He has been working in private practice for 42 years in Solon, Ohio. Karol Dental Hygienist/Dental Assistant Karol is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) as well as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). Her dental hygiene career began over 40 years ago and has been one of the best choices she has ever made. Being able to help, teach, and guide our patients to better dental and overall health is her favorite part of her job. She is proud to be a part of Dr. Poland and Dr. Gregory's team and she works extremely hard to make dental visits run as smoothly as possible. Shelley Dental Hygienist Shelley has been practicing dental hygiene for 12 years, working the past 2-1/2 years with Dr. Poland. She has been married for 26 years and has two grown children. The merge with Dr. Poland's team and new office has provided an exciting opportunity to keep growing as a professional. Pam Dental Hygienist Pam earned her degree in Health Science, Dental Hygiene from Florence-Darlington Technical College in Florence, SC. She has been working in private practice for 21 years and enjoys helping patients find their best smile.
