I have been so happy with the care my family had received here for years. From routine cleanings, fillings, and emergency care Dr. Sadakah and his staff are the best. Care is affordable and prompt.

I have never met a healthcare worker that has had such poor social skills before. No one at the office introduced themselves and the only thing the dentist said to me was "you have 2 cavities. Have a good day". That's not good patient care and I will not be returning. On top of that they keep billing for fluoride when I specifically ask not to have it as my insurance does not cover it and I do not need it. I will be changing dentists immediately. Don't waste your time here like I did.

Went in to have a chipped tooth fixed. The dentist was not friendly at all !! He did not do a very good job at fixing my chipped tooth! A little over four weeks later that tooth broke off where he fixed it! I went back to get it fixed and they would not fix it! said my insurance ran out and did not want to do nothing about fixing it!! i had to ask if he would at least grind down the sharp edges of the tooth so my mouth and tonged would not get all cut up!! then they charged me almost $200.00 just to grind the sharp edges of his failed tooth repair!!! I can not recommend soft touch dental to anyone!! more so on there Woodburn Or. branch!!!

I can't say enough about how completely caring everyone is here. From the super nice lady at the front to everyone in the back. They are gentle and take the time to explain everything. I have never had this level of understanding and mind dentistry. I highly recommend stopping by. You won't regret it.

The dentist at the Woodburn office lacks social skills, and professionalism. At my last visit, after the dentist's examination, I started to feel dizzy; and even after I told him multiple times "I am feeling dizzy," he kept talking to me about a filling. I felt unsafe and unsupported in the moment. I did not understand what he had told me while I was feeling dizzy, but he had already left the room by the time I was feeling better (note-he never checked up on me after I had told him I was not feeling well). I had to ask the lady at the front office to get him for me, so that I could clarify what had happened and ask for follow up care (something that he should have provided to begin with).

I was hurting from the injection and unable to open my mouth all the way before they even started the procedure. I had a swollen face from the injection for hours after. Which I have had lots of work done on my teeth over the years and never had an issue. They didn't put the injection into my gum but my check.

Do not go here unless you want some arab guy yelling your personal information across the waiting room. They dont have doors and the "doctor" sucks.

This dental office of woodburn sucks people coming after me went in before me than finally got into a room just so I can be left in the room for another 30 min I had to be there at 3:15 to do new paper works to not get seen by the doctor I left mad at 4:30knowing this is how they treat there patients and this is still without being seen by the doctor no apologize I went to go ask the receptionist if I can reschedule just to get a "yeah u can" this sucked and unprofessional
