Not impressed at all! Went to a local Orthodontics and they told me that I have an open pie due to these retainers. Now I have to get braces because of their negligence and I would highly recommend going to a different provider. Very upset because I paid for amount upfront and now I have to get braces because of their aligners. Please consult a orthodontics before getting treated! Locking at taken legan action especially after all the bad reviews. It's Acceptable and unprofessional

Stopped trying to get help from them after 2 YEARS! My uppers are worse than they were before I started with them. Go ANYWHERE else! I promise, you will regret wasting your money with these people!!!!

They do not return calls or emails, if you break a liner good luck getting them to call you back my husband has had them for 2 years his teeth are still not straight I he has has several liners break the first time it took 6 months to contact then and get anything done they finally took care of it now once again a liner can out of the bag broken and it has bee several week still have not gotten ahold of them to replace it so once again he is set back

This company is horrible at communicating, they don't answer their phones or voice-mail nor emails! I just want to know when I will receive my aligners. I paid over two months ago and over a month ago they starting making my aligners. It's supposed to take up to 3 weeks to be made. It's been over a month and I have no clue about anything! I want a refund! Do not use this company.

The company has gone above and beyond each step of the way to make sure that my experience was a good one. Every communication has been professional and helpful. I received my aligners last week and they are as promised.

We have had a great service for both of my sons. The aligners worked well for my oldest son and now my younger son is doing the treatment. Well worth the money spent.

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone to get new retainers (which you have to do every 3-6 months or your teeth will begin to shift as the retainers are cheaply made and loosen over time). Each time it takes me months to get a response from someone and by then my teeth have shifted so much the retainer no longer fits.

Beware! They don't specify you need to wear the aligners everynight for the rest of your life or teeth will drift back to place. I lost my last set of retainers, I've been trying to call them for a month to reorder and the company went ghost... now I'm stuck with my teeth drifting back. I really hate this company.

Stay far away from this company. After months of complaining and refusing to give me a refund due to manufacture defect they finally reponded and now won't even respond to me agreeing to take the settlement!

Do not use snap correct!!!!! I paid for my aligners and receive them in the mail. Recently I realised that set 16 through 20 Do not include the top aligner just the bottom portion. I believe that is the way they made them and I am guessing they want you to use previous top aligners. I have been calling customer service and leaving messages no one has called me back..

I have nothing but great things to say about SnapCorrect! They truly do care about their customers. The customer service reps go above and beyond to make sure that any questions you might have get answered and make sure that you are completely happy with the treatment. Their customer service is unbeatable! The team in charge of analyzing your case does take the time to evaluate and create your treatment plan. They also make sure above anything else that you are a good candidate for this. Overall if you are hesitating about getting SnapCorrect don't hesitate and get it! You will love the results and have a great experience with the treatment and their customer service.

I did not complete the treatment with SnapCorrect. Didn't get past trying to get a good impression. But I can't blame SnapCorrect for that. They even mentioned that I could get a dentist to do the impression and they would reimburse me as much as $100. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a local dentist to do it and mine doesn't do orthodontics. SnapCorrect was quick to reply with emails whenever I had a question or sent them a pic of my impression. They were always encouraging and professional. I finally realized I wasn't going to be able to get a good impression on my own, asked for a full refund which they promptly sent.

I never received an email after I sent my kit back so I contacted customer service to see what was taking so long, it had been almost two months. They were extremely unprofessional and not very helpful. I decided to end my business with them then and save myself the trouble of dealing with that for months.

So far my experience has been excellent! The aligners fit nicely and they are really comfortable. They are easy and really unnoticeable. My teeth have already moved leaps compared to where they were at. Also, the whitening treatment is really great too!

Although my teeth are too severe to fix through alligners, the service I received during my business with Snapcorrect was splendid. When I would call for questions, I would receive answers. Something to note is if you have a slight case then this is perfect for you, however if you have an open bite or cross bite like me you won't get approved. I recommend Snapcorrect for their wonderful service.
