Very professional This was our first appointment and the location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, the building is beautiful and clean, and we were seen at our appointment time and in and out in a very short time. The staff came out and explained all the procedures and the follow-up recommendations. I would highly recommend Solomon dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Our family of 4 was scheduled at the incorrect office location and the office did nothing to attempt to accommodate their error. All 4 children missed school as a result. I was told by someone who answered the phone, "This was a call center mistake not our problem in the front office here. You are past our 10 minute grace period for appointments." I had been at our usual location which was closed and waiting on hold, trying to get ahold of someone to see what was going on, prior to the actual appointment time. Due to the poor attitude of the front office staff we won't be back. This has happened twice. The clinical staff is great with our kiddos but scheduling has been a big hassle. Unfortunately, having a large family means scheduling so many children needs to run as smoothly as possible.

I had a great experience bringing my 7year old daughter here. The staff is friendly welcoming and nice. Dr.Zach is amazing , he helped by making my baby feel comfortable and got her to stop crying by talking to her. I highly recommend this office, best experience

My son had a great experience. Most important is that you were able to diagnose a problem he had with tooth pain as pain associated with wisdom teeth growth. Others dentists believed the pain to be trauma from previous cavities that were filled. They recommended evasive measures like a root canal. Whew! So glad you guys took a thorough look at the situation!

We had such a great experience, my son has been to multiple dentists and always has anxiety about it.. usually results in the appointment being a bit traumatic. The atmosphere the staff here create helped him feel at ease and they said they would have never guessed he's usually anxious! They handled him very well, they know kids! Happy to be returning here!
