The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because I really do like Dr Snelson. This is where we brought our entire family for years, but since the pandemic the service here gets progressively worse and today was the last straw. The last FIVE appointments, not walk in, but scheduled appointments I have had here resulted in a one hour plus wait before even being seen. Today I waited TWO HOURS for a pre scheduled appointment and I finally told the receptionist it was too much and left. I hate it because I like Stephanie so much, but the rest of family has moved on and I likely won't be back either.

I love this dentist!!!! Seriously hands down the best one ever! The staff is so friendly . Dr Snelson works with Medicad, more than any dentist in the area I couldn't believe it! This truly is a very good Dentist!!

I had an old filling fall out in December 2020. My regular dentist said I'd need a root canal which they couldn't do because of my insurance and recommend Stephanie. I seen Stephanie in May 2021. She said she couldn't get me back in until August 21.and promised me I wouldn't lose my tooth. had the root canal and I've had nothing but pain from my tooth down my face into my neck.went to Dr several times.and to an oral surgeon to have a CT scan and found out my head is full of infection. Now I have to have it pulled. Thanks to this dentist that lied to me I'm losing my front tooth. Don't go to this place!

I do not recommend this dental office to anyone especially foe dentures or partials. They gave me the worst looking set of dentures I've ever seen in my life. I have a extra tooth on one side top and bottom, that is not needed! I have blisters from the bottom denture, they are very crooked and don't set in my mouth right and haven't since day 1! I would give anything had I just not accepted them and left them at their office. I was rushed out as soon as they were put in my mouth, I guess so I wouldn't see how crooked and unlike my natural teeth they aren't. The two front top teeth don't even align with my nose right,I can't eat with them in and they don't close together right. My bite isn't even. The woman who did the adjustment went saw happy and there's spots she dug too deep and took too much off on the top. This is the worst dentist office I've ever been to. Don't waste your money here getting dentures or partials. You should see how awful mine are! Your teeth affect how you look so Before you leave their office, inspect your partials and dentures. If you want a dentist who will write out pain meds for doing dental work,Go here... If you want one that will do your partials and dentures right, go elsewhere!

I would advise anyone to stay away from this place. My girlfriend had a root canal done there and they did it wrong. Now she has a very bad infection . Now anesthesia to fix the problem by another dentist. Stephanie also promised she wouldn't lose the tooth..

Would not waste my time, for a pediatric dentist, they would not allow me to come back with my young child, he is shy and they would not let me be in the room with him. And what employees I saw none was wearing any masks, It was a very weird situation that I was put in. They do not care for making there patients feel welcome.

I've seen Dr. Snelson for 21 years now and have always completely loved it up until Donna started working here at the desk. Her attitude is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I call, she is rude and today, as I'm sitting in the waiting area for my cleaning, when she got a MAJOR attitude with another patient for no reason at all and continued with 2 more patients who checked out as well. The front desk ladies before her were always so nice and now I hate to even call or check in and out with her working.

The best experience i have ever received from a dentist or the staff! They gave me so much of my confidence as well as a great smile and we still have the bottoms to go!! Today was absolutely the best visit yet! They knew i was so excited and nervous and really just READY! I will and have recommended her to many and all that ask!! THANK YOU!!!

I have seen all the bad reviews and the good reviews. It seems you either love Dr. Snelson and her staff or you hate her. She has thoroughly impressed me. She tries to accommodate every patient and doesn't turn you away based on insurance or issues. Believe me, I've had plenty of bad dentists before that gave me a nightmare of an extensive oral surgery and charged thousands of dollars only to end up with worse problems! Dr. Snelson worked patiently with me to fix them on a budget. She does have a long list of patients because she doesn't turn anyone away. And yes, this is an honest review and no, I am not related to her, as I am from Russia

I would trust Dr. Snelson with my life. She has been my dentist for years and now she's my young son's dentist. We love her and highly recommend her. As for her assistant, that's another story, but she does her job and she does it well so she can have whatever attitude she wants as long as she help Dr. Snelson do her job.

Was lied to from the start and she pulled 7 teeth and sent me home with no meds what so ever ever. Was told that my insurance was excepted for the extractions, dentures and plates. I should have known something was up when ever time I ask about dentures she would put me off and give me an excuse as to why not. Well, after they finally pulled my last tooth, I'm told my insurance isn't excepted for the dentures. Most unprofessional place, dental assistant had an attitude as soon as I sit down. Don't do it, go elsewhere. Why does the website say they do dentures when they send you elsewhere?

I had to change my dentist due to the fact when I retired I had no dental insurance. I took a chance on Dr. Snelson ,and I am so glad I did! I truly believe the Lord sent me to her! She had a way I could pay her that I could afford, she has people that care about your comfort as well are very knowledgeable , I have gum disease,I have fought it all my life and as I have become older the worse they have become. The young Ladies that work for and include Dr. Snelson have taken the time to make me comfortable when performing any and all procedures. I would recommend Dr. Snelson and staff to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Dr Snelson is great..it just takes 4 months to get an appointment and if you are in pain they tell you they can get you in 4 weeks. The office staff is not very professional. They put me on hold 6 times.

I have been avoiding dentists for years because I have had such terrible experiences with them my whole life. This was the first time I've ever felt comfortable at a dentists office. The dental hygienist was super helpful and nice and was very empathetic to my anxiety. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it. Dr Snelson is awesome and I was put at ease with what I need to get done. Finally, well into my adulthood, I'll be keeping up with regular dental appointments. I would definitely refer anyone to Dr Snelson's practice

Worst "dentist" I've ever been to. I had a broke off tooth she was going to pull and I went today and she pulled the wrong tooth. I did sign something but saw one of them go and add another tooth to that paper after it had already been signed and they realized they messed up. But the worst part about it all is that she blamed me for not stopping her soon enough. My mouth was numb I didn't feel it until it was too late. Second of all, she's the dentist not me. If y'all ever go to her, which I advise not to, you might want to check and make sure she is working on the right tooth. Also the receptionist had attitude the whole time. Even before they messed everything up.
