Over the last 5 years, Dr. Gilge has served thousands of patients locally and internationally as part of several dental missions. This community and world service has confirmed that dentistry isnt just his profession its his calling. Based on his sons commitment to pursue a career in dentistry and to follow in his footsteps, Dr. Gilge has returned to private practice in order to pave a path for the familys next generation of dentists.
Married to his wife Christine for over 30 years and has children and grand children, Dr. Gilges hobbies include fishing, boating, hunting, and building just about anything. He is an avid traveler and loves experiencing new cultures. He especially enjoys Asian food.

Christine has been married over 30 years, has two adult children, and several grand children. She loves building relationships and welcoming new patients to the dental family. Christine is the director of the non-profit Adorned In Grace Tacoma, which raises awareness of trafficking, and advocates prevention and restoration for survivors of exploitation. She is eager to share how each patient is part of the mission to combat human trafficking! Solutions Dental has funded and donated space to fight modern day slavery Here at Solutions Dental, not only are smiles being restored, but lives are being transformed.
Kelly, a registered dental hygienist, loves coaching people on ways to achieve better dental health. Her dedication to dentistry began at age 17 and she is a long-time participant in local periodontal disease study clubs. Married to her childhood sweetheart Kelly has three teenagers who are approaching their college years. She feels blessed to be a part of the Solutions Dental team and enjoys the kindness that radiates from this dental office!
A graduate of Pierce College, Emily has been a practicing dental hygienist since 2005. She loves her career and feels blessed to be a part of Solutions Dental. Emily has in-depth experience in pediatric and general dentistry and looks forward to meeting each patient. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two very active daughters.
Kim, hygienist has been a registered dental hygienist for almost 30 years. She is passionate about providing a positive experience for her patients and educating them on their oral health! in addition to caring for patients in private practice, Kim teaches dental hygiene at Pierce College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years, their two grown daughters, family and friends. She loves traveling, wineries, sporting events and walks with her dog Lexi!
Candy has been working in the dental field for eight years. She truly loves every aspect of her job. Married for ten years and the mother of three, Candy cherishes the time she spends with her family at home and in the community. She enjoys baseball, football and camping. Candy and her husband serve as part of the youth and adult ministries at their church.
