Awful!! Id given negative stars if it was an option! Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had a Dr office. EVER & I''m 50! Several polite employees & a few extremely rude employees. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 1:45 - also 10-15 mins prior to those now waiting w/me. Then after 1/2 hour waiting the family next to me tells me they also have a 1:45 appt. That boggles the mind since there is only one DR!! They take another back before me who was obviously late & arrived after me. Next they take me back & one nurse is pulling a file from below mine, putting it up top & boisterously telling my technician that this family goes next not me. I said, "no I was here 15-20 mins before everyone currently in the waiting room." Again only 1 dr. so no one is going before me as far as I'm concerned. Then while my mouth is in an X-ray machine (for a lip injury so figure that one out also) the nurse says it again tapping on the folders. While in machine, I loudly say "NO I was here first & at least 15 minutes before the 2 other families waiting", I finally get in a room & this Dr looks at me about 90 seconds, if that. He claims I need my lip biopsied. Not even sure I agreed with that assessment. Then various staff workers come in & start telling me I need a referral for the consult or I have to pay $140 (so this Dr makes like more than a $1 a second, also disgusting). That wasn't happening. I have dental & medical ins. She was claiming it was the "type" of Horizon I had. Why wouldn't you figure this out while I waited 40 mins to even go back & I could have left!!! They r about to put biopsy through medical so put consult through that too. Well apparently they might not get paid by medical ins for consult, only the biopsy. After a total of 2 hours, 15 minutes in that office they come in say we will need to reschedule, a referral wasn't sent & Dr says it too late in day now. They didn't even need the referral for the biopsy! R u friggen kidding me? GREEDY with ZERO regard for the patient! I TOOK my papers back from them which dentist gave me "referring" me to this awful place & told them I will use another Dr/surgeon. I left, won't return, would never recommend them & they are not getting paid now by anyone. I'll pull the claim, if necessary. If they even try to bill me, I'll report them to better business bureau or consumer affairs.

I have to write my experience because getting my wisdom teeth removed was my biggest fear. Dr. Keiser was so nice, professional, caring and he pulled all my wisdom teeth plus a broken tooth I had in about 30-40min. He assured me I would be just fine and honestly I came home drank an ibuprofen and feel great. My swelling is very minor and the pain is a 5 out of 10. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!! So happy I chose him to be my surgeon

I had to have an extraction and also an implant. The staff at the front desk are always courteous with not only scheduling my appointments and follow-ups, but they are also considerate of any questions I have. Dr. Vazir is one of the nicest and most professional doctors i have Ever met in my life. He was completely attentive to me during extraction surgery and the same with my implant surgery which was done another time. Dr.Vazir kept asking if I was ok and if I felt any discomfort at all during the whole process both times. Believe me, I asked a lot of questions and they were always answered Thoroughly! I dont often review, but this was absolutely necessary to share my thoughts and great experience here!! What a fantastic practice. A+

The morning of my 8:45 appointment we were stuck in traffic on route 70, and I called and notified them we would be a few minutes late and was told it would be no problem. We arrived at 8:50 and the staff told me I was too late and my appointment had already been given to another person. I had to wait seven weeks for an appointment to begin with and already took the next few days off of work and they would not accommodate me until I reiterated that I had called and been told it wouldn't be a problem. On top of that, I have medical anxiety and needle phobias and let the staff know ahead of time that I can not control it but do everything I can, it is something I am very self conscious of. I was already worked up from having to argue to keep my appointment and was trying my best to stay calm while receiving my IV, and the staff was verbally getting frustrated with me, sighing and saying things like "oh my god", not being helpful or reassuring at all. The only reason I didn't knock this review completely is because my recovery has been good so far and the nurse who helped me at the end of my visit was kind and helpful. I was able to have all four teeth removed without complications which I am thankful for, but patience and kindness especially for clients with anxiety could go a long way for this business, and re evaluating their "5 minutes or your appointment is cancelled" policy considering they are on a notoriously high traffic road and people wait weeks for appointments.

Coleen is extremely rude and something must be happening in her life that is making her so mean to take her rudeness out on my 12 year old. Shame on you. Please find a new profession asap because being a nurse is clearly not for you!! I hope you get better because you are vial.

I had four wisdom teeth removed and two were impacted which I imagine makes it harder to remove. Other than the blood which is normal when removing a tooth the procedure went very well for me. The areas don't hurt any more than a filling and the surgery was fairly quick.

Love this place, I just wish they did the referrals instead of finding a dentist and carrying the paper work... But other then that they're so friendly and they talk everything through... No rushing or nothing and I hate needles but they made me feel comfortable... I have to go back and get another one pulled out but my dentist keep saying try again Thursday... I wish SNJ do everything so I won't have to be waiting In pain...

I had 6 teeth extracted yesterday and was put to sleep . I had no swelling nor did I have any pain. I think from the staff to the surgeon everyone was compassionate and extremely professional in my expereience. I have to have 4 more pulled and will be making my appointment here.

Rude front desk customer service. Brought my elderly father here for a minor tooth surgery during Covid. The employees at the front desk were extremely rude when I asked if I could sit outside and wait in the parking lot (small office, small parking lot) especially since it is during a pandemic. He was getting anesthesia and I was here to drive him home. They were very rude and told me I shouldn't have a problem waiting inside because I was "the only person here" and when I asked if I could walk outside for some fresh air (I have asthma) they were even MORE rude and told me to stay right outside of the door. I asked them what the specific reasoning is why I had to stay inside the building during a pandemic and they truly didn't have any. They said "so we make sure you don't leave". I offered to give my cell number and would be less than 50 feet away in the car in the parking lot and they said NO. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time and felt trapped and bullied. I wish I could give zero stars for customer service. I am sure the surgeons do a fine job but some rules and regulations need to be revisited.

Dr. Vazir and his team are exceptional. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and an additional tooth extracted in one sitting. From beginning to end the process was well managed and pretty much painless. It's been 24 hours after surgery and I feel great, definetly better than I expected to be. Would highly recommend his practice if this your looking for an oral surgeon who's well versed.

Thank you to Dr. Keiser & staff I had a seamless recovery after my wisdom teeth extraction! I was in and out in under an hour. I was taken back promptly on my appointment time & I had ZERO pain during my recovery! My mouth is healing quickly as well. Highly recommend!

DON'T GO HERE! GO TO VINELAND ORAL SURGEON INSTEAD!The WORST experience ever was with this office, they had me come in for my scheduled appointment and when I showed up they told me I had to reschedule because the dentist wasn't in (the front desk women were so rude and made me feel uneasy). Nobody called me or anything and I live quite far from there office so I rescheduled for next week and I didn't make a issue of it and decided to give them another chance. But when I showed up next week for my appointment I showed up early and was waiting in the parking lot, the office looked completely closed and the door was locked so I waited another 10min in my car for them to open when I noticed someone else pulled in the parking lot and walked inside. So I rushed inside for my appointment and explained to them how the door was still locked a few moments ago when I tried to open it and since I was 10 minutes late (it was 8am) instead of telling me to wait or reschedule they became very rude and called in other women who worked there to come to the front desk to make me feel uncomfortable while wagging there phones in my face ( meanwhile none of them were wearing masks) telling me they can see me today still if the dentist approves and while waiting for the dentist to respond if they could see me 10 min late ( nobody was there to begin with mind you besides me and my grandmother who took me to get my wisdom teeth taken out) while waiting for the response they got so rude that the girls were gossiping right infront of me about me and the situation, wagging phones in my face, and being very argumentative. At that point I decided to not go with this office because I felt so uncomfortable with his they were treating me and my grandmother about the situation and when I asked if I could schedule at the vineland office they lied and told me the next available appointment wasn't until 2 months later. So when I left the office I called vineland myself and that wasn't the case they said they could see me right away. And they were so nice to me and treated me so well I definitely want to go back to vineland oral surgeon if I ever need to. I highly recommend not going to cherry hill because anyone who treats a person like that who is in pain from the wisdom teeth shouldn't be aloud to work in a office. You're supposed to make people feel welcome and at home especially when they trusting you with putting them to sleep for oral surgery. Iam truly disgusted by the women who work there and there attitude towards there clients, I definitely will never want to step foot in there ever again.

Do not go to this oral surgery office, My son had a 8:00 a.m. appointment, He missed school, I had to take a personal day, only to be told when we arrived that they could not perform the surgery because doctor Muhammad is no longer there.. The 2 receptionists at the front desk were not helpful at all and couldn't even reschedule an appointment for me on the spot as we were severely inconvenienced.

Had an appt at 920. Was sitting in the office for an hour when they tell me, "oh your appt was at 1030" This office is completely unorganized and completely unprofessional. The ladies in the front are TRASH ! They should be fired!

The front desk was great and answered any questions I had. The doctor himself was awesome and answered every question I asked. Felt nothing during the surgery and after I didn't. Even the next day which is today , no pain at all and all I have taken was motrine. Will go back if I ever need anymore done and I highly recommend them to anyone esp if your really scared.
