Didn't even get a chance to go and noticed it was a mistake. Called a Lawrenceville dentist office and they had no appointments and decided to schedule me to this place instead. I scheduled an appointment for 2 pm. I call at 1 to get some general insurance questions answered and was told that my appointment was that 12:00. I did not schedule this appointment for 12:00 only to be told that I can come back tomorrow. I see what they're saying now from the comments that they are completely unprofessional with appointments beware I have chosen to go somewhere else as I can see the BS already starting.

I've literally been coming to Snellville Smiles since I first moved to Snellville 7 years ago and I have nothing but good things to say. There was a time when they were completely booked for the month but my husband had an appointment and they squeezed me in the same day just to accommodate. The receptionist is sweet and kind, the hygienist are very thorough and have excellent bedside manner. The doctors also have great bedside manner and are excellent at what they do. I would recommend this practice to literally anyone. Everyone ask how I keep my teeth so nice and always give credit to Snellville Smiles.

Danae, Tiara and Dr.Kim did a wonderful job getting me in and out. If you need a dentist this is the place to go. I have been going here for many years and the staff is ALWAYS pleasant and friendly

I can't get through with the call I select the number of the service I need then phone hangs up. I have also had a referral from my dentist and not one call. There's also been times I have called and mailbox is full.

Every time I went there I had problems. With my appointment day, them not calling and letting me know my partials were not ready, which is why I don't go there anymore.

I've been going to this facility for about a year or two. It's one of the only decent places that took my insurance. Started off great. Regular cleanings. No issues. Then, one visit I had a new hygienist. All of a sudden I needed a perio visit that required a few hundred dollars payment each time I went and now I need to come every 3 months! Never saw a dentist to verify this and when I finally did, he asked who did my chart BC it was clearly wrong. (Too bad I had already paid over a thousand dollars.) Since I visited with my new dentist (who was great) the office has canceled my appointments at least 3 times. I call and reschedule, most recently to show up to a closed office . Going to the dentist already sucks. To work with an office that's not professional just makes it worse. It's a common courtesy in any industry to communicate a change in plans. As someone else mentioned, they schedule what's good for them not for you the paying customer. I've asked for an afternoon apt and was told they only schedule in order. So I end up taking off and with this last visit was clearly a waste. Can't win for losing.

I had an appointment to have a tooth replaced on 6/16/22. They called me today, 6/13/2022 to notify me that due to a change in do tors they are canceling all new patient appointments. Made the appointment over a week and a half ago, and need to have this work done prior to 7/1. I explained this at the time of making appointment. That's the worse service I've ever seen in any business of any size, or type.

This place is a joke! I had scheduled 2 appointment with them and on the same day of my appointment they call a cancel saying they don't do this kind of work. They don't do root canals, they don't pull teeth, they don't do x-rays. And they lie like a rug! If you hear their announcement while waiting 30 minutes on hold they claim to do everything top notch state of the art! LoL then put some boy on the phone saying we don't do this or that! The last time I was there the same boy was on the phone talking to his friends! No bed side matters at all! Don't waste your time with these jokers!

Made an appointment for my daughter about 1 month ago. Showed up on day of appointment and they canceled my appointment without notice. They said because they called to confirm and I didn't answer the call. My call log showed no missed call nor did I have a voicemail. Showed up for this appointment and they decided that they were closing early that day. Showed no interest in creating a solution for their mistake. After complaining about the inconvenience, they realized my daughter was 12 and they only work with patients 13 or older. When I made the appointment I provided her date of birth. Today I get an email asking if I would like to reschedule. Smh

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The absolute worst dentist! Very unprofessional. I went for an extraction, and was feeling pain since then however they continue to push back my appointment. Then prior to these 3 push backs, my first appointment was cancelled because I was not feeling pain "right at that moment". It has me suspicious that they didn't do the surgery properly and I will continue looking into this. DO NOT GO HERE FAIR WARNING!!!!!

Dr. Anizue was very very amazing on listening to you solving the problem to make it better. Angela did fantastic with my x-rays Tiara was excellent tell me about my hygiene.This Crew is making me feel so incredible and having good confident about my myself excited about my dental work. and also the crew listen to your problems to make you overcome what's going on with your mouth getting you to smile again and how healthy is teeth..

I've given this practice a lot of opportunities and they always seem to have hidden fees in any visit you attend. I had an emergency after getting an extraction from this office & when I called to tell them about the pain the front desk guy said, "let me text the doctor" are you serious? Needless to say I called my primary doctor to get a prescription that isn't outdated that brought my swelling down immediately. On top of that I literally paid $170 something dollars out of pocket expense after insurance coverage which was gone over in detail during office visit. Two months later this office calls asking for $40 something more dollars. I will never bring myself or family back to this practice ever again. They are fake professional & not genuine. Just implement ridiculous hidden fees & look at you like that's normal. Bottom line- They suck & I'm surprised I tolerated them this long.

Been going here for a while. They recently implemented a app for the patients to use and it was a good idea. But what I didn't like was how they would just schedule you for an appointment and not even bother in asking if that day was good for u. They would constantly call me and my wife by our last name wrong and I can't tell u how many times we've corrected them and they still seem to get it wrong. Seems to me that their solution to everything is put a crown on the old tooth that could be fixed and charge the customer$800 for a crown they probably didn't need. I mean at this point I might as well insure my mouth. A family dentist is the way to go they are family oriented and will take time and help you and won't rob u and tell u what u need and not what u don't need.

After a bad experience at the dental place next door...this dentist office was RESFRESHING AND FULL OF LIFE!! Truly enjoyed my visit. From start to finish... the young lady greeting me to the young lady that took my x-rays to the young lady that applied my numbing gel and rubbed my shoulder as my local anesthesia was administerd by my most apologetic dentist!! Lastly, I must say Princess T took care of my teeth and the water on my face... lets not forget the office manager was very helpful and concerned about my well being. I truly appreciated all they did for me today!! Took my 2 bad experiences at the dentist and made it bearable. Thank you ALL for your smiles and friendly staff.

My first visit turned out to be my last. I went in for a cleaning, but before anyone could examine my teeth, the dentist casually suggested that I have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. I told him that my wisdom tooth wasn't bothering me too much and that I wasn't interested in having any of my teeth extracted because I didn't believe it was a serious problem. They didn't find any cavities or anything out of the ordinary after getting x-rays. They did, however, suggest that I do a MANDATORY deep cleaning before I can get the basic cleaning done. My mom and my brother said that they suggested the same thing to them and gave me the heads-up. So I knew they were going to suggest the deep cleaning service and so I refused and went to a different office. My teeth and gums were examined by the next dentist, who said everything looked fine and cleaned my teeth for me. Customer service is very important to me especially when it comes to my health. I don't want to deal with an office that sees me as another money making opportunity.
