I was born and raised in Silicon Valley in Northern California, but moved to Southern California to further my education. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry (USC). My desire to focus more on children's dentistry led me to the Big Apple to New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD) for residency training and pediatric specialization.
Youre probably wondering, why pediatric dentistry? While attending USC, my interest in treating children and special needs individuals evolved. At NYUCD, I focused on behavioral management skills with children, learned more in depth about the care and growth of baby teeth, and truly gained patience while working with children.
I am passionate about helping the underserved communities local and worldwide through my dental affiliations. I am active with the NYU Global Outreach Program and have provided dental services most recently in Nepal, as well as, Nicaragua and Grenada. I have also participated with the Ayuda Dental Community Service Group in the local Los Angeles area, as well as, Belize, Mexico, and Costa Rica.
Since becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Ive practiced pediatric dentistry in Florida, Texas and California. I feel so lucky to work at SoCal Pediatric Dentistry and live in my most favorite place in the world, the South Bay.

Amazing dentist, staff and office. Dr. Bri explains everything and is really great with my kid. I really trust her. I've had no billing issues either. The office is new, modern and clean! The waiting room is perfect for kids.

Dr. Hama and her staff made sure my 6 year old daughter stayed calm and comfortable during her dental work. Dr.Hama took her time to explain the plan of care for both of my daughters. This has been the best experience so far. We will be back for more dental work. Highly recommend Dr. Hama and her staff .

I have been coming here for years. My kids love her so much. They ask regularly to come and see her. She explains everything to the parents in detail. It is hard to trust anyone with my kids now days but I TRUST her 100%. I wish she took adults to.

We are new to the area and have tried a few dentists but had a difficult time finding one that we felt comfortable taking our child. I was delighted to find Dr Bri and her staff! After our consultation visit we knew they would take great care of our child, and they did! So nice and caring, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Their dental practice is very new and clean inside and has ammenities for kids to feel comfotable. So happy with our experience and highly recommend!

Wonderful experience for the kids and parent. My kids think going to the dentist is fun. They are organized and very helpful wrt billing and insurance, which I appreciated. Easy to find (in a strip mall off Hawthorne Bl) with plenty of parking. Recommend!

Brought my 7 year old daughter in for a broken tooth. I was so worried. Dr. Bri explained she would have to remove it. She went over the entire procedure with me beforehand and answered all my questions. The office is beautiful and staff are friendly. Dr. even called in the evening to check on her. So glad we found them.

We have visited the office twice. On our first visit with our 3 children, they all loved having their teeth cleaned and xrayed. Everyone working here are kind, respectful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They have a passion to keep kids free of stress making them feel welcomed. Our children are looking forward to their next dentist visit. Our oldest daughter who has heard so many not good stories about dentist visits is done with her 2nd visit which included fixing her cavities. She said her pain discomfort was 2/10 and that to her two was a pleasant experience which felt like no pain almost. Now, she is counting the days to her next follow up visit. The office is well kept. Very clean and organized. Our children received even a personalized welcoming sign which we all thought was unexpected and thoughtful. Thank you. Looking forward to all our upcoming visits.
