I've been to dentists all over the world but love seeing Dr. Soldano when I find myself in Tennessee. He has wonderful staff, a clean and welcoming office and always treats me well as a patient. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things to his patients so you feel comfortable about his recommended care. Highly recommend!

Please be warned that they will NOT pre-authorize any procedures unless you ask. And they don't tell you that ahead of time. Don't get stuck with a huge bill like we did. I've never been so disappointed with a dentist in my life.

Complete lack of compassion and sympathy...Unfortunately Dr Soldano nor his staff did not treat me with any kind of respect when I first came to him. I explained that I was extremely nervous and fearful but he did not educate me on the best course of action for me and how he would manage my pain. I came to him for help and in a great deal of pain...I am now worse off, and in more pain then ever. "I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug."

The best experience I have had at a dentist. He takes time to explain any procedure with upfront honesty. I am usually apprehensive about needles and the overall visit, but he makes it no sweat at all. The staff is professional, kind and always greets you with a smile! My family and I have been pleased with your professional, yet personable, service and are thankful to have you.
