Dr. Raj Sinha, D.M.D., ICOIDr. Raj Sinha graduated form Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and received his Bachelors in 1987. In 1991, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. Sinha completed his Bachelors and Dental Doctorate in 6 years instead of 8, making him the youngest doctor in his graduating class.
Dr. Sinha has participated in numerous courses and seminars to expand his dental education, including the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies (for bite and TMJ disorders), Dental Implantology, Periodontology (gum disease) and Sedation dentistry.In addition, Dr. Sinha has advanced training from New York University and was a clinical instructor at NYU Dental School. He is a fellow with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

In 2006, she graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. She joined Somerset Smiles in the summer of 2006. Dr.Joanna Hrymoc-Sinha was voted as Jersey Choice Top Dentist in 2017, 2019 and featured in Jersey Monthly Magazine. Dr. Hrymoc-Sinha is also a part time Clinical Assistant Professor at the New York University College of Dentistry's Full Mouth Rehabilitation program.
This is a continuing dental education program for general dentists where she teaches how to diagnose, treat and manage difficult conventional and implant supported full-mouth rehabilitation cases. At NYU she was Clinical Associate from 2012-2015 and was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor Since 2016. Dr. Hrymoc became the first female faculty at the Full Mouth Reconstruction program.

I have been here twice, several years apart, and highly recommend this dentist. He takes care of the problem right away, and is wonderful. Both times I had been experiencing pain and this was alleviated promptly without complications. Five stars, 100% all the way. A great staff here.

I've had countless bad experiences with dentists in my life time but this office was NOT one of them. Somerset Smiles is great at putting patient care as their number one priority without breaking the bank. They don't push, they don't try scare tactics and are very straight forward with you. What I like most is I have never had unnecessary work done here- which is hard to find nowadays. I went here with my boyfriend today as a new patient and they took wonderful care of him. I'd you're looking for a dentist that you can trust Somerset Smiles is the best choice!

This is such a professional dental office- the best I've been to! Very nice, from Karen the receptionist to the dental assistant to the doctors. Everyone here takes their time, makes you feel safe and calm and does a professional and efficient job. Highly recommend. Just had my wisdom tooth taken out and it went very well!

I moved to Somerset in 2000. When I was looking for a new dentist various people suggested Somerset Smiles. Dr Sinha and the entire staff welcomed me with open arms. Everyone made me feel important and comfortable. Because of my previous experiences with other dentists I was very nervous and anxious and never wanted to keep my appointments. Now I look forward to going to the dentist and enjoy the time and commitment displayed by each and everyone part of their team. The atmosphere is always so pleasant. My entire family are patients as well as many of my friends and now co-workers. Thank you for all that you do.

As you search for dentists in the area please consider Somerset Smiles. I discovered Somerset smiles over 7+ years ago and as of today I am still a patient. Dr. Sinha and Dr. Hrymoc-Sinha are AMAZING. Both dentist are gentle and preform EXCELLENT work and service. All of your questions and concerns are answered. The staff is warm, friendly and professional. Kasia, she is AWESOME! Currently, I am in treatment for invisalign and my tooth looks GREAT. Both dentist and staff did an EXCELLENT job in helping me achieve a beautiful smile and heathy teeth. I've recommended a few friends/coworkers to Somerset Smiles over the years and everyone has reported how grateful they are for the referral and how AMAZING Dr. Sinha and Dr. Hrymoc-Sinha and staff are. Dr. Hrymoc and Dr. Sinha are extremely pleasant and welcoming. I feel very comfortable being their patient. The assistant Kasia is very nice as-well and her wonderful sense of humor creates a lovely environment. Every employee at the office has wonderful qualities. I once had to get some shots and Dr. Sinha spent valuable time making me feel very safe. Although I have a fear of needles I was able to overcome it with both Dr. Sinha and Dr. Hrymoc by my side. I could not thank everyone at the office enough for the great work they have done. This office is the definition of marvelous.

I was scare going to the dentist because of my sensitive teeth. The staff as well as the doctor made my visit so comforting and easy. I have never had such superb attention at my previous dentist. My friend and coworker recommended her longtime dentist team to me, and I could not be happier. I do not have the best dental insurance; the office staff and both doctors always make sure I have the benefits to cover procedures before performing them, which I truly appreciate. Moreover, every office employee greets me by name (tough to pronounce) each time, even after many months. Both doctors are amazingly skilled and take time to explain each procedure and weigh the risks and benefits. Fillings are done quickly and efficiently, and yes, even wisdom teeth have been painlessly extracted without the extra expense of anesthesia and dental surgery. I could not be more satisfied with Somerset Smiles. Do check them out for a great experience!

Best dentist ever I'm the most anxious patient every little thing makes me move and jump but dr sinha is very gentle and amazing with my teeth knowing the sensitivity my teeth has would highly recommend to anyone!!
