Dr. Levy, a lifelong resident of Columbus has been practicing dentistry in Central Ohio since 1979. After extensive post graduate training, he became the only dentist in Columbus to serve on the faculty of both the Ohio State College of Dentistry as well as the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He was the local extreme makeover dentist in Columbus during the television shows successful run.
Currently, Dr. Levy has followed his passion and has limited his practice to the treatment of sleep apnea, snoring, TMJ and headaches. His treatment of snoring and sleep apnea is done with specially designed mouthpieces for those who are unable or unwilling to wear CPAP masks.
Dr. Levy has lectured nationally for Sleep Group Solutions and Nieman Practice Management. Internationally, he has lectured several times in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia for the American Institute of Sleep Solutions. He currently holds Diplomate status with the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorder Disciplines.

Dawne Slabach, DDS is committed to providing compassionate care to all patients. Her passion for TMJ disorders, sleep-disordered breathing and orthodontics all stem from her own experiences with all three areas of care.
Our founding practitioner, Dr. Mark Levy, has dedicated his career to researching, analyzing and developing his teams comprehensive and compassionate approach to patient care. Dr. Levy has become one of Central Ohios foremost dentists providing non-surgical treatments of both sleep apnea and TMJ disorders. He and his wife, Cynthia, have lectured nationally and have trained numerous other dentists in this specialized field. Dr. Levy has participated in dental missions to Israel, providing care for the countrys indigent.
Dr. Levy has dedicated his career to help patients. He is a member of several professional organizations, including I.A.P.A. (The International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics), A.A.D.S.M. (The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), and A.A.S.M (American Association of Sleep Medicine). In addition, Dr. Levy has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Columbus Dental Society and Alpha Omega.
The team at Sleep Better Columbus have been helping people with sleep apnea and snoring and the conditions associated with them, such as teeth grinding and fatigue for decades. Our Columbus team helps patients regain their health, vitality, energy, marriage harmony, and quality of life.
Dr. Levy and his staff are focused on assisting their patients. Five years ago I was fitted for a dental device to treat sleep apnea. Over the last three years, I had dental work done and needed a new device. I did not hesitate to return to Dr. Levy and I am experiencing restorative sleep again.

This was a great experience. The team at Sleep Better Columbus is very engaging. Dr. Levy was very nice. He explained what he was doing and why. I am confident that my sleep, well as my inflammation problems are going to get better.

I was advised by my electrophysiologist (EP) to check out sleep apnea and tests showed I had a pretty severe case. I tried CPAP but could not handle the mask, blowing air, etc. My EP suggested an oral device and I went to a dentist who specialized in that treatment. It started to help immediately but all the costs were out of pocket- he did not take insurance. After about a year, I went to see Dr. Levy as I had seen his advertising numerous times. He takes insurance so I have not paid anything out of pocket and his device has helped cut my number of episodes by half. Dr. Levy is efficient and effective, his staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, and his offices are spotless. I recommend Sleep Better Columbus without reservation.

Dr. Levy and his staff are amazing and so down to earth! It is well worth the two hour drive for an appointment! Update: two years later and my dog ate my aligner. Dr. Levy and his staff were very accommodating and treated me excellent!! If you suffer from sleep apnea, please consider Sleep Better Columbus!! An oral device is so much easier than a machine blowing air down your throat while you try to sleep!!

After YEARS of loud snoring it is gone. And my moderate sleep apnea is resolved. It is wonderful!!! The process was easy, the device I wear at night is not a hindrance- I can yawn, drink water and do not get any feeling of claustrophobia as I had with previous devices for sleep apnea. I am sleeping great and having lots of dreams. My husband is very happy as he too is sleeping better now that my snoring is gone. Everyone at Sleep Better is nice and helpful. I highly recommend Sleep Better Columbus for a better night's sleep.

The CPAP machine was loud and uncomfortable now after some adjustments it is like I don't have Sleep Apnea. What a great improvement everyone should try this.

Dr. Levy took the time to answer all questions. Very thorough explanation of sleep apnea and how it relates to me. One month follow up visit was just as good as the first 2 visits. Adjustments were made based on my comments. So far so good.

This technology really works - it's remarkable. I thought I was sleeping and breathing normally at night, but the improvement was dramatic. Dr. Levy and his staff are great, and made the whole process completely transparent and painless. They are extremely good at what they do. Even better, this simple therapy solved my neck pain and mobility problems, which I didn't realize were related to bad sleep and bad breathing during sleep. Even the shortest of naps are extremely refreshing now. If you have sleep apnea or snoring, or any kind of bad sleep that may be related to breathing, I highly recommend Dr. Levy and his approach to solving it.
