Nov. 8, 2022 - A wonderful dental office. The dentists are so caring & very professional; they have much patience also. The staff is so helpful, will go out of their way to answer questions. They are always smiling, wonderful young ladies. It is a very clean office also. I would truly recommend this dental office. Thank you.

I'm very impressed by the competence, professionalism and compassion at Soft Dental. I had many questions and all were answered until I felt secure that I had a plan in place. Thanks to both dentists and especially to Paola whose knowledge was great as was her ability to explain dental procedures.

Horrible. My husband had an appointment that he had to wait for, for almost 2 months. They call 30 minutes before my husband's appointment to say there was something with the insurance. Gave some BS explanation that they changed locations and that my husband may have to pay out of pocket. I ended the call with Paula after going back and forth about this for 10 minutes saying I would call my insurance and figure this out. I can my insurance and they confirmed that this office at the correct address was in network. I call Paula back and she refused to accept this, said something about me "yelling at her" and that they would see my husband but he would have to pay out of pocket, despite me CONFIRMING that they were in network. She was rude and combative without a legit explanation then hung up on me. I'll admit, I was livid on the phone, but for an appointment we had for 2 months, I am DISGUSTED. I'd give zero stars if I could.

My name is Drew Militano I was diagnosed with sleep appnia. I'm 70 years old and was made aware of my condition by my wife who noticed I stopped breathing. I went for evaluation and was given a cpap machine. It lasted two days. Sent it back. By luck my beautiful wife Amy read about soft care dental and their ability to design an appliance that fit in my mouth. I DON'T SNORE ANYMORE. REPEAT I don't snore anymore. Thank you Doctors D and B, you're the best and my new dentist as well. This all is true,it's changed my life. Drew

This is one of the worst dental places to ever go! I had a root canal done here by one of the dentists...Ritu Dureja. I had initially intended to get just the filling done, and avoid the root canal. I mentioned to her that it would be painful, and that's why I wanted to skip it, and she outrightly LIED saying it would not be painful at all. The surgery was a total failure, a total catastrophe. I went back with excruciating pain in the gums, and the other dentist, Parnika Bhagat took some X-Rays, to try to determine what was causing the pain, but the reasons she gave were totally so lame. Believe it or not, I lived with extreme pain for a whole 6 months, when I decided to go to NJ's BEST Dentist, Dr. Drew Fairweather, and get a 2nd root canal done, on that same tooth!!!! It was a total success this 2nd time, thank GOD! I would NEVER recommend Soft Care Dental, to any1 after this experience!

2 wonderful dentists and incredible staff-- friendly, considerate. The office is very clean. Just a great bunch of people! They're awesome!!!

The ladies here so sweet! I love going to the dentist and everyone here makes it easy and fast to do so. Scheduling is a breeze as well. The receptionists, hygienists, and dentists are very knowledgeable and kind. They always remember me and greet everyone with a warm smile. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a more personable and laid-back dental facility.

Just recently my wife saw Dr. Dureja for her dental problem. She was in a lot of discomfort due to sensitivity in her teeth and not to mention, nervous. But, it ended up being a great experience. Dr Dureja is so knowledgeable, ethical, gentle and a kind person. Great and helpful office staff. Highly recommend.
