Yes a had a very good visit, George did a excellent job ! He was thorough and professional. Having not met him on previous cleanings, he made me feel totally comfortable, we even shared a few laughs.!! Thanking you and your staff for all they do. Enjoy the holidays !!!

What a wonderful experience! The entire staff, from A to Z, were so friendly from the moment I walked in till leaving. Explaining everything kindly and with patience. For not having gone to the dentist in way too long, no judgement, just a path to move forward with my dental care. Can not recommend them all enough.

Avoid! This once excellent practice was sold about ten years ago. Upsells patients for whitening and other money-making procedures. Look around the office and you'll see the posters pitching those services. Those with similar concerns, please post.

I went into SoftTouch Family Dentistry for the first time today, after making a call for an urgent appointment after never being a patient of theirs before. Not only are the lovely ladies at the front desk beyond fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bidabadi! I have spent a lot of time in dentists offices in my life, but I have never felt so comforted and reassured than I felt today. She explained everything down to the T in a way I could understand. She wanted me to ask questions and was more than happy to answer then honestly. I am a person that has insane anxiety from anything related to the dentist, but the way that I was comforted, reassured and educated by Dr. Bidabadi and her staff really spoke volumes to me. I went into this office for the first time today anxious and worried, and walked away feeling so supported and understood by everyone I interacted with. Thank you all so much for everything you do! Your truly genuine kindness has made me your happiest new patient! :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Bidabadi's for close to 20 years. The staff is extremely friendly and the expertise is beyond comparison. When ever I have an appointment I know I will be well cared for. I feel very lucky to have heard about Dr. Bidabadi.

I've been going to SoftTouch Dentistry for a while now and no matter where I move, I'm going to be coming back here. Everyone is so kind and personable, from the front desk staff and hygienists to Dr. Bidabadi. My teeth have never been healthier and all procedures have been as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

This is the best dentistry I have ever been to! I have never felt more cared for as a patient than with the hygienists and Dr. Bidabadi at SoftTouch Dentistry. The kindness and professionalism of the staff speak volume to the practice she runs. Having recently moved to the state, I was worried about finding the right dentist. However, to my surprise I ended up finding not just the right one, but the best one ever. The office itself is calming and welcoming. The attention to detail by the hygienists and Dr. Bidabadi was amazing. Not only did they explain everything about my dental health so thoroughly and clearly, but they also made it very easy for me to ask any questions I had. Personally, everyone at SoftTouch Dentistry has set a new standard for quality care and I cannot recommend this dentistry enough :)

My family has been going to SoftTouch Dentistry for almost 20 years. The level of care we receive is unmatched. The staff is amazing (shout out to Laura!) and they go above and beyond to make sure our dental needs are taken care of. Dr. Bidabadi is attentive, professional and provides exceptional customer service. If you're looking for an awesome dental office that greets you with a smile and knows you by name, look no further!

To be honest, it wish I never went there. I have to refill my tooth because of dentist's imprudence. She didn't consider the next tooth's form. So food goes between the two tooth and it hurts so bad. After 2 months of waiting to get better, it got worst. Not fair to go through the filling process again.

The staff here, including Dr Bidabadi, take great care of you. They explained everything: all of the checks they ran, what they were looking for, and how my mouth looked. At first I thought it was a bit much, but then I realized I'd never understood what half of the things being done to me in the past were for, so I ended up greatly appreciating the explanations. Dr Bidabadi assured me that I could always contact her via phone, text or email with any questions that I had, and overall I felt very cared for. I've had many dentists now and I can confidently say this was my best experience.

5 star dentist office - couldn't give higher praise to SoftTouch Dentistry. Dr. Bidabadi runs an exceptional dentist office with the friendliest staff, well trained hygienists, feedback on tooth care each visit, and ease of scheduling appointments. Having a dentist that cares for her patients motivates me to work on my brushing/flossing habits after every visit!
