In my late 40's have bad teeth, was refered to have all my teeth pulled. Everything was ok til the surgery. I was about half way thru and the Anesthesia was wearing off , I yelled it was hurting and they told me to shut up, held me down (i have scratches) and kept pulling teeth. Once done, before I could even get my bearings they were wheeling me out the back door. Emotional damages for sure. I have never said so many prayers in a row in my life. Just don't do it. Find a diffrent way. Update, I filed with the AG and dental board, they told me, He def used barely any anestesia (amount he used was for a 11 year old, 90 lb child, I am close to 200lbs)If you had a bad experince please file with Attorney general and dental board. Don't leave this trap for the next person. Update 2* after a week of healing ,seems they missed peices of 2 teeth. this just keeps getting worse.

Dr. Sadakah is awesome. I had to get two fillings and I don't get any needles (freezing) or sedation. Never felt a thing. Truly 'Soft Touch Dental' Totally recommended by me!

The front staff is nice. I had to go to this one because they closed their Woodburn office and didn't bother to tell me until after my first appointment there. My tooth was in need of an emergency appointment and I didn't have time to look for another dentist but wish I did. The dentist blows through people to pay for their Austin Martin. Literally bouncing in-between 3 patients at a time. I had an old filling and my tooth was cracked and broken on parts. They didn't remove my filling to repair my tooth the just put a filling over the old one. They told me I would have cold sensitivity but it's been around 4 months and the sharp pain that comes is almost unbearable. Avoid this place.

Filthy waiting room, crowded, redundant paperwork and long wait times. What possible dental procedure requires my Marital Status, among other things?

I went here due to having extreme anxiety at the dentist. The idea of sedation dentistry appeals to me, although simple laughing gas would have been enough. Anyways all was fine until I had my procedure. I thought the reason for the sedation was to "skip" the bad parts of the visit. Well sure as anything before I was even partly asleep that dentist jammed his devil numbing needle so far into my jaw I swear it was poking out my chin. Although it hadn't honestly poked through my jaw the pain was so flipping bad it took all I had to hold still. And usually after the first round of numbing the second shot doesn't hurt as bad.... well I'm here to tell you it was worse! By a lot! It hurt so bad it was that pain that finally made me pass out. Now after that bit of hell the procedure was quick and without problems. But still, definitely defeated the purpose of sedation dentistry....

These guys have been beyond amazing. When I started service with them, I had been with another dental company in Milwaukee (Smile Keepers) and they were absolutely the worse dental office I have ever experienced. They kept canceling appointments, and when I would call to make a new appointment, they never answered the phone or returned calls. The issue was that I had about five appointments worth of work that needed to be done, and my dental insurance was expiring. So when I called Soft Touch Dental, I explained the issue to them and that I now had very limited time to get my work done. They were kind enough to schedule several appointments in advance so I could accomplish this. Well, not one appointment was canceled. Ever person I came in contact with was exceptionally nice and made me feel relaxed(except a older man who did a couple fillings for me) even he wasn't rude or abrasive, he just wasn't very friendly, in fact I think he may have said just a couple words to me. Nonetheless, he did a good job. Even the office staff was pleasant. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Thanks again guys.

What a team! Kind, patient, caring, thorough. I consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity to transfer to them. I'll be driving over an hour for my appointments and I'm not even slightly disappointed by that. Thank you for the great care! My teeth matter to me and you made me feel like they genuinely matter to you as well.

Dr. Sarah Mazareei, DMD was AWESOME!! Very kind, considerate, thoughtful, gentle and professional. Though I don't look forward to going to dentist she makes the experience very easy and stress less.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this dentist! He's very kind and professional! They have always managed to get me in last minute if needed! The front desk ladies are super nice Especially Crystal. The only downside is they are only in my town once a week which kinda sucks. But all and all great place

called in to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude and was kinda raising her voice. she then asked for my dental insurance (i have no clue other than i have OHP) i respond with " i have no clue" in which she raised her voice to ask what i said, then me repeating it, she decided to hangup. was just tryna get an appointment set up but got disrespected instead, now tooth hurts a lot and half my face is swollen and i dont know where to go for dentistry

Do not ever take yourself or family here, please! They are back alley scammers who try to just rack up your insurance. I took time off work and my son took time away from school thinking we had an appointment would be set. Me and two other patients were waiting outside for this office to open!! No one was there and then when I call to ask. No one in the office tells me they are sorry for the inconvenience I got passed around to three different receptionist before one (still not apologizing) told me I can just go voice my concerns to her boss because she knows she called everyone. Disorganized, disrespectful dentist. Do not trust these people with your time or money.

Stay away from these fascist "healthcare professionals" they are rude, unprofessional (gossiping about coworkers in front of patients among other things) during consultation they insisted that I not leave the room once my wife's sedation began... upon arrival they said I was not allowed in the room... because it's "policy", even though they said the opposite last week during my wife's consultation... very suspicious... wouldn't trust that "dentist"... why did they want so badly to be alone with my wife sedated... stay away from these disgusting people who don't even understand the basics of healthcare.. forcing masks on people who are going to have their mouths wide open for an hour plus is just ignorant and arbitrary and illustrates exactly how little they know how the human body works. Beware

Dr. Sadakah is a pro. I was difficult to numb and he was very patient. Seriously, the guy's hands are quick, strong and calm. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years and they could tell, so they walked me through the process patiently. I had a root canal yesterday and I have no real pain. Don't know why everybody said good luck. No longer afraid

They were nice up until after they pulled my wisdoms. I had a panic attack while they were putting me to sleep and a super young nice lady helped me relax. But once they were done the other lady shook my shoulder n sat me up but before I was even awake they put me in a wheelchair n put me in my rides car. I understand the whole covid stuff, but let someone be able to move their body and understand what's going on before rushing them out your dentist office.
