My experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the ease of scheduling my appt to the actual procedure and follow up call to check on me...very satisfied. Dr. Davis and staff are just awesome. Thank you for a " Soft Touch" experience. Dr. Davis is gentle and caring. Definitely my dental specialist of choice. Thank you!!

Dr Davis treated me for a root canal retreatment. She explained the procedure well and there were no surprises. Her acumen is sharp and importantly, I really didn't notice any pain or discomfort after the treatment. I would say the experience was top 5% of all my dental visits during my lifetime.

Where do I begin with this place? It was unfortunate that I wasn't there to protect my mom from these people and this botched up job because I was overseas. In May my mom went to get a root canal. They failed to notice one of her temporary molar crowns had a hole in it which caused the disinfecting fluid to fall through. She let them know twice that she was swallowing this dangerous liquid and basically ignored it. This fluid caused chemical burns inside her mouth and damage on her throat. She had to get antibiotics for this. Not only that, they botched up the filling once they realized. She has had root canals before and never had an experience this awful. From beginning to end she felt like this dentist graduated from a random garage the day before with how bad of a job and how long it took her to do it. While taking the antibiotics she struggled eating anything for 2 months from the burns and damage they caused. To make matters worse, they had 3 dogs in the practice and my mom saw their hair on the floor. That's unsanitary and unprofessional. As of October of this year she went to a specialist at Klean Sonrisas Dental Care with who struggled fixing and cleaning the filling from the molar this practice supposedly fixed. The specialist was in awe at how bad it was done and noticed my mom still had some scarring and damage from the burns. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, not even my worse enemy. The staff was nice but that's pointless when all my mom got was an "oops sorry" from this hellish experience.

My first visit to Dr. Darlene Davis office was for a root canal treatment and it was wonderful! I was nervous at first, but it was a wonderful experience from the time I walked into the office greeted by friendly staff, to my actual time spent with Dr. Davis! She was nice, caring, and very informative by explaining everything about the procedure and what I could expect. During the procedure she kept checking to see if I was comfortable and I was very comfortable during the entire process! Her assistant was also delightful as well as professional! I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Davis and her staff! Dr. Davis is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and left no stone unturned in treating my complicated case. But even more impressive is her unbelievably kind and reassuring nature. As someone who gets very anxious in the dental chair, I felt 100% at ease. I'd go as far as to say Dr. Davis got me through significant anxiety something that's kept me avoiding dental work for years. Her entire staff is top notch and truly make the entire process run seamlessly! Definitely recommend this place!

Definitely coming back again! From the time I set up my root canal appointment with Camilla and all the way through to the procedure with Dr. Davis I was treated with so much kindness. Best office I've ever been to and they make you feel so safe even with someone like me who is afraid of anything that has to do with doctors or getting work done on my teeth. I'll see you guys next Monday!

Dr. Darlene Davis paid great attention to details for my root canal procedure. Her office is "state of the art." She is very knowledgeable and always apprised me of the varius stages of the treatment for my root canal procedure. She and her assistant, Verean, were very courteous, polite, and engaging. Verean was very knowledgeable as well. They all made me feel at peace while I was being treated. I would go back in a heartbeat for more endontics treatment if I needed the service. If Dr. Davis did the overall dentristy services, I'd change her to my primary dentist, although my primary dentist is pretty good too. Moreover, all of her staff were nice and cordial!

If you are in need of a root canal run to see Dr. Darlene Davis with Soft Touch Endodontis.. She is amazing!! Her staff is amanzing!! I was a nervous wreck, I hate the dentist and they exceeded my expectations. I applied for care credit BCS I do not have dental insurance and I have to go back for a secon root canal. Seriously recommend her. Very pleased

As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease and very comfortable. The decor was welcoming and warm. I would definitely return in the future. The great care and patience I received was refreshing. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. They explained everything beforehand, and were very hospitable. I received a root canal and was extremely nervous. Dr. Darlene Davis, I appreciate all that you did for me. A am spoiled and cannot see myself going anywhere else. Thank you SoftTouch!

My mother had a serious root canal problem and our dentist refer soft touch endodontics. I dont really trust 5star reviews but we have no choice because it was a emergency. But i am so glad we choose right place! The doctor and staff was very friendly and very helpful with my mother. Since my mother cant speak english i have to translate to her. But staff and doctor was very helpful and trying to use a easy words so we can understand whats going on . Now my mother has stress free and she is happy! I am strongly recommend soft touch!

I recently visited 3/15/22. I got a root canal at Soft Touch Endodontics and when I say from the front desk staff down to Dr Davis. It was an amazing experience. I didn't feel nothing! Lol I was so scared but they made me feel so comfortable. My tech was awesome! She and Dr Davis checked on me throughout the entire procedure. Even shared some stories and laughs. Dr. Davis made sure everything was perfect! I highly recommend her and her staff. The name speaks for its self! Soft Touch...Thank You Guy!!!!!

My experience at soft touch was wonderful. The energy of the staff and place is very loving from when your first walk in. The receptionist Camila always has positive energy for every appointment she helped so much with my insurance. Dr.Dabis and her team of hygienist are exceptionally i never felt uncomfortable while getting my appointment done. if i could rate it 10/10 i would thank you so much for such a beautiful experience

I felt very "cared for" when I showed up for my root canal yesterday. And Dr. Davis was so present and skilled and comforting. Everything was clearly explained during each step of the procedure. I would, without hesitation, refer anyone needing a root canal to this practice.

I'm totally sold on Soft Touch Endodontics! I heard that Darlene Davis is the best Endodontics. I'm not one for doing reviews but I had to stop in my tracks for this one. I thought honesty and ethical people were a thing of the past. Dr. Darlene Davis is a living breathing example that such a person still exists. The day of my appointment when I went to have my root canal she did all the testing to determine that I didn't need a root canal just future observation. I cried in the chair I couldn't believe that someone was honest enough to tell me that I didn't need to spend the money on this procedure. Her staff was very patient and caring. What are you waiting for get in there to see her she's a dentist you can trust.

We all know that root canals are not at the top of the list when visiting a dentist and can be something that we all dread. My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Davis who handled a challenging procedure and boy was I lucky to discover her and the wonderful team at Soft Touch! Her amazing bedside manner, humor, professionalism and talent in performing these types of procedures have totally changed my expectations when going into a dental office. During and after my visit, I felt almost no discomfort at all, the pain was very minimal to none. I felt I was in trusted hands as she guided and educated me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommended Dr. Davis and her team to anyone looking for a great dental specialist, you will not be disappointed!

They called police and threatened me to get out when I still feel pain after root canal here. Because of this place not giving me any type of suggestion on what to do next, I had to get crown done with pain in it. They were the nicest people can be to you until you still have problem with your teeth. Dentist lady will be very defensive and offensive to whatever you say. I saw her being irritated of just simple questions and made me feel embarrassed and stupid when I don't even study about it. It wasn't professional. As a Korean American, I highly don't recommend Korean people here. Fyi dentist here is African American. I paid $1800-$1900 and got 30%-40% back something they weren't going to do with me.
