Dr. Villar is a graduate of A.T. Still University and a member of the Kois Center, one of the top dental research and training institutions in the world. He has won awards for his technical abilities and implant dentistry. His training consisted of providing a wide variety of dental care to patients across the nation from Washington to California, Arizona to Wisconsin, and Maryland. Most patients comment on Dr.Villars thorough and detail-oriented work. His exceptional clinical abilities are rivaled only by his kindness and tender demeanor. Dr. Villars shared values concerning patient care will be a tremendous addition to the Smyrna community.
Scott H. Marshall, D.M.D. graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a degree in dental medicine in 1987. He focuses on comprehensive dental care for all members of the family. Dr. Marshall is a member of Mt. Pisgah Methodist Church. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and boating. Born and raised in Smyrna, he currently resides in Alpharetta with his wife and two children.
Barbara M. Williford, D.M.D. graduated in 1993 from the Medical College of Georgia with a degree in dental medicine and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. As a dentist in Smyrna, she focuses on comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on family, restorative and cosmetic care. Dr. Williford enjoys enjoys her family, playing golf and attends Mt. Bethel United Methodist. Born and raised in Smyrna, she resides in Marietta with her husband and three children.

First time at Smyrna Family Dentistry. I saw Dr Villar, who was very personable and took a very thorough approach to my dental and general health. Being my first time, I had X-rays taken by Bonnya and a cleaning by Maggie. All were very good, including the helpful front office staff Karen and Michelle. Glad to find this dentist office.

This office is great! Karen & Michelle at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Yvonne did a wonderful job with the cleaning! Dr Villar explained everything clearly and throughly! I appreciate taking the approach of whole health care and not just the symptoms. Janeth was also extremely helpful explaining our insurance!

The front desk staff was friendly, Olivia cleaned my teeth with expert care, and doctor Villar was excellent. They were knowledgeable on issues related to some congenitally missing teeth and insurance relating to that. Michelle even gave out some useful career advice.

Had not been to the dentist in a while! What a perfect dental office to get me back in the swing of things. The staff was very knowledgeable- set the expectations and one of the least stressful experiences I've had ever! Everyone was super nice and jovial! They were helpful with finding our insurance info!! I would definitely recommend!

I went in for a cleaning and exam after being referred by a friend, my hygienist Maggie explained exactly what they were going to be doing and Dr. Villar was friendly and easy to talk to though my treatment plan and I'll be returning for a crown soon. Jessica at the front desk was awesome too!
