Soft Touch Dental-Gresham,OR Dr. Sadakah's initial consultation offered hope. He believes in doing all that's possible to save teeth as there's a way. I was promised that each of my teeth could be saved-just keep my appointments. His bedside manner is one of compassion and taking ownership of the issues that I thought were unsalvageable and beyond hope. I left from my first visit with hope, instead of angst at the prospect of returning. I haven't had anything but good experiences as the team gently yet aggressively take on the challenges concerning my dental health. Dr. Mazareei is truly a gem. I call her "a great sculpture artist". She works on my teeth fraught with over 30 years of degeneration with a seemly personal interest, as if I am a family member or close friend. I recline each time with low or no anxiety about the prospect. Instead, I look forward to seeing her finished work-artistry. The process is guided and handled by only capable hands. Techs and assistants work in tandem, working very well as a well oiled machine. I recently had 4 teeth filled & repaired. Prior to that, 3 filled in the same manner just a week or so prior. I never knew I could sit calmly without having to guide my anxiety through the process of returning my teeth to good working order with fillings that look like my teeth. In my experience, no pain during or after the procedures. The nominal "pinch" is a fair cry from pain or discomfort. It may not be, but from my perspective I am receiving reconstructed teeth that I must do my best to keep in good working order. I know my dental health falls in line with my overall health and makes overall quality of life better. My smile is more confident and so am I. I remain grateful that I have taken the opportunity to trust such a great team. From intake to exit, my visits feel less like a doctor's visit and more like a supportive rally. My only regret is that I didn't know about this great team and visited this office much sooner before I had several tooth extractions. Thank you for being exemplary and outstanding!

In my late 40's have bad teeth, was refered to have all my teeth pulled. Everything was ok til the surgery. I was about half way thru and the Anesthesia was wearing off , I yelled it was hurting and they told me to shut up, held me down (i have scratches) and kept pulling teeth. Once done, before I could even get my bearings they were wheeling me out the back door. Emotional damages for sure. I have never said so many prayers in a row in my life. Just don't do it. Find a diffrent way. Update, I filed with the AG and dental board, they told me, He def used barely any anestesia (amount he used was for a 11 year old, 90 lb child, I am close to 200lbs)If you had a bad experince please file with Attorney general and dental board. Don't leave this trap for the next person. Update 2* after a week of healing ,seems they missed peices of 2 teeth. this just keeps getting worse.

Nothing but gratitude! Impeccable service & great team. From the receptionist, to the dental technicians & dentists, the service was above par. Compassionate, lovely bedside manners, easy touch as the team did all to ensure my visits are stress free. I was also grateful that they vigilantly encouraged saving every tooth. That was so refreshing as I've had at least 6 extractions over the last 5 years due to a degenerative bone disorder. Also things are explained plainly with confidence as they take ownership of what I thought was my dental demise. I've never looked forward to a dental visit. The anxiety is enough to raise my blood pressure. This place is different. Not only was the cleaning and fillings painless, the workmanship may as well be art. Sculptors with a keen eye for detail. The fillings were done on my front teeth. I had no idea I needed fillings in all those areas! My smile is returning to normal as they vigilantly working on reinstating my smile over the next 5 visits! Thank you for everything, down to your organized scheduling, prompt, no-wait service with a smile. Honorable mention, I really enjoy the music, my era of 80's chill. Kudos all around! 3 CHEERS and 5 grateful stars!

I would not recommend this office. Office manager needs to learn to schedule appointments properly. Got called back after 30 minutes past my original scheduled appointment time. The assistant couldn't even say "hi" and was extremely rude. I had full panel x-rays less than 2 months from my appointment and "per doctors policy" he requires his own x-rays. I declined and they refused to see me.

Second visit. Friendly office staff. First visit was a cleaning with John. He's thorough and professional. Second visit, filling was efficient and painless. Great job on a hard to shape tooth, doctor! Thank you and I'll see you soon.

This place is a little tucked away one block off of Powell. It is right next to an acupuncture place so go in the left door not the right door. The parking lot is a bit narrow, if you have a big rig, just be aware parking might be tricky. As of March 2022 you still need to wear a mask until they look in your mouth. The waiting room is pretty small with only a few chairs, so you may want to wait in your car until right before your appointment time. I give the four stars because both times there seemed quite a wait, however when the Dentist gets to you it goes very quickly. I think they are very busy. Other than the wait time, I had a very good experience. The staff was professional and friendly. Everything was explained to me very clearly. I had two wisdom teeth removed and the doctor made sure it really didn't hurt and he was super fast!

I went in with all legal documentation, a representative to get my paperwork, sit in the office for me while I waited outside. The corporate manager came out, wouldn't let me come in for my dental appointment, tries to bait me into a fight, refused to give me her last name( after already giving it to me once), told me they didn't serve the "disabled" there, "not sure why I was given that clinic as place of service in the first place". I was refused service at the dentist because I am disabled.

My son who is 26 went here. He has Asperger's and they dealt very poorly with him. When he scheduled an appointment he added it to his calendar on his phone. When he went to the appointment they told him his appointment was a half an hour earlier and they wouldn't be able to see him. He is very detail oriented and he knows he entered the correct time on his calendar. Then they told him he was on probation because of it. To get another appointment he needs to call on Tuesday mornings to see if they have a cancelation. He has never been late to any appointment anywhere and never in my life have I heard of a policy like this. All medical providers that I have been to have a grace policy for the first late appointment or if their was a mix-up in the appointment time and they reschedule you. His appointment was for a tooth that has hurt ever since they replaced a filling. He did get mad and yell at them but they shouldn't be treating people like this especially someone with a disability. He won't be going back to this dentist.

Amazing work. I have enjoyed teeth cleanings here for over 8 years. Dr. Sedaka is kind and thorough. My wisdom teeth extraction was quick and painless and I've always been pleased with the hygienists. The staff is always friendly and accommodating with good reminders for upcoming appointments and the office is very clean. I highly recommend Soft Touch to anyone who is seeking a new dentist office.
