I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if they offered free dental care services!! I went in for a broken filling on my left back tooth and some pain in a back tooth on the right. The dentist, Dr. G, advised me that I just needed two crowns, no root canal or anything, just the crowns. I was directed to the financial advisor, who told me to apply for Care Credit. Without hesitation or research, my dumb self applied and was charged over $3000 for two crowns that I don't even think I needed. I felt $3000 was just way too much money for the work they did when I had dental insurance. I reached out to my insurance advocate and they launched an investigation which turned out that they did indeed overcharge me and put in wrong billing codes to get more money. I was given a refund of the over charge which was deducted from my care credit bill. Not only that, but their dental work is less than satisfactory. My temporary crowns popped out a few times prior to the permanent ones being put in. Then the permanent crown on the left came out a couple of weeks after it was put in. The numbing shots that Dr. G gave me were the most excruciating pain I've ever felt before. He must've hit a nerve or something because my mouth was swollen for 4 days after that visit. I would rather do my own dental work than to EVER step foot back into Soft Dental again!! I feel like I was bamboozled.

I have not been to the dentist in 10 years due to my last visit being the most horrible experience of my life. I knew that I needed to go and so I called Dr. G's Office. This turned out to be the best decision ever, Dr. G and his staff are amazing!!!!! I told him about my last experience and he assured me that he would take it slow and I would not be in any pain, He broke my visits up into multiple visits that way I was insured The best visits possible. He is a very caring dentist, he listened to each concern I had and addressed every single one. His staff is amazing and worked hard to get me scheduled, deal with my insurance, and make my visits enjoyable! I have completed my dental treatments, and I will be back every six months for cleaning! I will no longer ever wait 10 years to see a dentist especially Dr. G!! Thank you for helping me get past my fear and anxiety!

Broke a crown and a tooth so went on my insurance website and picked the closest dentist. Turns out I hit the JACKPOT. LVDG was fantastic. The staff was professional and caring. Rigo and Dr G were absolutely the best. Got the broken tooth removed and a new crown. They were very good at their craft, explained what needed to be done and treated me like family. I don't think I could have had a better experience in a bad situation. Thanks to all at LVDG.
