I'm taking my son to there for 3 ish years...love the friendly staff and Mr. Smith. My son don't like the doctor or dentist visits but he got used to it and like Mr. Smith. Also they know I am Deaf mom and they are communicating easily with me.

We had a wonderful experience, I'm looking forward to returning in the future. This was my 17 month oldest first dentist appointment and the doctor and staff made it a low stress, fun experience.

Awful experience. It was our first time bringing my 2 yr old to the dentist. The dentist didn't engage or interact with our son at all. Not child friendly or even people friendly. We will not be returning

It is ridiculous how a pediatric dentist can be so lacking care and love for his patients. My brother told me that my niece (just turned 7 today) had 2 teeth decay treatments with Dr. Smith. The first time, her mouth was full of blood after the treatment, they did not give her a gauge to bit or anything. 2nd time, Dr. Smith talked to my niece in a very rude and unprofessional way in front of her dad, my brother chose to stay calm and let it go, but later he heard from his wife that it was not the first time. So my brother contacted the front staff regarding his bad experiences, and the response is even more ridiculous. They said they as the front staff cannot speak for the back staff or Dr. Smith as they were not back there. And they suggest he go to Google to review or talk to Dr. Smith directly. So here we are. A kid dentist showed no patience and love to a scared kid, it is totally unacceptable.

This is my first time ever posting a bad review about a doctor or care giver, but I wish I would have known before going with my son to that clinic. My son was very anxious about going to the dentist (as i know a lot of kids are). We worked about it for quite some time and with great efforts, and even though He was sturggling, He was able to let the staff work on him. While the staff were kind and patient, Dr Smith was rude from the moment He approached us. When my son cried (as kids do!), He yelled at him to calm down. I didnt say anything until He raised his voice and asked my son angrily: ARE YOU LYING?!! when I said He is not lying but very anxious (as i told everyonein the clinic before we started), the doctor told me that He is "not going to baby a 6 years old"! After the treatment when I tried to talk to him, he got so defensive and wasn't interested in a real conversation, just kept yelling at us. It's been two weeks and I'm still kind of shaken from that horrible experience. I would never get why people that have no patience for kids, go to work with them. DON'T GO THERE. Especially if your child is a bit more anxious or sensitive.

When you walk into this office you feel a sense of comfort. The receptionist, the assistants and Dr. Smith are the best we've seen in a long time. They have taken care of our 3 and 12 yr old. Our 3 yr old had to have a few things done and Dr. Smith made her feel completely at ease. She had zero tears or anxiety. She allowed him to do what he needed to do as he drew a 'lady bug' and 'fairy' on her teeth. Thank you for an amazing visit!!!

My kids actually like going to the dentist! It's the whole experience from setting an appointment To rescheduling To how you're treated during your service How they actually treat your kids off allllll Ages And let me tell you mine range from 18 years old to 10 months but still they are a great staff doing a great service

This was our first visit and we loved it! The staff is super friendly and great with my children. I was also called back right at my appointment time which surprised me because I'm use to having to wait but they were great!

I cannot say enough good things about Soaring Smiles! We've been coming here for a few years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are so patient and understanding, gentle and thorough. My son has suffered with anxiety before a few of his appointments when he first started coming, but always left with a smile and now looks forward to his appointments. If you're looking for a great dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Soaring Smiles!

We've been coming to Soaring Smiles since my son was 1 (so for 5 years) and both my son and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Smith and the staff. They are all patient and make the experience of coming to the Dentist so much fun. My son loves Dr. Smith so much he asks if we can visit him all the time. The facilities are squeaky clean and so pretty! I wish their decorator could come to my house and Dr. Smith took adult patients!!! I've referred quite a few people and every single person LOVES Soaring Smiles.

visit them 3 times but every time have to turn back without doing anything . at each visit they said different things , i dont think they are good at with their job
