Dr. Michael Solomon has been practicing orthodontics since June of 2004. As a teenager, he became interested in various medical professions, but through the guidance of his childhood dentist, he was led toward the oral healthcare profession. Dr. Solomons innate attention to detail is in part what makes being an orthodontist so rewarding.
For Dr. Solomon, the most gratifying thing about orthodontics is seeing the transformation in his patients self-confidence as they go through treatment. He finds it truly exciting to watch a person who used to hide his or her smile become a person who smiles wholeheartedly and confidently.
Dr. Solomon is committed to the highest standard of care. Each person's needs are both unique and different, and the challenge of creating the best possible outcome for each patient is what keeps his profession exciting.
Dr. Solomon was born in Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico when he was very young. He spent his entire childhood there until he moved to Austin, Texas to attend the University of Texas. His Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Orthodontic Residency were both completed at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental Branch. Dr. Solomon regularly attends continuing education courses, which enable him to keep current with the most up-to-date topics of his specialty, allowing him to treat his patients with the best technology and techniques.
Dr. Solomon is blessed to have three children, two sons and a daughter, and to round out the family achocolate lab named Jack. In his free time, Dr. Solomon enjoys being outside, whether he is boating, golfing, or watching his sons play baseball or his daughter play soccer. Dr. Solomon is most passionate about his faith and his family, and through both of these, he feels can be successful and help others.

Dr. Solomon is passionate about his faith, his family, and his career in orthodontics. Through these qualities, he feels he can be successful and help others achieve a great smile, improve self-confidence, and assist in enriching others' lives in any way possible.
He has three children, two sons Tyler and Drew, and a daughter Emily. In his free time, Dr. Solomon loves watching his children participate in various events including sports and other activities. He also enjoys hobbies such as restoring his dune buggy, metal fabrication, spending time outside, boating, golfing, and playing with his dog, Jack!
Sabrina is most excited to be able to witness our patients orthodontic transformation from the beginning to the end. Sabrina initially joined the practice in 1998 completing her internship from San Antonio College, receiving a Registered Dental Assistant Certification. She is native to Texas; however, with her husbands military career she had the opportunity to live in Germany for nine years. Sabrina has also had the privilege of rejoining the team three times in between duty stations. She enjoys having the ability to help wherever needed in the clinic.
Sabrina has two children; her son is attending Second City in Chicago and her daughter is at Texas State University. They also have two toy poodles. During her free time, she enjoys various outdoor activities and traveling.
Andrea has been a treatment coordinator working alongside Dr. Solomon since 2012. She is responsible for getting our patients started on their journey to a new smile. Andrea takes pride in building relationships with our patients and their families and takes pride in maintaining exceptional customer service. Her main objective is to make sure every patient has a rewarding and positive experience with Solomon Orthodontics.
Outside of assisting with providing great smiles, Andrea is an avid sports fan who enjoys volunteering her time coaching a variety of sports. She founded the Temple Flyers Track & Field Club in 2003, which is one of the largest summer track clubs in Central Texas. Andrea has also coached several athletes in basketball over the past 15 years. Andrea has been married for 22 years to her husband, Chuey and they have two beautiful children, Jazmin and Chuey. They have recently and proudly become grandparents to an adorable grandson, Braylen.
Denise works with patients regarding their payments, accounts, and insurance. She is the liaison between the insurance companies and the patient, and oversees office operations. Denise has 32 years experience in the dental field; she started as an assistant in a general dental office, worked her way up to office manager, and then joined Solomon Orthodontics in August 2014. Denise is happy to be part of a team where the staff is very caring, where with Dr. Solomons leadership, they strive to pay close attention to and treat our patients as they would a beloved family member.
Denise has three grown children (two girls and one boy) and six grandchildren (two girls and four boys) with whom she loves spending time. When at home she enjoys the company of her 12-year-old Yorkshire terrier, Rudy while crafting. Denise also facilitates a sewing/quilting class at Canyon Creek Baptist Church in Temple, where she is an active member, sings in the choir, loves worshipping, and being with fellow believers.
Yara joined the team in 2008. She enjoys meeting and interacting with all of our patients. As a Registered Dental Assistant, Yara takes patients photos, X-rays, and impressions, as well as helping at the front desk.
Heather has two sons with whom she enjoys spending her free time. Both are actively involved in sports, and she looks forward to attending each and every event. She is originally from Lubbock, Texas, a huge Red Raider Fan, an avid football fan, and likes to relax with a good book.
Brenda joined the team in 2003; however, she initially pursued and started her career in Hawaii. Brenda enjoys seeing our patients smile at the end of their treatment. She also enjoys working with Dr. Solomon as he makes our office fun. In addition to assisting Dr. Solomon, she also assumes the responsibility of ordering the necessary materials for the clinic.
Charday joined our office in 2015. She attended Texas State Technical College in 2010 and finished with her Registered Dental Assisting Certification in 2011. She assists patients through their entire orthodontic journey and she loves her job because she considers her coworkers and our patients her extended family.
As an assistant, Zuset enjoys gaining relationships with patients as well as seeing the final results, while ensuring their comfort throughout the process. She joined the team in 2011 and is grateful for the team she works with!
Zuset is originally from Cuba and she moved to the United States when she was 13, Being part of a military family, Zuset lived in various states. She has a fianc and two small dogs. During her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading, watching TV, and shopping.
April began as a nursing major but decided to build an education in the dental field instead. She holds an Associates in Science and General Studies, is CPR certified, and has had her RDA license since 2006. As a part of our team, April assists the doctor in duties to help patients achieve a better smile, retains records, and helps with duties around the clinic. When a patient comes into the clinic, April goes above and beyond to make their experience with us a pleasant one with each visit. If she can turn someone who hates their smile into someone who absolutely loves their smile, that really makes her day! She loves being a part of those transformations.
April is the mother of two wonderful boys and has a dog and a ferret. She loves to play softball and volunteers as a rodeo wrangler with her church, working with horses and teaching how to handle them. She is passionate about music and loves to sing and listen to music in her spare time and at church.
Beginning her dental career in 1983, Angie brought a wealth of experience when she joined our office. She is adept at taking care of patients in regards to wire changes and assisting Dr. Solomon during bandings and debonds. Angie loves working with patients and seeing how orthodontics brings on smiles! She is happy to be a part of a team of fine assistants that do their best to help one another.
Angie and her husband Bryan have four beautiful children, all grown and busy with families of their own. She also has six grandchildren who are her world! When Angie and Bryan are off the clock, they enjoy playing music. They make up the band Wayworn Traveler and enjoy playing at local venues!
