Dr. Jennifer Snyder strives to provide her patients with the best possible dental experience! She is committed to continuing her education above and beyond the standard yearly requirements to bring her patients the latest dental techniques and technology.

Dr. Snyder grew up in Highland Heights, OH, went to high school at Gilmour Academy, and then went on to play tennis in college at Washington and Lee University. She received her undergraduate training at Washington and Lee University, and then she stayed in Virginia after college to attend Virginia Commonwealth Dental School, graduating with honors at the top of her class. In her senior year of dental school, she was one of the seniors selected to participate in the advanced periodontal selective further advancing training in crown lengthening and bone grafting.

Next, she was accepted into a competitive residency after dental school at the hospital-based program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Here she furthered her training in comprehensive dentistry, oral surgery, medically compromised patients, children's dentistry, and working with both anxious and special needs patients by receiving training in oral and IV sedation.

Dr. Jennifer Snyder decided she wanted to be a dentist at five years old looking up to her father, Dr. Thomas Snyder, as a role model and mentor. She is the third generation of dentists in her family!

When she's not taking care of patients, Dr. Snyder enjoys staying active, spending time with her dogs and trying out restaurants all around Cleveland. She is also an avid sports fan and loves watching all of Cleveland's teams.

Dr. Ryan Winks grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he went on to attend the University of Michigan. He received the prestigious Navy scholarship for dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating with honors at the top of his class.

After dental school, Dr. Winks went into an advanced education general dentistry residency through the Navy, where he received training in comprehensive dentistry, root canals, and oral surgery, including wisdom teeth extractions. After a successful residency, the Navy appointed Ryan to become the sole provider for 1,200 personnel at sea. After his work on the USS Wasp, he was one of six lieutenants to be selected early out of over two hundred candidates for the Lieutenant Commander rank for excellence in dentistry and leadership.

Dr. Thomas Snyder, who grew up in nearby Willoughby, Ohio has been taking care of patients for over 35 years after graduating from Ohio State University in 1980, and Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1984. He worked as an associate for Painesville Dental Group from 1984 to 1985 then established his dental practice in Lyndhurst, Ohio in 1985 and has been building relationships ever since.

Continuing education is essential to Dr. Snyder, and he typically attends more courses than the standard requirements each year to stay abreast of leading-edge changes in techniques and technology. Dr. Snyder enjoys all facets of general dentistry, including cosmetic and family dentistry. He is particularly passionate about the transformations of his many cosmetic cases, changing smiles with crowns and veneers.

When hes not caring for patients, Dr. Snyder enjoys hiking trails with Jean, his wife of over 30 years and their dog, Bella. Dr. Snyder has three daughters, two are dentists, and one is a CPA. You might also find Dr. Snyder playing golf on Sunday mornings.

Jean has been working with Dr. Thomas Snyder and serving patients in Lyndhurst since 1993. She received her training at Ohio State University. Jean loves the connections she makes with her patients and meeting new families. She's also an expert at navigating dental insurance plans.

Kelly has been taking care of patients in Willoughby for over 14 years. She is our office manager and loves helping patients understand and clarify their dental treatment needs. Kelly also helps our patients make the most of their dental insurance benefits.

Sue has been taking care of patients at our dental practice for over 44 years. She received her training at Ohio State University. Sue loves interacting with her patients, and she rises to the unique challenge that each one brings. Her main objective is to help our patients keep their teeth in top condition. She also loves her co-workers, or her dental family, as she calls them!

Sue adores her three grandchildren, and spending time with them is her top priority when she's not taking care of patients. She also loves traveling with her husband, cooking, baking, reading, and shopping.

Cathie has been assisting the dentists at our practice for over 17 years, and she received her training from the Cleveland Institute of Medical and Dental Assistants. Cathie appreciates being an integral part of the process of helping patients achieve optimal dental health.

Sue has been a Dental Hygienist for 33 years, and studied at Lakeland Community College. She has been working with Dr. Tom Snyder since 2017, and with Dr. Jennifer Snyder since 2019. In the office, she enjoys making hesitant and nervous patients feel welcome, as well as helping them achieve a smile they are proud of. Sue has been a Lake County resident for 53 years. She is an avid cyclist who loves to take vacations, visit local and out-of-state wineries, and go on hikes in the woods.

Liz lives in Chesterland, and she has been taking care of patients with Dr. Thomas Snyder for 34 years. She feels the best part of her job is the relationships she's built with her patients that inspire her to give them the best experience possible. She says after 34 years, they feel like family!

Stephanie studied hygiene at Lakeland Community College. She enjoys building a relationship with each patient, and educating them on their individual dental hygiene needs to get them to a healthy smile. Stephanie knows that every patient is different and she makes each person feel comfortable in the dental chair. In her free time she enjoys exercising, going for hikes, baking, and spending time with friends, family , and her dog Hank.

Bronny is Dr.Winks and Dr. Snyder's loveable one-year-old Goldendoodle. He is currently being trained to be our office therapy dog. He has taken advanced courses in obedience and completed the canine good citizen course.

We understand the dental office can be a stressful experience and hope that Bronny can help ease anxiety. Therapy dogs have been shown to decrease blood pressure, reduce stress, and provide comfort. We work towards making our patient's experience as pleasant as possible, and having Bronny is another way we hope we can make our patients feel at home.

Easily the best dental office I've ever been to. They are a big family and treat you like one of their own. And are willing to help no matter your situation. Tammy at the front desk is very nice and very welcoming. Dr. Synder is very nice and works with you to find a great solution to any dental issue. As well with Dr. Mills. I never want to go anywhere else ever again. 10/10
