I was referred to Dr. Oksana Elariny earlier this year. The knowledge, professionalism and quality of service are of a very high standard. After my initial dental needs were cured (dental implants, crown), I have seen Dr. Elariny once again and will continue to retain her as my dentist.

I never write reviews, but this experience prompted me to write one. Honestly, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This dentist has no knowledge of the dentistry world but is more like a business office and defiantly doesn't suggest anyone go to her waste of money and time. We had an appointment for my 8-year-old daughter at 4 pm, and we waited almost one hour to see dr Oksana even though the doctor didn't say sorry for being late; she was very rude, she had no respect, no care or any sort of service for their customer shame on you and your office and my daughter still had the pain. Please use a different clinic for your dentist. She is not a responsible person. She just takes your money, that is all.

Horrible place, unprofessional and shady practices. I would avoid this place for overcharge and rude customer service. I had an Appointment with Dr. Oksana Elariny on 09/29/2022 to see what is the problem with my teeth; so she started extra my teeth, and she said I needed to remove one of my teeth; I said ok; it took her almost 1 hour to remove my teeth she was working just by her self no any assistant or any helper, running all over the office answering calls talking with other patients at the front desk she never asked me if I feel any pain she just starts to inject me couple aesthetic medicine and trying to remove the teeth it was so pain full. She didn't even care if I felt any pain; she never asked me even once if I felt any pain. All she was taught was to finish the job so fast that she could take another patient. After finishing with her, I started having pain day and night and took almost 24 tablets of Tylenol and Advil for 3 days nothing helped, I still have the pain Please don't use this clinic. She only cares about your money, and she tries her best to rob you. Beware

Poor service and bad communication. I recently had a cleaning appointment with Dr. Elariny. I asked them about a price. They told me the price, but they charged me twice higher than they told me before. And I asked the price 2 times before to make sure because I don't have insurance and paying cash. They told me the same price, but charged twice more after the service. They said because it was 1.5 hr and a deeper cleaning. THEY MUST ANNOUNCE ALL THE PRICES TO CLIENTS transparently and make a clear distinction between different services, instead of giving just one price and then charging twice higher after service. I don't like how they treat their clients and lost my trust in them.

I had horrible pain from my wisdom tooth that needed extracting. I was hesitate to see a dentist, but Dr. Elariny not only made me feel so at ease- she completed the removal in minutes! I was in and out of her office in less than 20 minutes having not felt a thing! I highly recommend her and will be seeing her for all of my dental needs. She is so knowledgeable and truly shows her patients true care and attention. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Due to COVID I had to postpone my dentist visits for one year until now. I did not want to go to a big place which has many staff members around and lots of visitors. I am so happy I have chosen Soft Dentistry because it's a private place and the doctor is very concerned about visitor's safety. It felt comfortable, safe and private. Dr. Elariny was very professional and nice. She provided me with a great service and gave helpful recommendations about invisalign treatments I am planning to use. She was knowledgeable and honest describing all pros and cons. I will come back to this dentistry for sure!

Best dentist, i come to her clinic with my cheek so swelling and big infection on my teeth, and she make the extraction so carefully making feel you relax and feel calm, that was my experience!! Any pain after that 0 pain!! I love you job thank you so much for great service!!

Dr Elariny is the best!!! For real! I know finding the right dentist is a difficult task. It took me 7 years to find the courage to get implants after two extractions. My first appointment for 2 implants was yesterday and it went super smoothly. No pain at all. No even when she injected the anesthesia on both sides, just a pinch. I was so nervous at the beginning so I closed my eyes and had my headphones to distract me a little. Before I finished listening to a few songs, she told me, the left side is done! I felt nothing, only smooth vibrations and some saliva (which she cleaned up frequently). We took a small break before starting the other side. Dr Elariny made me feel safe and comfortable. We chatted a little and she even complemented me on my skin. It definitely boosted my courage to finish this strong. She prescribed some antibiotics and a rinse. I couldn't eat for a few hours after the procedure because I couldn't feel my lips. She also recommended Advil to ease the pain until both sides completely heal. Take AM and also Advil PM (it will help you sleep better, especially the first night) I am proud of finding the courage to do it. And happy to have found my to go dentist! I recommend you try Dr Elariny and respond to my review to let me know how was your experience. Good luck.

I have been going to Soft Dentistry for about 5 years now. Oksana always takes ample time to explain each aspect of the procedure and discuss all possible options. She has a very professional approach to ensure your comfort.I always recommend this dental office to my friends.
