- Chartless, Digital equipment/machine, best dental material/lab - One Visit Implant with Crown - Free Sedation for Smile Makeover or Full Mouth Reconstruction - Free Post-Op Visit - 2 Free Denture Adjustments within 6mo following procedure. - 5 years warranty on all prosthesis with a routine hygiene maintenance visit. - Friendly, Caring, Professional, Experience Team Members

- Unlike any franchise group practice, this is a private practice that is extremely unique and cannot be duplicated. Dr. Jennifer Nguyen is a founder and has been practicing in this only location since 2006. You will not see different doctor when they start their own practice.

- We want to take care of your oral health; in turn, making you feel good about yourself. The more you can smile with confidence, the better the world around you is and the better you can feel about yourself.

- We are a mercury-free practice that uses only material that is bio-compatible to the body. Dr. Jenn treats not only your teeth, but she pays extra attention to the whole body. Oral health has an impact on your general health. For instance, a bacterial infection in the gums, if left untreated, can lead to a stroke or even a heart attack.

- We are not a clinic and schedule to see only one patient at the time, that way we can give you the best care. You never have to wait, unless there is a walk-in emergency patient, who needs immediate attention. The doctor does not hop from room to room like an assembly line.

- We invest in digital technology to help in early diagnosis in order to prevent dental disease. We use only 'top winning dental products' of the year that are tested and published yearly by the CRR. For example, by using quality dental bonding and desensitizer, we have saved thousands of teeth from having root canals prior to a crown. Do you know that poor bonding (dental adhesive material) can make your teeth become sensitive, and can cause leakage between the tooth and the filling or crown, and can make the nerve become irritated or infected after a crown preparation, leading to unnecessary root canal treatment? Remember, the doctor can only perform the procedure as good as the instruments and materials being provided.

- We have invested in special instruments and equipment that can remove the tooth, without damaging the bone, called 'atraumatic extraction'. We then add bone to preserve the space for future implant and preservation.

- We use only top-of-the-line dental cement. Poor dental cement can be washed out over time, creating leakage and nerve damage, or even recurrent decay (cavity) under the crown. This could lead to root canal through the crown, redoing the crown or even loss of the tooth.

- On the weekends we attend advanced dental education to refine our skills and to keep up with technology and stay updated on the best dental treatment for patients. Why? because we have a passion for dentistry. It makes us happy and makes us feel good to be able to help patients regain their smiles and self-esteem.

Her father was a colonel of the Vietnamese Republican fighting against the communist from North Vietnam. After 3 years living under communist with no future, her mother decided to bring all five young children to escape by boat to Malaysia. The ordeal was similar or worst than the movie 'Turtle Beach' where thousands of Vietnamese refugees got beaten and killed savagely by the Malaysian hate-villagers. Interestingly, the movie never include Malaysian gang-rapped which happened to most refugees by boat. The price that one has to pay for Freedom is beyond anyone 's imagination.

I moved down to Florida 2yrs ago. I found Dr. Nguyen on google and gave it a shot. I'm glad I did. The front desk staff really helped me understand my dental insurance and the type of plan I signed up for. The Dr. explained to me what type of cleaning I needed and what type of dental work I am needing to have. she went over the 2 options and I really enjoyed that she educated me in the importance of dental restoration. I highly recommend.

After relocating to Florida I was worried about finding a dental office that I could trust. I'm so glad that I found Softouch Dental! The office and staff are extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen went above and beyond explaining my treatment plan upfront so I knew exactly what to expect. I now look forward to going to the dentist and will recommend you to everyone I know.

**update** They sent a collection agency after me, even though they had told me they wouldn't charge me for the extra procedures. Don't trust these liars TLDR: The actual dentist has terrible bedside manners, lacks basic communication skills, and is seriously unprofessional. Went in for a routine cleaning after not having been to the dentist in years. Pre-paid leftover amount after insurance coverage for basic x-rays & cleaning (approx $45). After x-rays & initial consultation, the hygenist & Dr Nguyen had mentioned that since I haven't had a cleaning in a while, they have to split up the cleaning in 2 visits, due to heavy gum bleeding. After the 1st part of the cleaning was done, I was told to see the front desk for scheduling the next appointment. I was presented with a new bill for nearly $300 for 'deep cleaning' as well as special mouthwash which was recommended to deal with the possible bleeding gums I may have up until the next visit. I refused to pay, since the new procedure & amount was not presented to me. After a few days, I received a call from the office stating that they would waive the additional fee & just keep the original $45 (though the full cleaning was never completed). I had then informed them that there's no way I would return to their office. A client cannot be charged without being presented with the proper information beforehand. Even in my previous visits at this office, I had always felt that they were just trying to sell extra unnecessary procedures, which unfortunately is apparently common in the dental/medical field.

I had failed dental work done in other offices, and was very hesitate to start my dental treatment again, but the staff was very friendly, the office is high tech, the doctor is very caring and put my mind at ease. I am not afraid going back to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen is the best. 5 Stars

I absolutely love this practice! The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The dentist and hygienist are wonderful! They are transparent and do a great job explaining exactly what I need to optimize my oral health. The office ambience is very comfortable and clean. They do a lot to make you feel relaxed. Lacking dental insurance? They have options to make your dental care affordable. My entire family goes here and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I was their customer for years. I withstood and paid for many of their mistakes and frankly careless service. Not anymore. They market themselves as top notch, but they're not. The quality is substandard. The cost is way overpriced. Their ethics below zero. BTW, they do not guarantee their work; they'll tell you they do, but are lies, if the need arises, they'll find a way to make you pay for their mistakes. I learned the hard way and more than once. I kept going at first, being tolerant; later, just wanting to finish the treatment. They will do anything to sell more procedures, products and services. Procedures that aren't even needed or useful. The only goal is to bill as much as possible. Pay special attention to their "treatment plan", without which, they won't even help you in an emergency. Their treatment plan, which they will want you to sign in a rush, it's a giant trap filled with alligators. It's not always easy to find, but there're other dentists that provide great guaranteed work and have a solid reputation.

This office is ok if you just need routine teeth cleaning, or a filling. For serious dental work go somewhere else. I will explain briefly why then a lengthy explanation will follow. Briefly they charged me $183 to visit with the sole purpose of recementing a bridge, and they were not able to get the job done, or admit upfront that it was not going to happen. A normal dentist would have said we need to take a look first so you will need at least 2 appointments. That's what the next dentist I called did, and there was no non-refundable deposit. Long story. I had to pay $50 nonrefundable deposit for a Saturday appointment. I could not have been more clear about the reason I needed the appointment. I explained in a long text that I had a large bridge covering about 9 teeth that had come loose and needed to be recemented in. They called back to schedule and I repeated what I needed. She assured me it was no problem but needed $50. I needed a Saturday appointment so I took a chance. I get there and they want me to sign a form acknowledging the minimum additional fee will be $133, for exam and x-rays. I reminded them that I need the bridge cemented and thus began a debate in the office about whether or not it would be possible. The front office staff was very pleasant, and one lady was candid and said there's no way they would get it done. Then someone from the back, who works on teeth said they could definitely do it. That someone turned out to be a friendly dental assistant who was totally wrong. After taking my money and taking some x-rays, the dentist came in. And this is where I got a bit annoyed. She did not answer any of my questions. I would ask something of concern, she would listen, then she would go off on a whole different topic. 5 times I tried to communicate that my priority was to be able to use the $10,000 bridge work when all was said and done. Instead, she just concentrated on telling me I need a root canal and teeth cleaning. That's fine, but I need a plan on how the bridge will be placed after the root canal because I can't walk around without a bridge. In the end, after a 20 minute question and no answer session, I asked her to repeat one sentence because I was not concentrating on what she said, while I looked at my x-rays to see if I could plan a future for my teeth. She sighed and told the friendly assistant to explain what she said. I think she and got up and walked off because she thought I had issues with her accent. I don't; my wife is Asian, I've spent 35 years listening to that same accent. I never saw her again and don't plan to. Now the reason for 2 stars. I called my last dentist, who is a 1.5 hour drive away, and asked for an appointment to recement my bridge. The first words out of his mouth was: "We need to set up a short look-see appointment first, to see what's going on. We can't just go in and cement it back in." No deposit. Now that's how a real dentist works.

My family and I have been going here since the place was open back in 2007. We do not trust anyone but Dr. Nguyen. She will tell you like it is. Her staffs are very caring and professional. They love what they do and it shows. I love that the office offers dental Smile Saver and all the works are guaranteed for 5 years. Needless to say, we had all of our dental works done here and they are still last.

My first visit was an emergency visit for a very painful, swollen toothache. The entire office handled the situation with the utmost professionalism making the experience endurable. I needed another extraction which was also handled with the care and expertise you want from your dentist office. The office itself is tastefully decorated and pleasant all around. I definitely recommend Softouch Dental for all your dental needs.
