Doctor Dinh was born in Da Nang, Vietnam. She has one sister and three brothers. Her parents worked tirelessly for the family to relocate to the United States in 1993. Her family has been living in Atlanta, Georgia eversince.Doctor Dinh graduated from Riverdale High School in 2002. She then attended Georgia State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in December, 2005. Following graduation, she served as a nurse taking care of the neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Northside Hospital. She enjoyed working alongside with her team members to teach families on how to take care of their special needs babies. On her days off, she would hang out with her predoctoral friends. She was invited by one of them to visit a dental office, where she found herself surrounded with children getting their teeth cleaned and having braces put on. She enjoyed the experience with the children so much that she decided to go back to school to become a dentist. Doctor Dinh got accepted into the Medical College of Georgia to study dentistry in 2009. She continued to work as a nurse while she was attending dental school. She graduated in 2013. Soon after graduation, she was blessed with the opportunity to work with children at Peachtree Children's Dentistry.Doctor Dinh opened up her own practice, Soft Heart Dentistry, in August, 2016. It is her goal to deliver dental care to all patients with compassion and to the best of her ability.Doctor Dinh likes to meditate, eat, and spend time with her loved ones on her spare time. Doctor Dinh doesn't have kids of her own yet but hope that one day she will.
Doctor Joy earned her Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Georgia States University. After her undergraduate studies, she worked as a Forensic Scientist for two years before attending dental school. Dr. Joy obtained her Doctoral of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) from Medical College of Georgia, now known as Augusta University. She furthered her dental training and knowledge by completing an additional year of General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Medical Center Knoxville, TN. Dr. Joy is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is committed to providing the best dental care possible to her patients and continues to advance her skills by actively continuing her education.Dr. Joys personal life mostly consists of spending time with her family,her husband and their baby girl, Isla, who is eight months old. She enjoys exercise, cooking and watching her favorite show: Everybody Loves Raymond.

Blown away that a dentist office would call me and have the audacity to say that I need to pay my bill with my insurance company so that their claim for an upcoming procedure could be approved, when in-fact my bill was paid. They actually called repeatedly as if they were bill collectors. This upset me so bad that I have called the insurance provider to ask how could they have access to any personal financial information between myself and the provider and I was told that they could only see a bill through date. I feel as if my personal privacy has been violated and I have been harassed by this office. I have filed a grievance with the provider and will be filing a grievance with the state.

This is quite literally the best dentist experience me and my family has ever had. They are so gentle, so thoughtful, so considerate of keeping us comfortable the entire time. We will never go any where else!

My entirely family has seen Dr. Tracy here for years. She is so kind and professional with the care of her patients. It's not limited to her, the rest of the staff is amazing as well! I recently made the mistake of seeing a different dentist closer to home since I am leaving for school soon. A deep periodontic cleaning was recommended by the other dentist, however, I wanted it done here because of the longstanding history between the practice and my family. When I called, Esme scheduled me to have treatment before school started. Long story short, it turns out that the periodontic treatment recommended by the other dentist was unnecessary, and I wouldn't have known this had I not had scheduled my appointment with Dr. Tracy. She took the time to explain to me why I actually don't need a periodontic cleaning, and I was given the appropriate prophylactic cleaning I should've had in the first place. I am beyond grateful for the team here at Soft Heart. They are well worth the drive, and I will be making the trek back to see them for my future appointments. Thank you guys!

Absolutely love Dr. Dinh and her team!! I especially love that there is very little turn over. This really makes your family more comfortable and at ease. The soft heart family always greets you with a smile and has a way of calming any nerves. My son would scream from the time he walked into the dentist until the time he left. That all changed on our first visit to Soft Heart. He came in and immediately the staff spoke with him and got him comfortable and relaxed. Special shout-out to Esme and Amy we have know them the longest and they never fail to provide a one of a kind experience with never failing professionalism! I recommend Soft Heart Dentistry to everyone I know and always will!!

My son is 9 and has autism and ADHD. Our first experience going to the dentist was an absolute nightmare until we found Soft Heart dentistry. Dr. Tracy is so amazing as well as Ms. Amy. Words cannot express how grateful I am for them and how good and caring they are about there patients.

Lets say this going to the dentist when you have a toothache is the worst. But they make it simple, painless and a breeze. From the beginning to the end. From staff the dentist and the button presser. All make you feel comfortable at all times.Really thankful to all who work here and help you feel better. They are the best. The dentist is awesome and did a great job. I would highly recommend from something simple to more complex such as mine. Thx a ton, see you soon!

I had a confirmed appt this morning with this office, only to be told when I arrived at 7:45 am that they gave my appointment to another customer because they called me twice to confirm my appointment again and I didn't pick up. Why are you confirming 200 times what I just confirmed that same week?
