Dr. Snow is invested in the community, both professionally and personally. He is the Founder and President of the Hi Desert Childrens Dental Clinix, which provides free dental care to kids form low income homes. A sports and health enthusiast, Dr. Snow enjoys water skiing, tennis, running, paintball and snow skiing. Dr. Snow has 6 children, and 22 grandchildren.

Born in South Korea, Dr. Lee earned his dental degree (DDS), orthodontic speciality certificate and Ph.D. from Seoul National University which is considered the most prestigious in South Korea. Before moving with his family to California, Dr. Lee managed his orthodontic office successfully for 9 years in South Korea. His passion to continue orthodontics as a career path inspired him to pursue orthodontic residency and he graduated from postgraduate orthodontic program at UCLA School of Dentistry. He is board eligible and lives with his wife, Swan and two children.
Dr. Mike strives to help each patient and parent understand the importance of a healthy, beautiful, functional smile and is always happy to review the different treatment options that are available. He has a passion for education and stays up to date with the most current technology available to make sure that his patients get the absolute best care in the most efficient and effective way possible. He places great value in the trust that the patients and parents place in him and vows to go above and beyond to make sure the patients are always taken care of and happy. He looks forward to building life-long relationships with his patients and their families and is excited about going through this life-changing orthodontic journey together.
Dr. Mike is currently also working towards his Doctorate in Health Education. When he is not designing beautiful smiles or studying, he enjoys traveling and spending his spare time with his family, friends, and puppy. He loves sports and is a huge fan of the Los Angeles Lakers.

When I first came to Snow Orthodontist in Valencia I was extremely nervous. This was the first step to finally feeling confident with my smile but I was greeted with the nicest receptionist so nervousness turned into excitement. This adventure was about to start and there was/is an amazing group that helped me through my Invisalign journey. Weather it's going in for check ups, attachment appointment, or doing scans at home the team was always there. You're never alone in your journey of Invisalign you have an amazing DentalMonitor SHANNON who is truly there every step of the way. Don't worry she will remind you to do scans! I've my handful of reminders HEHE. I have never had the pleasure of meeting her but she is someone I would call family because she's truly so kind, understanding and knowledgeable! If you ever have questions she the one! As well as the whole staff in Valencia! They are some of the kindness people I have ever met. I love going in for my appointment. I'm going to be sad when my Invisalign treatment ends but they will ALL be there whenever I smile.

If you have the opportunity to chose the dental/orthodontic assistant ask for Megan. They are all great but if you have a kid with high anxiety Megan is the best. Today went great, she explained everything step by step and encouraged him along the way. Thank you Megan for an exceptional experience today!

The staff is amazing and friendly. The Doctor always lets us know what is going on and is so gentle with our sons. If you or your children need and orthodontist, I would highly recommend Snow Orthodontist. They are the best!

We are 1 month beyond our expected timeframe given at the beginning of our start date. They have always been good with appointments but today when asked how much longer and what's the plan, and why it has been extended the hygienist was kind enough to grab the dentist to look at his mouth again. At the point he changed the plan from what was originally done that same visit to something completely different. Without me speaking up to clarify the current plan of care; would his care have been extended even further then what was being done? I was alittle frustrated to have to speak up at all, almost as if the orthodontist would get paid more from insurance for more continued visits. I would suggest better communication between everyone involved; no teenager wants these braces on longer than expected.

Extremely unprofessional experience by the manager Rebecca. She has a terrible attitude. My daughter was 12 minutes late, they stated 15. There is NO written policy that states what the grace period is. My daughter was denied the service that was scheduled for the day. I have in prior visits been the one who had to wait, in return being told "Thank you for your patience" I understand things happen and people run passed the schedule. I would of appreciated the same understanding that is expected from me when asked to wait.

Everyone is friendly, it's very clean and well organized. The orthodontist knows what he is doing. They try hard to accommodate preferred times for appointments. The location is pleasant.
