Our team consists of dedicated individuals who are kind, friendly, and caring. Our staff is here to ensure a pleasant experience during your visit to our office. At Soistman Family Dentistry, youll meet experienced and energetic people whose goal is to communicate well with our patients and provide the best care possible.
Crystal is our Centreville office manager and Human Resources & Operations manager. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since November of 2017. She attended Howard & Anne Arundel Community College and she resides with her husband, 3 children, 2 dogs, 2 birds, lizard, and bunny. She loves being outside, working out, and spending time with family.
Michele is our treatment plan coordinator, She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since January of 2016. She has completed many dental workshops and computer software training. She currently resides in Church Hill, Maryland with her husband, 3 children, and step son. In the future, she would like to become a mentor for children and travel.
Courtney is our front desk receptionist. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since November of 2020. She graduated from Queen Annes High School in 2014. She currently resides in Chestertown, Maryland with her son and boyfriend. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her son and go shopping.
Hannah joined the Soistman family as the Marketing Director in May of 2021. She graduated from Catawba College in 2018, double majoring in Communications and Integrated Marketing. She is currently studying for her Masters in Business Leadership. She resides in Chestertown, MD with her fianc and puppy Harley.
Alyssa is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who began with Soistman Family Dentistry in June of 2018. Alyssa is a Queen Annes County High School graduate with licensing from Chesapeake College in Dental Radiology and Expanded Functions. She currently resides in Chestertown, Maryland with her two daughters. Alyssa is eager to further her career in dentistry and eventually become a dental hygienist.
Arianna is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since January of 2019. She graduated from Queen Annes High School in 2017. She attended Chesapeake College for Dental Assisting and is certified in Expanded Functions and Radiology. She currently resides in Church Hill, Maryland with her new daughter born this past November. In the future, she plans to return to school to become a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Kelly is a Dental Assistant. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since October of 2019. She graduated from Queen Annes County High School and attended a Dental Assistant program in Columbia, Maryland. She is a certified dental radiation technologist and qualified dental assistant. She has two children and a dog. She enjoys spending her free time, swimming, boating, and being at the beach.
April is a Dental Assistant. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since December of 2020. She graduated from North Caroline High School in 2017 and Chesapeake College in 2020. She is certified in Radiology and is a Certified Dental Assistant. In the future, she plans to go back to school to get her expanded functions certification. She currently resides in Preston, Maryland with her cat named Stella.
Cathy is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since 2015. She attended University of Maryland School of Dentistry and graduated with her Bachelors of Science in 1977. She has been a hygienist for 43 years, she is also certified in local anesthesia. She has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. She loves hiking toward the sound of waterfalls and plans to travel to many National Parks.
Dawn is a Registered Dental Hygienist that has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since August of 2020. She studied dental hygiene at Allegheny Community College and graduated in 1977. She has been a dental hygienist for 43 years and she is also certified in radiology. Dawn resides in Kennedyville, Maryland with her 2 sons and 2 dogs.
Mary Ellen is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since June of 2020. Shes been working in the dental field for 39 years and has been a hygienist for 29 years. She was also previously a professor at Anne Arundel Community College where she taught students in the Dental Assisting Program. She is a BIG Ravens fan and loves spending her Sundays watching football.
Lilia is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since August of 2020. She graduated from Savannah Technical College with an Associates in Dental Hygiene in May 2020. She plans to get her bachelors, finish her home renovations, and have children. She is originally from Illinois and she just moved here from Savannah GA.
Heather is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since 2017. She graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2011, she is also certified in local anesthesia. She has 3 children with the oldest currently about to graduate from Nursing school. She resides in Kent Island and grew up on the Eastern Shore. She loves the time she gets to spend with her patients discussing their dental needs and learning about their lives as well as what impacts them.

Clean environment. Upon entering you will be greeted by friendly staff. Both hygienist have been very gentle and comforting during cleanings.

I am a big-time scaredy-cat at the dentist typically. I have only been to this office two times and I already feel safe and secure. Everyone is kind and gentle, and the procedures have been painless so far!

This dental practice is friendly and knowledgeable. Mary Ellen is the BEST hygienist I've ever visited. She was gentle with my mouth and kind with her words. Dr. Soistman was outgoing in personality and positive about his dental treatment plan for me. He makes you feel as if you are his only patient! I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs!!

I have been to many dentists in my 60 years. I just had a crown prep by Dr. Soistman in Easton Md. and he is the the first dentist that did not hurt me through any part of the procedure. Not even the needle which is the worst part for me!

The people at Soistman Family Dentistry never cease to amaze me!!! Everyone is just super nice. I truly feel like I'm part of their family. Heather provided a thorough check and cleaning. She's such a nice and caring person. Dr. Soistman, who is just the coolest of people AND a GREAT DENTIST, did his thing. I'll need a couple minor touch-ups and I'll be all set! Never thought going to a dentist's office could be so enjoyable! LOL. They really are the best!!! Just a follow up to my previous review. Soistman Family Dentistry continues to amaze me. I recently received a root canal and crown replacement. Dr. Soistman installed the crown after business hours...actually on his day off. This is truly like having a family member attend to my dental needs. Great people from the doctor, throughout the staff. The crown looks and fits perfect!!! Dr. Soistman is the best dentist I've ever encountered. His staff is super friendly and accommodating. I could not be happier with his services or the treatment by his staff. I would highly recommend anyone not totally happy with their current dentist to visit Dr. Soistman's office. After moving to Easton, MD, I searched for seven years attempting to find a good dentist. If you just moved to the Easton or Centreville areas of Maryland and need a great dentist, this is your guy! You and your family will not be disappointed!!!

I have extreme anxiety so going to the dentist is always an ordeal for me, everyone at this practice was friendly and made me feel completely at ease. They were checking on me through the entire process and I could tell they actually cared that I was comfortable. Also while I could see that this is an extremely busy practice, they still managed to schedule my follow up appointments in a timely manner and the staff seemed to work together seamlessly. Great experience!

This is an awesome, professional, and friendly practice.So refreshing after the last practice I used that took over an hour to pull one tooth, jaw was sore for weeks afterwards. Dr. Soistman removed my tooth in about two minutes, with no pain!Very personable, professional, and puts you at ease through the whole process!Everyone there was a pleasure to work with.There is a positive group attitude throughout the practice.
