NO!!! I am very disappointed and disgusted with this practice. Not only are the front office staff unprofessional, they went out of their way to behave horribly with my family Back office hygienists are incompetent as is Dr. Snodgrass. My children went to the dentist every 6 months and all of a sudden Dr. Snodgrass wants to do 18 fillings on my child. She was in braces for a couple years and to Dr. Snodgrass every 6 months for cleanings and checks. They were incompetent and negligent with performing appropriate exams and treatment. When the braces were removed, small caries located but I was told the x-rays to be done during braces can identify most issues in conjunction with a good dental examination. All we received is excuses and a knee jerk reaction to back track. I had to buy Peridex and a fluoride tooth paste... NOW!! Why was this not recommended previously. This office only cares out getting the kids in the seat and charge, charge, charge Patient's are not the center of the practice - its the money. However, we found another dentist that disagreed with the work Snodgrass recommended, stating the work is excessive and would NOT be in the best interest of my child. He also recommended I get a 2nd opinion based on the info received by Snodgrass and the unsettling nature. We did have the 2nd opinion which was consistent with the doctor who stated the treatment recommended by Snodgrass was excessive This office does not function based on the premise of non-maleficence, as they do not care if harm comes to the patients, as evidenced by our experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE.

I highly recommend Emily at Snodgrass-King Dental. She is an amazing dental hygienist! She is gentle and thorough with her cleanings. My teeth were so clean when she was done! She is knowledgeable and cares about patient education. I have always brushed too hard, so Emily suggested a trick that helped me stop. Also, the teeth whitening product that she recommended really works and is affordable! Make an appointment with Emily today.

Snodgrass is a crook! He has made a living for more than 15 years just ripping families off! Used to go to this man when I was a young kid and he told me I had 8 cavities and needed 8 silver teeth. Turns out I never needed any of them in the first place so my family wasted thousands of dollars. Honest to god I can't believe this guy still has a business. Do not go see this man, he is a thief!

Where have all the good Dentists gone? I was a new patient yesterday. My issue was to have a tooth extraction from a root canal that needs to go. My first impression of Dr. Snodgrass and King office was great. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I was feeling good about this place. My next interaction was with April, a friendly and caring Hygienist. April took the x-rays of my tooth. Then the bottom dropped out when the female Dentist came in to exam my mouth. I explained the issue I was having with the tooth. She refused to extract my tooth, stating, " I would not be able to sleep at night if I pulled your tooth. " I then stated, "I would not be able to sleep knowing you didn't pull my tooth." I cannot recommend a dentistry team who refuse to accommodate the patient. Therefore, my low score stands with 2 stars. I believe there is a Dentist who will accommodate my needs, even if I have to travel to Timbuktu.

Everyone here is so friendly. The hygienists and Drs are great! They tend to adults and children so it's nice to have the whole family in one place. They also have orthodontics on site which is awesome! One stop shop and very easy location to get to!

I had a good cleaning and exam appointment as always! My hygienist provided recommendations for ongoing improvement, and the dentist was thorough but quick in her review. Both take the time to ask about my summer plans, child, etc.

I was in last week for my regular cleaning and Nancy did an incredible job. She was kind and personable and my teeth, especially around my permanent retainer, have never felt cleaner. I can't wait for my next appointment. Nancy is a STAR!

Several points that make SKPDA special: adult patients are greeted and given directions quickly, very good dental hygienists and assistants, doctor explains steps and does not rush any procedures.

Our daughter is on the spectrum and dental checkups can be so hard. We walked in and were greeted by such sweet, warm staff the entire time. Dr Snodgrass took so much time to say hello and make her feel safe and at ease. And Mom too. They made a hard day so much more peaceful for Ava. I wouldn't want to take my family anywhere else after experiencing their kindness and quality of service.

I loved my experience at Snodgrass-King! Dr. Snodgrass was kind and attentive. He immediately put me and my kids at ease. The entire staff was so caring and kind. Lois, my dental hygienist, was so understanding of my special situation and went out of her way to make me feel safe and comfortable. The entire experience was quick and efficient. I would recommend Snodgrass-King to absolutely anyone--not only kids but adults. It's the perfect place for the whole family.
