I have never had a dental experience quite like this one. All other dental offices do the bare minimal compared to SoftTouch Dental. The Dr actually examined and cared for all things related to your teeth, gums, muscles, nervs and mouth. He also inquired and discussed your opinions and desires re your teeth, smile and gums . I was not rushed, "tolerated" or treated like a number. Great office staff and bedside manners. This is definitely our new dental home.

You know a place sucks when they have raffles for you to win things to leave good reviews lol I've seen other reviews of people getting charged a lot for services and not being told they were out of their network another shady move pay for some bad work, and then get billed for even more then the initial bill you already paid, that's just a few things about that dump. My recommendation is to find literally anywhere else to go.

From the very first phone call to make my appointment the girl Danielle I talked to on the phone was very pleasant and nice. They informed me that they're out of network with My insurances she answered all my questions on how it works . The front office was all smiles when I came in for my First visit! My Hygienist Aubrey was awesome, gentle and caring. Dr took time to explain to me what I needed and took photos of mouth. I liked that I did not feel rushed , or like I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely be coming back to this office in the future. Highly recommend this Dentist & Staff ...

I made the right choice by choosing Softouch Dental and Dr. Schiffenhaus as my permanent dental provider :) The whole team is awesome! They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in to sitting in the chair. I LOVE that they are all about patient care! Compared to most dental office where I'm feeling rushed, forced to start treatment as soon as I walk in and not feeling completely numb. This office takes their time with me, they give me all the care I need and make sure I'm very comfortable before they start any work. The ladies at the front desk had gone over my treatment plan very thoroughly answered all my questions about being out of network with my insurance. Lucky me my employer chose a good insurance company who works well with out of network providers. Even if I have a small balance after my insurance pays the ladies are nice enough to help me set up a payment arrangement for the balance if needed. Choose this dental office if your looking for quality dentistry, if you prefer the chop shops this office is not for you. I'm Happy with my new home :)

You know how one might not like "starting over" in a new town and needing to find new medical and dental providers? Went to SofTough Dental for the first time this week--what a good place to land. Professional, friendly, great experience. Aubrey was very thorough with cleaning--and gentle, too, just like their name. It was great to meet Dr. Schissenhaus, recommended by our previous dentist so know we're in good hands. The entire staff did a great job getting us established with their practice.

When I came in to get a filling I was nervous. Dr. Schiffenhause was very understanding and considerate about my fear. During and after the procedure I didn't feel any pain. The staff was straightforward about the cost and very knowledgeable. I will be returning to SofTouch Dental and Dr. Schiffenhause for all my oral health needs in the future.

I went to these guys because of their Google reviews and I can say that the reviews are accurate! Everyone had a smile on their face and made you feel truly cared for! From the point that you walk in until the time you walk out they are invested in you and your Health. They also work very hard to work with your insurance to provide the most affordable outcome! Many offices will not jump through the hoops required! The doctor was extremely willing to spend time with me and talk through options as well! Again, a rarity.

I'm a dentist, and the reason I choose to see Dr. Schiffenhaus is because I know I'll get top-quality craftsmanship, the use of exceptional materials, and one-on-one attention. He, and his entire team, are exceptional.

Dr. Schiffenhaus is well trained and experienced in Biomimetics which is the best way to conserve and save your teeth. He is incredibly invested and detailed in his craft, has a very gentle touch and great personality. Dr S. is a Top instructor of The Bard Institute, teaching his methods using state-of-the-art technology to hundreds of other DDS around the country. If you want or need explanations, he is very good about doing that and frequently inquires to ensure that the patient is doing okay during procedures. I encourage you to give the office a call and schedule a visit. If you want to know more, the friendly front office staff will gladly give you a brief explanation. Oh and Dental Hygienist Aubrey is excellent and thorough! I'm so grateful that I found this Team as they are the very best I've ever gone to in my 70 years on this Planet!

I have struggled with anxiety when going to the dentist for 30 years and this was by far the best experience I could have asked for. I'm so grateful for Dr Schiffenhaus and his staff. They were all so kind. I'm actually looking forward to getting the smile I've always wanted.

I visited SofTouch Dental while vacationing in Arizona for a few days. Dr. Schiffenhaus and staff were absolutely wonderful during my visit. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and absolutely professional. Honestly, one of the best dental experiences I've had. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I've been coming to this dental group for about 3 years and I can't say enough on how professional and communicative they are with dental health and dental plans. Aubrey always does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and gives great feedback on dental hygiene. All around great group that provides exceptional dental treatments.

Dr Schiffenhaus and the staff are professional, informative, and pleasant. The quality of work Dr S provides is impressive, high quality, and science based. I would highly recommend this office if you want to get your treatment done well!
