost don't feel like you're at the dentist. Dr. Lopez is a genius, the way he can walk you through a procedure, his patience and the attention to detail in everything he does really blew me away. I had heard about his office in South Miami, and I'm so happy they went North!
