In my late 40's have bad teeth, was refered to have all my teeth pulled. Everything was ok til the surgery. I was about half way thru and the Anesthesia was wearing off , I yelled it was hurting and they told me to shut up, held me down (i have scratches) and kept pulling teeth. Once done, before I could even get my bearings they were wheeling me out the back door. Emotional damages for sure. I have never said so many prayers in a row in my life. Just don't do it. Find a diffrent way. Update, I filed with the AG and dental board, they told me, He def used barely any anestesia (amount he used was for a 11 year old, 90 lb child, I am close to 200lbs)If you had a bad experince please file with Attorney general and dental board. Don't leave this trap for the next person. Update 2* after a week of healing ,seems they missed peices of 2 teeth. this just keeps getting worse.

Doctor Sadakah is a true professional with excellent skills andhumor . I always know he will address the problem and fix it in a timely cost effective manner. I've been going to him for over 14 years, wouldn't think about going anywhere else. His staff are also amazing

They are quick and efficient. They numb the area of my mouth and do the filling quickly. So it's not painful

All the staff here are super professional. You can tell that they have a great "team chemistry". I couldn't have picked a better place for all my dental needs! I had three teeth removed, two that were my wisdom teeth and it took only ten minutes to complete. And the wildest thing is afterwards, I didn't even need any pain medication even after the novacan wore off. Three weeks later I went in to get a deep cleaning and that was done perfectly in about 20 minutes. It's unbelievable! Like I said before.... I couldn't have picked a better place!!!

As an already frightend patient, I would not have expected the treatment I was given at Soft Touch Dental. I had to have 6 teeth pulled, but Dr. Sadakah instead pulled 7 without any anesthitic or nerve calming agent and didn't seem to care about what happened. Basically, threw my partial on the table and told me to deal with it. I guarntee you I will not be coming back.

I love my dentist! They take OHP, charge half price if you pay in cash, can fill 3 cavities and still get you out the door in a half hour. Awesome.

While sitting in the chair I did some rough calculations and figured my dentist had filled over the 10,000 teeth during her career. Needless to say, her work was excellent and very speedy.

Staff was very nice. Didn't really care for the dental assistant I had. The dentist was super cool. Which I like since I'm scared to death of the dentist.

Dr. Danny and Octavia were amazing with my care! I hate to admit it, but it was a pleasure, seeing my Dentist and assistant! They both were caring, patient and was a pain free experience! I'll be back in 2 weeks to finish up the procedure! :-). Tommy Burke

Dr. Sarah Mazareei completely transformed my smile after multiple visits and many fillings later I have confidence now when I smile. The staff members are friendly and organized! I'm looking forward to seeing them in March 2023 for a follow-up

Never thought I would have to write a review like this, but after the traumatizing experience my partner faced at Soft Touch, I feel I have no choice, especially since my partner is too traumatized to even write a review herself. For a dental clinic specializing in "shy" patients, it was quite egregious what she faced. She had a scheduled root canal. Dr. Sadakah did not explain the procedure at all. He just said it was "simple;" he did not explain what it entails, or what to anticipate such as how much pain she was likely to feel or what the after effects were likely to be. They didn't even tell her how long to wait to eat and drink after the procedure or what foods/drinks to avoid. We had to google that. They also didn't tell her the pain would be bad enough she would need opioids (which just make her nauseous) or antibiotics. They didn't check that the antibiotics prescribed would work for her. I brought this up myself and the front desk just said "oh she didn't mark it on the form." The form was for allergies, not side effects, which are different and not asked for on the intake form. Dr. Sadakah didn't explain the anesthesia situation, whether she was comfortable with the plan, or obtain her consent prior to anesthetizing her. They didn't tell her she needed a follow up visit to get a crown after or that she would need one in the first place (they mentioned it several visits prior but made it seem like she might not need it when, in fact, it seems to be essential to maintaining the integrity of the tooth after root canal). They also advised pre-medicating with a benzo before the procedure, which means she was likely to forget anything they told her IF they did tell her; there was no paper copy of an after visit summary, even after I asked for one. During the visit, Dr. Sadakah did not take her pain seriously. He didn't ask permission to do things, and he lied about being finished then proceeded to cause more pain. He also kept calling her "sweetheart" and other patronizing names when at the previous visit she let him know that she preferred to be called by her name. After the procedure and she told me all this in tears, I asked the front desk if I could speak with the doctor (she was already in the car and didn't want to face him again). The front desk went to ask him; she came back and said he was "too busy seeing other patients" and if she wanted to talk to him she would have to make another appointment. As a medical provider myself, I find this response to be unacceptable. I can't speak about the other dentists there, but Dr. Sadakah is not a trauma-informed provider and I would not recommend anyone, whether you are "shy" or not, to obtain care from him.
