Dr. Bilabadi and the rest of the staff at SoftTouch Dentistry are professional and kind. They communicate clearly why procedures are necessary and listen to you as a patient. I would definitely recommend the practice to others as everyone I've encountered there has been wonderful to work with.

I would highly recommend Dr Bidabadi and her team at SoftTouch. They provide excellent care and have my smile looking its best. For anyone with sensitive teeth they live up to their name with a soft touch. They truly care about you and keeping your teeth healthy!

Just started going to Soft Touch and I've had a great experience so far! I recently moved to the area, and another dental office thought my insurance was a scam because of its high coverage. They wanted me to "work it out" with my insurance company. I called up Soft Touch Dentistry and they were very professional, calling my insurance themselves to verify the coverage. Everyone here was so friendly to me and to each other! Asking about you and your day and being very open. Dr. Bidabadi is also fantastic and described everything she was looking at. So far, this place seems great!

Soft Touch Dentistry has been wonderful. My mouth and teeth have never felt healthier. The team of professionals from the front desk, to hygienist to Dr. Bidabodi and her assistant are amazing. I am so grateful to be a patient of SoftTouch Dentistry. From the very first I have been treated with respect and friendliness. The care has been excellent. When there are options for treatment I have gotten thorough explanations of those options, and any related costs.

Dr Bidabadi and her entire staff are very professional and provide great service. She has been dentist for over 20 years. I have been traveling over an hour to get to the office for the past 7 year's but it is so worth. I will not change because Dr. Bidabadi and Laura have become great friends over the years. I love Dr.Bidabadi! She's so sweet, has a great sense of humor, and does brilliant work. All requirements if I am going to trust you to put your hands in my mouth lol. All of the office staff is amazing as well. So much so, that when I move to the Poconos in PA, I will still drive back to see my dentist.

Exceptional care! The entire team is helpful, responsive, efficient, and comforting. I'm sure I'm not the only person who gets anxious about their teeth so I highly recommend this office if you too need a calm and supportive team. For those interested in parking, free street parking is available on the dead end street. Never an issue finding a spot here.

I had veneers done about 13 years ago when I lived on the West Coast. I just recently moved to the East Coast and had been here for a bit with no concerns yet on finding a dentistry. Well, one of my veneers chipped, and it was on one of the two front teeth leaving an embarrassing big gap between my teeth. So, I was in need of a dentist and in need of one fast. I searched my area for dentists and did some extreme research. Called around to some different places, and my gut instinct decided to visit Soft Touch Dentistry. The veneers I had were excellent. Dr. Bidabadi and even remarked on how good they were when she saw them. And, as far as fixing my veneers, I would have to replace both of my top two front teeth veneers to make it work. Now, I was definitely worried about it because to match color and teeth shape after 13 years would be extremely difficult, and I just told Dr. Bidabadi to just get it as close you can, as I needed it fixed. I had already concluded it won't be quite the same and was okay with it. Dr. Bidabadi was very upfront with the details of the work and everything involved as far as procedure and cost. I was at least feeling confident that, though, me teeth weren't going to look quite the same, I knew I chose a great dentistry. In conclusion, all I can say is Dr. Bidabadi on same way some how performed magic. She finished the veneers and I had to stare at them constantly throughout out the say because I couldn't believe what she done. I could not tell that there had ever been a chip in my veneers or that I had to have anything fixed. They looked just like that always had, and they color was absolutely perfect. I couldn't believe and still can't believe the amazing job Dr. Bidabadi did. The people that would recognize it most, my girlfriend and my Mom, didn't even notice I had any work done. That's how perfect Dr. Bidabadi did on my veneers. I think often how lucky I am I chose Soft Touch and went there. I am so fortunate to have found them. My teeth were totally restored. My smile is happy and confident once again. I can't think Dr. Bidabadi enough for the work she does. I have gone back a couple times since and everything is always top notch, and this extends from Dr. Bidabadi and her whole staff. Everyone there is great! Amongst being very professional, everyone is extremely friendly with a personal touch. I feel, at least for me, for it to be very rare to looking forward to going to the dentist. But, I actually do look forward to to going to the dentist now because I always have a great time seeing the future on taking care of my teeth, and also visiting a staff that alway makes your day a little better.

This was my first visit to establish myself as a new patient. The office and staff are very organized and responsive. Very impressed with the high level of professionalism. My X-rays, cleaning and exam were all well executed. Recommendations were clear and well thought out. Not at all alarmist or pushy for unnecessary dental work. Very friendly staff and nice facility.

I have retired to Florida 11 years ago, but Soft Touch remains my primary dental care provider. During my 2 annual visits each year I schedule my dental cleaning, exams and any necessary "fixing". During each visit I am provided with caring & professional treatment. This level of service has been provided over the course of more than a few years, and is consistent from visit to visit. The entire Soft Touch team cares, and it is obvious in the service they provide to each and every patient.

Watch out! SoftTouch does not openly disclose in-network vs out-of-network when inquiring about insurance. You will find out ONLY after you receive an exorbitant bill. Quite the scam they are running!
