The whole experience was as good as it can be while at the dentist. I had 2 cavities filled and it was quick and painless. I was there for maybe 30 minutes. I like the dentist, he's professional, efficient and kind. Glad I found a good place to get my dental work done.

This is the first dentist I've gone to since 2018 and so far they've given me a cleaning, new fillings, and repair of broken fillings. The service was friendly, quick and professional. I'm so thankful because I've already seen improvements in my overall health since getting work done here.

They heard you in like cattle, NOTHING GENTLE ABOUT THIS PLACE PERIOD. THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. It's 1 month later and I just had a cleaning, it was much more pleasant but I wouldn't go here if my insurance didn't make me

Awful service! They should also explain your treatment plan with clarification on the service you need so it's not a surprise when you get there. Just awful and cheap services.

My daughter was in tears, on multiple occasions, and it was clear it was from the area of her mouth she just had a filling. She reported a wiggly sensation either from the baby tooth itself or the massive filling just put into that baby tooth. We had it checked out, confirmed there was an adult tooth coming in but some time away from rupturing the gum. She continued crying and I scheduled another appointment to have the baby tooth (and potential filling issue) removed. As it was during business hours I needed someone to take my Daughter on my behalf to get her there and back logistically. The dental office refused to provide services on account of her not having a "parent or guardian." It was her grandpa that was there. It was her parent that scheduled and confirmed the procedure to be performed. They refused and she is still in pain and we are months out from being able to get back in. This is unacceptable. Bureaucratic process, even if well intentioned, should accommodate logistics of this nature by calling me to confirm, emailing or faxing a form providing written proof. SOMETHING other than cancelling the appointment and sending her home untreated. I am furious. -A Father who cares.

The hygienist was top class. He was friendly, professional, gentle, and efficient. He made a usually nervous and uncomfortable teeth cleaning process easy and quick. And afterwards my teeth felt super clean. Highly recommend this hygienist! He is the best!

We have attended this office 3-4 Times for my 5-year-old niece (Fillings). This is the office Pacific source assigned her to. She had a check up previously with Advantage Dental they offered to fax over her information ,Soft touch would not allow the x-rays from another office. At each visit the front desk staff & assistant's in the back seemed REALLY RUSHED or OVERWHELMED. The DENTISThe just RUSHED. I'm sure the staff's energy was due to having an completely full office in front & all chairs in the back(EVERYTIME). At my nieces recent appointment he let his assistant know he was not going to numb her. My response was Omg !! (not the most helpful ), before I looked up he was already going to work. He sent the young assistant away & sent for his Veteran, who also seems RUSHED!! he informed her of not numbing. My niece was so SCARED!! & !!CLEARLY crying in PAIN!!. What myself & I'm sure the OFFICE heard was, the DENTIST telling her .."I'm barely putting pressure,"while scratching other spots asking her where it hurts"look it doesn't hurt, WHY are you crying?. He continued digging & poking w/2 tools. I asked him if he SHOULD numb her 1st? he told me "he wouldn't need to, her tooth was already open and that it would be a quick procedure. My niece at this point has been screaming. I stood up to hold her hand & asked again if he SHOULD numb her? His response was, next time we will do numbing. Her cry sounded like pain & fear until he finished. He tells my niece "were all done & no more crying. He then informed me that for her next appointment he will numb her. Really wish we did not have to return to this office the only thing child friendly was the toys.

Molar filling replaced and left with a huge crater and is now very sensitive to temperature. Front tooth was never buffed and is very rough. Also the shape is different with a gap at the gum line. The procedures were rushed with no attention to detail. I'm not satisfied with the results.

The doctor is great! Nurses are very compassionate and both did their very best with a very nervous patient. I would give five stars but scheduling is a bit of a headache. I still highly recommend them and will be going back.

I value my smile and Soft Touch Dental cares about my smile too. They are kind, and sensitive to my needs. Everyone that works there takes the time to answer any of my questions. The doctor himself is gentle and caring and does a very good job fixing my teeth. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are only available few days a week but wide range of times available and worth waiting for an appointment.
