I was due for a cleaning and was looking for a great place in the area.The facility looks brand new and state of the art.I only waited 5 minutes for my appointment X-rays and consultation was done immediately in a polite and polished manner. Everyone was welcoming and kind.Great meeting Dr.Samandarov for the first time. Probably the best experience I ever had in the dental office. Highly recommended.

I had Dr. Mike Sam as a dentist and I am happy to report that I think he is a great dentist. It is unusual in my experience to be given choices, but Dr. Mike was happy to give me three choices. Those were root canal treatment remove the tooth and preserve the socket for implant or just remove the tooth. Even though Dr. Bella is no longer here as a practicing dentist I was comfortable with Dr. Mike, I think he is honest and fair and I will be staying here as a patient.

I switch to this dental office for a personal reason. And I'm happy that I wasn't wrong making this decision. Everyone knows that your dentist and eye doctor are most important than physicians. From the minute you enter this office you get a very good, professional service. Nigina at the front desk is not the person who is only sitting there and takes care of the phone calls. She is very respectful, knowledgeable and even more. Very energetic girl, nice. Love here. Dr. Michael I believe is the best dentist I ever met. He is young but very smart. Usually young doctors don't sound knowledgeable because they don't have much experience. But not Dr.Michael. He knows what he is doing, he never will do something just to charge money. If you don't need a procedure or it will not benefit you he always will explain. Not like other doctors, they see only $$ signs. I don't remember the name but doctors assistant girl is very nice too, cares about patients. If anyone needs a dentist, don't even afraid that Dr.Michael is not old man with experience:)) He is young and I believe has a new vision and technology for better help. I'm always careful with Dentist. And that's why I want to give 5 even 10 Stars to this office and their team.

Worst experience with the dental office. Dentist was very rude and unprofessional. Went to get a cleaning on and the cleaning lasted less then 5 minutes. When I questioned why so fast, the dentist got a nasty attitude. She said then why did you come here if you don't like it. It was my first time and last time there. Was a waste of my time, they did not really do anything close to a cleaning. And the worst part is how they treated me as a patient. Do not waste your time and go to this place.

The receptionist Faze (Spelling), is Guyanese/Indian. She Was very harsh and rude. She thought I was illiterate because I did not want to fill out the application electronically. I brought the issue to the dentist, dr. Gelman, but she quickly changed the subject. Their first impression of me was my skin color, and I had my hair tied with a green bandana, gangster, right? If I were Caucasian, I am sure I would not have gotten that type of treatment today. I hope this place gets sued one day for discrimination! Now I have something to tell my Science Class on Monday, Thanks Faze, for being so unprofessional. I hope you find another job because you are not happy.

So let me start by saying this office was actually a nice place. I saw Dr Gulman she was really nice she did two crowns on myself. I went to her last week I needed a cleaning to be done and a extraction she told me she can do my extraction if I want on this appointment I told her no I think I need more time she told me that I needed a bone graph which is 750 I told her I will think about it and let her know am a mom with two little kids working part time I don't have that kind of money. When I got to the appointment for the extraction she told me oh I will just refer you to a oral surgeon to do you extraction I said ok I told the front desk like I just wasted my time coming out here and I told the front desk a day before my appointment to let the dr know I wouldn't be doing the bone graph they said ok just let her know like why waste my time ????

Horrible. I felt constant pain in 1 tooth so I assumed I had a cavity in that tooth. My usual dentist said he couldn't find any cavities so I came here for 2nd opinion. However when Dr. Gelman did an X-ray, the X-ray showed I have 4 cavities(all on my right side). To be clear, I had no pain in the other 3 areas that supposedly have cavities. But, I allowed Dr. Gelman to remove the 4 cavities and do fillings. Since then, I have so much sensitivity and sharp pain when I chew with the 3 teeth that weren't bothering me in the first place. And the tooth that originally had pain, still hurts!! I even went back for her to fix the sensitivity issue and I still have sharp pain when I chew. Next time, I won't let a dentist touch any teeth that aren't bothering me in the first place. Seems like "fixing" cavities is all a guessing game. I won't be returning.
