If it were possible to rate zero stars, definitely would. Always have to wait at LEAST an hour any time we have ever brought someone here. Even moved our appointment today back one hour just that that we would still inevitably end up waiting a full hour in the waiting room. It's been forty five minutes past the appointment time so far and we got here about twenty minutes early. How's that for fantastic service.

I recently had a teeth cleaning and root canal/crown performed at Snyder Smiles. I could not be happier or more impressed with the staff, lack of pain, pricing, and outcome. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I had 3 root canals done all at once! The only pain I felt during and since was the needle for the numbing medicine and that didn't hurt near as much as I thought it would.

My 11 year old son was very nervous and asked a lot of questions, as well as moving in the chair. They did a great job keeping patient with him, and answering all of his questions. While still being inefficient. Great work thanks!

Worst dentist office ever! When I had my teeth cleaned they did not even use fluoride. They did not even get the tartar off of my teeth or polish. Worst staff, worst dentist ever.

Dr. Bitra and Neida did so good with my 3 yr. Old daughter today. They were kind and patient and got my daughters tooth completed without a problem! And she never even felt the shot!

Anahi G was so amazing with both my boys please keep in mind that I have a nine and six year old boys !!! Anahi so amazing along with dr.bitra she's very happy and friendly with my boys very outgoing!!! I highly recommend to bring you and your family friends to Snyder Smiles

This is a follow up on my 2nd visit today!! Today was a much better visit. My kids were 100% comfortable with the staff and the doctor was nothing put nice and sweet! Thank you for all that you and your team do!! I was originally very upset with the way one of the girls at the front desk handled my kids appointments. I had text to confirm the appointment Saturday for today (Tuesday) & when I got here I was told that they never received a confirmation dispute the fact that I showed them proof (and the Hispanic girl in the front made the remark that my confirmation was made today) so I showed her it again. She proceeded to tell me that they could not see my kids even though I was on time and had this appointment scheduled far in advance. I become very upset, I explained that I'm missing a full days work to be here and that I did my part by confirming, if I can please speak to the doctor. She went to the back and came back shortly saying that they can "fit" them in but there would be a wait. I'm a mom who is sole provider and always makes the time that my kids need to ensure that their needs are met. The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. Once we made it to the back one of the assistance Neida Herrera has been extremely caring towards my children. She shows compassion which is what patients and parents feel more comfortable. Thank you Neida for all that you do!! You I give 5 stars

Last Monday I went to smiles in Snyder to get a tooth pulled and this is what I got a $300 fruit I do not think they deserve not even one star my advice is don't go to smiles

Nothing more than cleaning teeth. A poor job at that. Any other procedures you are sent somewhere else out of town. Not recommended for any procedures including cleaning teeth.
