Khaula Chaudhry, DMD, has wanted to be a dentist since she was 14 years old. She was inspired to pursue her dreams by watching her parents and two older siblings work hard to achieve the American dream.
I became a general dentist because I love to do it all, Dr. Chaudhry says. Becoming a specialist in one area was possible, but I couldnt see myself only practicing one area of dentistry. I find enjoyment in restorative and cosmetic dentistry as well as endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
The couple lived in Saginaw for a brief time while Dr. Chaudhry-Kazi worked at a Saginaw, Michigan, dental office that was voted best of the best for 14 consecutive years. While working in Philadelphia and Saginaw, Dr. Chaudhry discovered a love of treating multiple generations in one family. She is especially interested in working with children to set them on a road to a lifetime of good oral health.
After the birth of their first child, the couple felt called to return to Troy to raise their newborn near family. Here, with the help of her husband and family, Dr. Chaudhry has made her dream of owning her own dental practice come true. She is excited to serve her community with the best value and highest quality dental care possible.
Dr. Chaudhry comes from a large and close family, and with that background, she sees the importance of building strong relationships with her patients. She cares for patients as if they were members of her own family.

Dr Chaudhry was recommended by a friend and I am so glad that I have finally found a dentist who is great at her work and somebody I can truly trust. She has become our family dentist. We are very happy with clinic and the treatment there. I also want to give a shoutout to Amy at the clinic for amazing work.

I was really impressed by the whole office. Everyone was super friendly and were always making sure I was comfortable during my whole visit. Dr. Chaudhry was very professional and I appreciated that she took time to go through the X-Rays with me and explain everything she was seeing. She answered all the questions I had and helped guide me to making the best decisions I could for my dental health. Both Dr. Chaudhry and Amy were also very gentle with my teeth and mouth when performing their work. They gave me many opportunities to rest my jaw and face during the cleaning/examination. I even forgot my HSA card and they were flexible enough to allow me to run home and come back to pay. I am so happy to have found a great dentist (and dental assistants!) in the area and I am very much looking forward to building my relationship with them when I come back every 6 months for dental checkups and cleanings.

Our previous dentist retired so we looked for someone new closer to home. Dr. Chaudhry was awesome. She explained everything very well and answered any questions I had as well. Cleaning and x-rays were quick and easy. Definitely coming back in six months!

My daughters and I switched over to Somerset Dentistry as our previous dental office was too far. We really like it! The staff is very friendly, personable, and professional! The office is new and very well kept. I was impressed with all the up-to-date technology. They really explain to you step by step what they are doing and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this dental office to anyone!

I had an amazing experience at Somerset Dentistry! Dr. Chaudry does a great job of educating her patients. She walked me through all my x-rays, and took close-up pictures of my teeth and explained to me what she sees in the pictures. She's also very precise AND fast. I appreciate her transparency and bedside manner!

This is the best dentist I have been to all my life!!!! The doctors are very nice and very informative on what they are doing!! They treat me like the child that I am and I love it. Definitely worth it and their work is amazing. Definitely becoming a permanent patient here :)

I have never been to such an amazing and elegant dental office. Dr. Chaudhry is truly one of the most ethical doctors, she was very sweet and explanatory when it came to my dental issues. Her assistant did an amazing job of prepping me for the exam and he was as informative and sweet as the doctor. Overall I would highly recommend somerset dentistry. 5/5!!!!

Great overall experience with Dr. Chaudhry. The doctor and the staff were very friendly and informative. I actually learned a lot about my own oral health during my first visit thru their precise explanation. Office and instruments were clean and tidy.

First off I'm terrified of going to the dentist but they made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. They did great work and explained everything they were doing. Would definitely recommend anyone going here!!! 10/10 experience!!

Dentist Mrs Khaula Chaudhry is an exceptional Dentist. She cleans our children's teeth and my wife's teeth as well as mine. She has a great demeanor along with her very professional skill. Very kind and friendly from the moment I stepped foot in the door to the minute I walked out. They walked me through every step to getting to my dream teeth in detail, which I loved and appreciated. Helped me to understand what is going on with my teeth and what needs to be done. Gave me helpful tips on what I can do to prevent/avoid damage. I, personally, have never had a dentist that had me this excited to go on this journey. 10/10 highly recommend
