Dr. Snow is invested in the community, both professionally and personally. He is the Founder and President of the Hi Desert Childrens Dental Clinix, which provides free dental care to kids form low income homes. A sports and health enthusiast, Dr. Snow enjoys water skiing, tennis, running, paintball and snow skiing. Dr. Snow has 6 children, and 22 grandchildren.

Born in South Korea, Dr. Lee earned his dental degree (DDS), orthodontic speciality certificate and Ph.D. from Seoul National University which is considered the most prestigious in South Korea. Before moving with his family to California, Dr. Lee managed his orthodontic office successfully for 9 years in South Korea. His passion to continue orthodontics as a career path inspired him to pursue orthodontic residency and he graduated from postgraduate orthodontic program at UCLA School of Dentistry. He is board eligible and lives with his wife, Swan and two children.
Dr. Mike strives to help each patient and parent understand the importance of a healthy, beautiful, functional smile and is always happy to review the different treatment options that are available. He has a passion for education and stays up to date with the most current technology available to make sure that his patients get the absolute best care in the most efficient and effective way possible. He places great value in the trust that the patients and parents place in him and vows to go above and beyond to make sure the patients are always taken care of and happy. He looks forward to building life-long relationships with his patients and their families and is excited about going through this life-changing orthodontic journey together.
Dr. Mike is currently also working towards his Doctorate in Health Education. When he is not designing beautiful smiles or studying, he enjoys traveling and spending his spare time with his family, friends, and puppy. He loves sports and is a huge fan of the Los Angeles Lakers.

My experience with snow orthodontics has been absolutely amazing. Specifically my experience with Invisalign provider Shannon. She is literally a message away and she is always there when I have questions, she guides me and keeps me motivated in the teeth moving process. If it wasn't for her I might have given up awhile ago. I'm very impatient lol

My Experience with Dr.Snows Palmdale office has been great! The staff is great and very friendly and work well with my schedule. I'd especially like to thank Stephanie Jacquez for making me feel comfortable and welcomed at the office, very professional caring and attentive to any questions or concerns I may of had. Stephanie made sure that I understood everything I was going over with great detail so I was left with no confusion. She made my experience simply amazing! I've been going to Snow for a little over year thanks to Stephanie Reynoso. She explained to me the great and easy access that Snow can offer me with their Invisalign day. Fortunately the process was very easy and the cost is affordable to making my dreams come true of a beautiful smile. I've seen results quickly and would recommend it to everyone! Honestly, the people there are nice but that's about it. They don't really work with your schedule, if you need to reschedule for something you are pretty much pushing your appointment at LEAST another 4-6 weeks out. If you get put on the cancellation list you STILL have to call. I was told my treatment would take 8-12 months, I'm passed my 12 months and half of that time has been waiting for appointments. It's like they want quantity over quality. Anytime I see the Dentist its for less than 2 minutes, no joke. I also addressed my concerns about not liking the progress of my teeth, to which the nurse was really nice about answering my questions. BUT, ultimately she said if I wanted to switch to braces I would have to pay MORE money & it would be an additional 8-12 months. Like I should be done with my treatment according to you guys but now I have a whole additional year to get the results I was supposed to already have?? I didn't buy a $20 T shirt, I paid almost 4K for these services that they promise to deliver but don't unless you pay them more and wait God Awful wait times just to be seen. I was very honest and straightforward with what I wanted when I first came to them, I told them I wanted braces and they highly recommended Invisaligns which I went with, seemingly to be disappointed with them and have to pay more money if I want what I originally went in there for. My 5 stars is now a 1 star, my business feels like it comes second since they make sure they have more than enough people coming in (hence the 6-8 week waiting list to get an appointment). Yes they speak to you nicely, but if there isn't help or a solution behind it, then that really doesn't do anything for me or anyone. My dentist doesn't know me personally, nor do any of the nurses so I feel frustrated that all I have is a person smiling in my face but more money being taken from my pockets and a longer treatment time with no promise my smile will even be what I came in for. It's like a disservice with a smile. :-(
