A root canal is possibly the most feared dental 'procedure' there is. Today I had one of them, but the wonderful staff there led by Doc Zuaitar, were uniformly superb. I was anxious but, from the moment I walked in, I was put at ease. I cannot recommend this Practice enough. I mean, they have a dental MRI machine on-site - top notch. Many Thanks you guys (and- best part - they laughed at my mostly-funny jokes) ;-)

My husband was seen at his local dentist and quickly realize he needed a root canal ASAP. Referral given to SE and they got him in immediately that day! Top Notch service from the first phone call to check out! Everyone was friendly, caring and knowledgeable! Thank you SE for your kindness and professionalism in treating my husband!

My 8 year old needed a root canal and they were so wonderful with him. Dr Zuaitar, as well as the hygienists, were kind and patient with him, explained everything and very understanding of his feelings throughout the process. So very pleased!

This doctor and his staff are amazing. They treated me with so much kindness and respect. The procedure was completed much sooner than I expected. The most painful thing was getting the shot at the beginning. I didn't have any pain when I left and I had hardly any pain at all in the following days. It was really amazing. There were some complications with my tooth with bone loss and infection but he worked hard to save the tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Pichardo to anybody who needs a root canal

Worst customer service . I was going to be a new patient tomorrow both cami and some other lady kept wanting to rush me on the phone and had such dry personalities so I immediately called them back and said to cancel my appointment. I been in the customer service field my who life and I am clinician myself and it was so disappointing to see these people's attitudes over the phone . Even if you are busy you should learn how to practice talking kindly on the phone . My general dentist won me over with their front desk I feel spoiled with the amazing customer service too bad I need a specialist or I would have never contacted them .

Dr. Zuaitar and other staff members I received treatment from and interacted with were phenomenal. Everyone was kind and responsive. I have had two very unpleasant, painful, recent experiences with a general dentist in a different practice that have created anxiety for dental treatment. I also have a medical condition that makes local anesthetic a challenge. I called the day before the procedure to voice my concerns about pain management, and the staff member spoke with the doctor for me and addressed my concerns without judgment. During the exam and the root canal procedure, Dr. Zuaitar and the assistant made me feel completely comfortable and took very seriously my concern for pain management during the procedure. The exam and root canal procedure were completed with efficiency, but more importantly, with great care and concern. Dr.Zuaitar took time to answer my questions thoroughly. Receiving a "goodie bag" that included Advil and Tylenol was a bonus - I appreciated being able to manage pain prior to arriving home to my two young boys. I am grateful.

I went in for an evaluation as recommended from my dentist to look at three teeth. I was anxious and very nervous but Dr. Picardo put me at ease. He found which tooth it was and performed a much needed root canal. The procedure went smoothly and his efficiency, skill, bed side manner were amazing. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Picardo if there is ever a need.

Root canals get a bad rap. My experience was better than any cavity I've ever had filled by my usual dentist. The entire staff was fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Pichardo was amazing, talking me through the entire procedure. I generally have dental anxiety but I was at ease immediately, no sedation. I highly recommend Solis Endodontics to everyone.

Over a year ago, I had thought I had a cavity or worse in a tooth in the lower right jaw, but an x-ray by my dentist did not reveal a problem and it wasn't bothering me too much after the appointment. Then recently, I had jaw pain and tight jaw muscles, as well as eye strain fatigue. I was sure it was TMJ, but wanted another x-ray to be sure. My dentist sent me to Dr. Pichardo, an endodontist, for the x-ray as he had more diagnostic tools. Three days prior to my Monday appointment with Dr. Pichardo, my mouth pain took off. I tried massage, heat, and ice, and simply endured. Then Monday came and a CT scan pointed to the need for a root canal. I made an appt for Thursday (as a liquid diet would hold me until then), but the nearby gum tissue started swelling Tuesday late morning, and I feared infection was setting in. Dr. Pechardo got me in that same Tuesday and he and his staff worked past closing to take care of me. The root canal was unbelievably easy. Root canal dentistry has improved so much, but I also think Dr. Pichardo is a skilled and thoughtful endodontist. Many thanks.

Had an appointment here today for retreatment of a root canal done a few years ago by another dentist. This was a referral by my dentist and I couldn't be happier! First of all, the check-in was friendly, thorough, & engaging. These ladies made me feel very comfortable. The scented candle, music, & furnishing made me almost forget I was in a dental office, LOL. When the hygienist took me to the back, she had a conversation with me about the reason for my visit. Then explained what I could expect and any options that may be relevant. Then Dr. Zuaitar came in and picked up where the hygienist left off. Before anything had been done, I felt like I was in the right place. They probably have bad days like all of us. But I bet they handle them better than most of us. Onto the procedure. They made me comfortable, numbed my mouth, & setup the room. I felt absolutely no discomfort and almost dozed off. After what I guess was about 30-45 minutes, they finished. When I went back to reception to check out, they prepared & provided a "goodie bag" of aftercare instructions, bottled water, lip balm, comfort pack (hot or cold), & my initial dose of meds. WHAT???!!!!!!! This is 2022! Who still provides this high level of service? Solis Endodontics, that's who! I live in Stafford VA and like my current dentist is in Woodbridge VA. So it's a bit of a drive, but it's not every day. Solis is in Gainesville VA, so they are even farther away. But I would take that drive for this level of care. I just might switch my primary dentist to Solis. I loved my experience today! If you are in the area, you cannot go wrong with these folks. They know what they're doing and know how to treat clients. Easy 5 stars.

All the doctors in my practice have referred our patients to Dr. Pichardo for many years. We are very particular of our referrals to specialists. The reason we have referred to Dr. Pichardo for endodontics (root canal treatment) is because of his consistent excellent clinical results as well as our patients' reports of how well they were treated by Dr. Pichardo. By chance, I personally ended up in pain which required a second molar root canal. Without hesitation, I went to see Dr. Pichardo because of his clinical excellence. I was seen in a timely manner due to my pain. The staff was consistently helpful, friendly and kind. The treatment was efficient, thorough and painless (that part was important for me as a patient!!) Classically, second molars are technically difficult and time consuming. Dr. Pichardo performed the difficult procedure easily. I can attest as a doctor & as a patient that i was thoroughly appreciative and impressed with Dr. Pichardo's professionalism and care. The visit confirmed that our referrals to Dr. Pichardo for treatment are correct. In terms of excellence as well as care, Dr. Pichardo is for my endorsement for endodontics (root canal treatment) We will confidentially continue to refer our patients to Dr. Pichardo. Dr. S. Brisk, acerbic environment during the initial consultation. Antithetical to the description on the website. Considering cancelling the actual appointment. Show up, in pain, find out they don't do the procedure I was referred for. Rude front staff. *Update* They called me today to ask me about my experience. They attempted to chalk it up to miscommunication. We then discussed how I had to remind the doctor himself that a 3D image would be necessary in order to do the procedure. I offered to pay for the 3D, they said that wouldn't be necessary and that the CD would be ready. I picked up the CD and brought it to the oral surgeon who could not open the document. Avoid this awful organization.
