Teenage daughter has anxiety. Asked ahead of time if they offer any nitrous oxide and was told yes but none of the providers that day did . She began to get anxious once realizing that she had to get novacaine. The doctor (Prager) came in and seemed completely annoyed. The assistant I'm assuming is their office "tough girl" came in, hands on hips and didn't offer any of the compassionate practices I'm reading about here. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule and when we were gathering our things to leave she returned to our room to let us know that the time spot was reserved for my daughter and that what happened was a lack of "common courtesy" on our parts. We were early... I missed 2 hours of work and she missed a test that day. Nobody expected the visit to turn out that way. I don't like to waste people's time at all, but they could not have been ruder nor less caring. There are a few friendly staff members.... but I'm in the market for people with far better bedside manner.

Always fast and friendly have had quite a few painful emergencies needing attention in my life. They've always come through for me. Get me an appointment quick and I never wait long to get cake back to see the doctor. They always answer their phones. Do good clean work. Never had a bad thing to say about any doctor I've seen. No one really likes a visit to the dentist but I choose this place over any other dentist I've gone to in the past. I also moved recently, I'm still driving over an hour to go here because I really trust these guys to take care of my teeth.

I was having a lot of teeth pulled and the staff their is AMAZING! They are so nice and no pain with my extractions! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Somers Point Dental!! I have a lot of anxiety and their staff helped me through it!! I've been going here for over a year now, if not longer. From filings to partials to dentures! Amazing work!!!

The dental hygienist was very nice and personable! The dentist needs to work on his bedside manner. He was extremely impersonable! He did not explain why he asked me to stick out my tongue as he stretched out my mouth . It was uncomfortable and uninformative.

A Well Organized Office & All Where Very Professional. Not Much Waiting Time. They Have The Latest Equipment & Knew How To Made You Very Comfortable. I Was Very Surprised How My Dentist Told Me I Could Get All My Teeth Work Completed In 2 Hours & I Have A Lot Of Dental Work To Be Done. It Was A Long Trip There BUT Well Worth The Trip. With All Of The Shopping Stores In The Area-I Though I Was In Hollywood, Florida Where My Mother Lives. I Am Very Pleased I Am A Client Here.

Booked appointments for two of my children. They were both terrified due to past experiences with the dentist. Somers Point Dental was amazing! Warm, caring and both the kids left happy no longer afraid of the dentist!

False advertising!!! If you're a parent don't waste your time! Just called this place to find out they do NOT do pediatric care. They will refer you to other dentists via Google.... Yes via Google. As in, Go look it it up yourself.

I have been here at least 10 times and everyone is very nice and a pleasure to deal with and a important one about dentist is they don't one you to be in any pain +++

I had to have few root canals done I went there for a second opinion because other place wanted to pull.He did amazing their beautiful feel strong in mouth. He made me feel so comfortable and his assistant it was a lot of work 2 hrs straight. The place clean staff very kind they get you in and out booked fast for anything else love it score 10

First let me say that the staff was always and continues to be exceptional and nothing short. Regardless - This dental office has lost site of their main necessity; the patient.i have been going here for five or so years and was asked to wait several weeks before an appointment after explaining how much pain i was in. Okay, so your backed up, not your fault and i respect the fact that you have other patients and first call first serve, cannot knock em for that. What i can knock them for is that on the day of my appointment after waiting in pain several weeks i had found myself in their office at tte time of my appointment learning that they do same day walk-ins. Enough said.

They seem very friendly. However I'm not having the best experience ever. So I was told I had a cavity. So I got a fill on July 25. Next day I felt discomfort and a little pain I gave it a couple of days hoping to feel better but it didn't happen. I called them up they had no appointments available until until about 5 weeks later. I patiently waited for September 7 thinking I was finally going 2b seen and help with the pain.but they only took X-rays and gave me penicillin they r planning on doing a root canal but I have 2wait because it has to b approved by the insurance. Which I understand.The pain intensify with each day to the point that my side face is swollen. Today September 9 I stopped by their office because is supper painful and I showed them how swollen it is Hoping to get help with the pain but I came out with no help. I understand the insurance situation but the wait time for the appointment. And how I had absolutely no issues with the tooth until they supposedly did the filling that is now causing all these problems. They probably have the best intentions but their time they make you wait for an appointment when in pain it's horrible . I'm feeling helpless and with a horrible pain and all swollen.

My experience was great!! I have anxiety going to any medical appointment and the office staff was so kind and immediately made me feel better! Dr. Yoo, the oral surgeon, was wonderful. He had me in and out quickly, while still giving great care! I'm extremely happy with my care here!
