I guess the receptionist had a bad day or something she didn't want to really answer questions and the fact that y'all really are picky of what insurance you have pretty sad .

Great staff , and not one of them seemed annoyed by my nervousness and me being fidgety, which I've had dentists in the past do. They were very reassuring and calm and made me feel normal. 5 stars for Snodgrass.

My son has been getting his teeth cleaned here for the past 3 years. We had a recent change in insurance so I called to inform the office and confirmed coverage and appointment time. Came all this way to be turned away and informed that our insurance isn't accepted for ages 6+. Complete waste of time.

Receptionist and staff were very people oriented, and friendly. The environment was set up for children but, I was not treated like one. I was surprised how quickly I was able to see the dentist. The dentist was able to explain my situation and give me a choice of opinions for treatment. Thanks

I'm typically anxious and not a fan of going to the dentist but Leslie was so patient and gentle, I forgot about being nervous. Honestly, it was the best cleaning I've ever gotten. Dr. Bidwell was personable and also great at calming my nerves. 10/10 would recommend.

Love the dentist and assistants/hygienists. They do very well with children, especially young children. My son has been going off and on since about 4 or 5 years old, he's now 7 and he's not scared to go and does very well there. It's a very comfortable environment, and will probably be our permanent office now.

My husband and i brought our 1 year old daughter for her first dental visit and couldn't be happier with Snodgrass-King. The dentist and hygienist (shout out to Shannon and Dr. Shah!) were amazing and made us all feel so welcome and comfortable. They provided us with great information about our daughters teeth and gums and how to keep her teeth healthy as she grows. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we look forward to coming back!

Terrible service and experience for our 5 year old. Experienced severe pain during procedure and was told "no sir" when he tried to make them aware. Legs were held down. If you're bringing a small child here i would consider elsewhere.

Sodgrass-King Dental has been a great place to care for my children's teeth. I have 4 children, so over the years, it has been so helpful to be able to get their teeth cleaned at the same time in a friendly and professional environment.

Updated again: Snoddgrass will honor the price I was told. The lady that quoted it to me is no longer with the practice. Updated review: My teen has his wisdom teeth removed today. I was called 30 minutes before his appointment and told he shouldn't eat or drink anything beforehand. This would have been too late of a notice had I not already been through this with one kid and knew not to let him eat or drink. Then they charged $218.46 when I was told it would cost $26.11. Having the added stress of finances on top of the stress of having a child having oral surgery was not appreciated. My son was still quite a bit under anesthesia when he left. He couldn't even walk in to the house when we got home. I took 5 kids for cleanings. 4 hygienists were kind and respectful. The 5th talked to me as if I have too many kids to take care of my kids teeth. They used the purple "paint" to see how well the brushing is going on my younger 2. They both showed needing better brushing, even though I had brushed their teeth that morning. The dentist was super kind and informative.

Best dentist I've ever been.. they are not just after your money like some offices .after my daughters dental appointment our insurance didn't want to cover a portion of the cost because it was alot of dental work. I was sent another bill after paying the first cost.so I called and they were willing to work with me . The staff was great ,caring, and listen to your concerns . Will continue to see them ! Thank you.
