The full process from extraction to implant was fast and without issues. Dr Jacobus and staff explained all they were doing and answered all questions. The Dr was very efficient keeping you in the chair as little as possible constantly checking on your well being and comfort level. I've been here for 3 teeth now and have never had an issue

45 minutes to get all of my wisdom teeth out. I only did laughing gas and local anesthetic and it was fine. Minor pain 5 hours after, No pain on second day. If I had 4 more wisdom teeth I would get them taken out here as well.

Dr. Jacobus has magic hands. I had a horrible oral surgery experience at Rutgers School of Medicine in Newark, NJ. Medicaid holders do not have the best access to QUALITY providers. I needed another oral surgery extraction but refused to go back to Rutgers. This practice is pretty and the rooms have a feel of luxury, which is appreciated. I didn't feel a thing, not even the lidocaine injections. I didn't even know the procedure was over until I asked. I felt nothing. I'm sure the laughing gas helped . They gave me medicated mouthwash, antibiotics, and pain medicine; that's without having to ask. I recommend anyone to this practice.

I have been trying to call for days and I keep getting left on hold. Once someone picks up, they immediately hang up without a word said. Very disappointing.

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Jacobus on 9/30/22 and he was the most kindest and gentle person one could have for such a procedure. I went in extremely nervous because of people i know in my life explaining how horrible it was to take their wisdom teeth out on simply just local anesthesia but Dr. Jacobus truly proved them wrong in every way. He has smart ideas to avoid noticing the initial injection for the anesthesia as well as talks you through the procedure to ease your nerves. I was given three options when it came to the anesthesia so no worries for those who are nervous of needles. Truly a 10/10 experience as he knew exactly how the procedure would go down by just viewing the x-rays and teeth so you know he's extremely smart in what he does. I truly recommend him as a doctor and the front desk ladies of this facility are very welcoming and kind. I have no complaints of my experiences here. I'll definitely choose them the next time I need oral surgery!

Emma seemed very comfortable there. Your office is immaculate and all the staff are so nice. Emma is very swollen today on her left side. I fact even though we are icing on and off every 20 minutes, the left side has never gone down. The right side looks better. She cannot open her mouth to much so she's been drinking a lot of protein drinks and yogurt. Pain is less today. Only doing Advil and Tylenol every 3 hours switching off. Thank you to everyone who made her feel so comfortable, Sandy Osborn, Mom

I had a bad experience although I never got to meet the doctor the staff had me in the waiting room waiting an hour and a half I did come 30 minutes early to do the paperwork but there was no reason to sit an extra hour when I walked in No one was in the office after waiting four people walked in and got taken before me I don't understand why that happened and I asked and they weren't too friendly about it the next day I called the manager and she was even worse didn't try to keep me as a patient!

I want to thank the entire staff for helping my daughter in an emergency situation, scheduled her last minute for a surgery procedure. The receptionist Celia was very nice and understanding. She did everything she could to get my daughter the care that she needed. My daughter told me that Doctor Jacobus was very nice, had a great sense of humor and treated her with empathy and understanding. He did not want her to suffer the kind of pain she was experiencing. I highly recommend this office for dental care. Again Jeanette and myself thank you All very much
