I stumbled upon this practice by accident; I have another dr in the same building. And very happy I did. The first things that impressed me were the decor in the lobby and the descriptions all over about what solace is. For me, like many, going to the dentist is stressful. The atmosphere put me at ease. I cannot say enough good things about everyone there, from the front desk to the office manager, assistant, hygienist. And Dr. Relkin, what an excellent dentist. Gentle, easy to talk to, and great bedside manner. Now that I go here, I am not going anywhere else.

The staff is great! They took a good amount of time helping me with my night guard and checking my insurance. Dr. Lynch helped me out with some minor streaks of staining on my teeth. Love them!

I have been to Dr Relkin at Solace denistry and think she is very knowledgeable, explains and educates you about procedures that she is about to do and answers all your questions. She is friendly and easy to talk with...if you have a tooth bothering you...she can help

8/2022 Had a filling fallout, so I had to go get it replaced. As always it was a pleasant experience. The staff at Solace dentistry are very kind and patient. The whole experience was a breeze. 7/2021 Solace Dentistry is where I go for all my dental needs. Went today for a cleaning and filling replacement. Turns out I needed two filling replacements. Solace Dentistry was able to accommodate the extra filling, and determined that due to a pass credit my dental work was completely covered by my insurance. The experience was totally stress free. The staff at Solace create a calm environment. I'm often in a crumpy mood, and when I visit Solace I always leave relaxed.

This was my first visit. I enjoyed my talk with Rebecca and Dr. Relkin! Both were very informative and easy to talk too. Went back for my second visit (procedure) and it was a stress free and easy experience! Not as bad as I thought it would be at all! My hygienist Bethany was fantastic! And Dr. Relkin is the nicest person! So far Im very happy with Solace Dentistry!

My experience yesterday (4/21/22) was about as pleasant as it could be, considering I needed a deep cleaning and had receding gums... I was given an anesthetic which was applied to my gums (not the needle kind), and was told I could have more if needed. The suction that was used made the side of my mouth feel quite cold, but there was no pain. Rebecca, my dental hygienist, warned that I might feel some discomfort or pain while she cleaned, and she asked more than once if I was okay. (I just wanted to get it over with, so I didn't ask for more anesthetic or any breaks, though I know I could have and Rebecca would have allowed me whatever I needed. Besides, my oldest daughter was right...the anesthetic tastes awful! Haha...) The part I liked the least, was when she had to clean my top teeth, as she needed to put her (gloved) hand and used some kind of cloth to partially cover my nose while lifting my top lip. This was probably necessary (and maybe even for my protection, to keep pieces of removed plaque from flying into my nostrils?), but it meant restricted airflow to my nose, so I basically had to breath through my mouth. With that said, it only lasted a minute or so, and I never said anything about it. Rebecca may have been able and willing to better accommodate me if she'd know I was uncomfortable. Rebecca was very good at communicating with me, letting me know when we were going to take a break from the drill, and when we were almost done. She helped me to understand that my teeth were more prone to getting cavities due to weaker/softer enamel, and provided me with several suggestions of products I could use that should help. She showed me how to use a tiny brush meant to clean between my teeth and stimulate my gums, and provided me with samples of some of the products she suggested. She also gave me instructions, such as using a salt water rinse 2x a day for two days (to prevent bacterial infection), and encouraged me to take Ibuprofen for pain management as needed. Lastly, when she forgot to write down her suggestions for me, she texted me the next day with the information, having realized she made that mistake. I don't think many dental hygienist would care enough to take that extra step, so that really meant a lot! During my appointment, she asked how my daughters were doing, and if we had any weekend plans. Just basic small talk, but I appreciate her effort to check in, and she seems to genuinely care. The ladies at the front desk were kind and accommodating, as usual, and the multiple appointment reminders are helpful. My husband is the only one in our family who has not yet visited this office, but I'm pretty confident that he'll appreciate it (especially the customer service) as much as the girls and I. I sincerely hope and believe that we have found our long term family dentist, which, after trying several other offices over the last 6 years, is a huge relief! A big thanks to all the staff at Solace dentistry for doing a great job taking care of their clients! (Thanks for taking the time to read this review, and I hope you found it helpful! I had a 4 star review on here, but apparently this review got rid of my previous one. Basically, asking to be contacted as a new client through their website a year ago was not fruitful. Once I called though, everything worked out. My girls feel comfortable at this dentist office, and enjoy picking out a "prize" from the office's treasure chest.)
