My name is Dr. Ashley Kisling and I am thrilled to welcome you to my practice. We opened less than a year ago, and in such a short time we have done so much for the field of orthodontics and our local community. You may have already met us at one of the RMV events. We try to be involved in our community as much as possible.
Our office has over 250,000 followers on social media, and from this influence we have been a leading voice in the field of orthodontics. We have been featured on CNBC, and asked to speak at major orthodontic conferences, and on behalf of orthodontic companies such as Invisalign.
Our office is a Diamond Plus Provider for Invisalign, meaning our office is top 1% in the nation. We specialize in traditional braces, and braces behind the teeth. I am aware you may have different braces than what we currently offer. I am prepared to finish your case as-is and if we collectively decide to switch to one of my systems, that will be at no charge to you.
My goal is to provide the best service for you and your family with the least amount of inconvenience. Our office also has a board-certified Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Billy, to serve all your kiddos needs.
Dr. Ashley was born and raised in Fresno, CA and attended UC Irvine for her Bachelors in Public Health Sciences, UCLA School of Dentistry, and Georgia School of Orthodontics. She has been the recipient of the Deans scholarship and the Deans Medal, a Shirley and Ralph Shapiro Endowed recipient, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon recipient. Her research in Orthopedic and Orthodontic treatment of cleft lip case was awarded 2nd place at UCLA Clinic Pride.
Dr. Ashleys passion for working with children and families to create smiles is deeply rooted in education and experience. In 2015, she started her career at a private practice in Fresno, CA providing pediatric care for children of all ages. She expanded her experience to orthodontic care in 2017. While she was in residency, Dr. Ashley worked at a private practice providing Orthodontic care for two years. During this time, she began the planning and groundwork to open her own practice.
SOCO Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontic Care is Southern Californias go-to office for the most comfortable and state of the art dental facility for children, teens, and adults. With a hyper-focus on servicing the community, Dr. Ashley prides herself on service, long-lasting professional relationships, and creating smiles for all of South County.

Dr. Billy attended the University of California, San Diego for his Bachelors in Physiology and Neuroscience and the University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry while graduating on the Deans List where he was awarded the Sr. Dental Student Award. He continued his experience and education with a certificate of Advanced Pediatrics at USCs Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry and Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles.
Dr. Billy is a liason of the Southern California Society of Dentistry for Children, a member of the American Dental Association, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Billy believes in working as a team with parents and children to attain the best level of oral hygiene and creating good habits that last a lifetime. His proficiency and advanced skill set is in Behavior Management, Sedation, Hospital Dentistry, and working with children with special needs.
Hobbies:hanging with friends and family, surfing, snow skiing, water skiing, volleyball, reading, hiking, bbqing, traveling!Destinations of choice:anywhere, Costa Rica, anywhere!Fave Foods:sushi, any kind of Mediterranean food, & papusas (made by my Costa Rican mother)!

Beautiful and welcoming place! All the staff were very nice and on time! The doctor had so much patience with my toddler! They even gave her a coloring book to make her visit memorable! I loved everything about my experience their.

Beautiful and clean dental office! Friendly staff and high tech equipment! My son refused to let prior dentist take X-rays or clean his teeth and here at SOCO they are kid friendly and he found it fun and was very excited!

Dr. Ashley and staff have been amazing! Since day one Dr. Ashley was super sweet and answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the process, never felt like she was rushing through the visit. Wow! What an amazing experience for my daughter and myself! She is 2.5 and had very traumatic experiences in the past at the dentist and from the moment we walked in to Soco she could feel the amazing energy in the place and was the most well behaved she has ever been! The front desk manager was so friendly and helpful and the tech and dentist were absolutely amazing! They made my daughter and me feel so comfortable and really took the time to explain everything! I can't say enough great things about this place!

The staff is friendly and made my son feel safe and calm for treatment of a cavity. The dentist explained everything and went over treatment options. The orthodontist used visuals and explained the treatment plan during our consultation. She is kind and knowledgeable and encouraged us to ask questions. The office is very clean and inviting. My son loved the staff so much that he wants to go back to get his teeth cleaned! This place is awesome!

We have been going to SoCo for a couple of months now and love them! The entire staff is amazing, super friendly and very helpful. I love they were able to get all 3 of my kids in at the same time for a cleaning. Then the orthodontist Dr. Ashley came in for my oldest son's ortho evaluation and was able to get started that day with his spacers. I love that we didn't even have to leave the cleaning chair. Marsha at the front desk was able to get us an exact quote for our orthodontic plan, no surprises. We were able to get a same day appointment twice when we needed it. Dr Billy and Dr Ashley are very knowledgeable and explain things very thoroughly. Their equipment is high end and has the coolest technology. They are honest and don't try to upsell procedures. My kids actually really like coming to the office too. There are tvs over the chairs for the kids to watch, Peanut, the sweetest little "mascot" dog, not to mention they get a balloon and get to chose a toy from their treasure chest. Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience with Soco! From the minute we walked in it was welcoming and hassle free. Also a very clean, stylish environment. It was my daughter's first cleaning and Ashley made her feel very comfortable and had her favorite show playing on the ceiling! Dr. Kisling also made time to answer my questions after the examination. Looking forward to taking both kids back in 6 months!

This is the best pediatric dentist practice for kids! We see Dr. Bill Arnold and he is so patient with Kids and so nice and friendly. The staff is welcoming and nice, most importantly they help my daughter relax and have a good experience at the dentist. The office is so kid friendly and that makes our visits be fun. I feel like they provided a lot useful information in our trip. Dr. Bill never rushes us, but always explains what is going on with my daughters teeth and what his recommendations are. Highly recommend this practice, specially if you have little ones who are nervous about seeing the dentist.

We just left SOCO with our 3 and 2 year old who LOVED their experience at the dentist. All of the staff knew exactly how to handle the kids so that they were super comfortable. The kids got to pick their toothbrushes (a pelican and a flamingo,) and they got to watch Disney+ on the ceiling screen. They also got goodie bags and a prize from the prize box. The office is really nice and Peanut, the office dog, is the cutest! We are so happy we switched dentists to SOCO!
