Front office provides subpar service and is unorganized. Visited 3 times over the last year and was less than satisfied. They're one of the only places accepting new patients and there's a reason for it. Honest review, just the way it is.

Was having trouble chewing on left side of mouth with extreme pain. Was told I had sensitive teeth and to rub sensodyne toothpaste on teeth before bed. Went to another Dentist in town who used their state of the art equipment to reveal completely cracked tooth #13. Tooth had to be extracted since Smyrna Dental dentist did not properly diagnose cracked tooth as I reported the symptoms over several visits.

Normally I don't have issues but they are being weird bout mask policy. They plan on keeping it even after universal lift. I asked nicely if they would take a exemption since I have one and they said no. I stated nicely that there is not any scientific proof to back up wearing them and the girl decided to let me know that the conversation would end if I discussed it further. I was nice so all she had to say was no and I can't change that. She disagreed with me so she couldn't handle that and was wanting to end call. If ppl have a exemption they need to take it.

I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to see me even though there were absolutely no other patients present in the office. Completely my fault by being late, but unacceptable that they couldn't see me. Also, the dentist was not present. The staff claimed that they called to notify me that there would be no dentist available and they wrote in their notes that they spoke to me, which was false. Very frustrated.

Fast service, friendly staff and clean/professional environment. Without dental their in house insurance plane is pretty spot on

I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to see me even though there were absolutely no other patients present in the office. Completely my fault by being late, but unacceptable that they couldn't see me. Also, the dentist was not present. The staff claimed that they called to notify me that there would be no dentist available and they wrote in their notes that they spoke to me, which was false. Very frustrated.

I'm grateful for this dental office! The dentist is understanding and easy to work with. I had so many problems with other dentist and my teeth and affordability in my life and I switched to this office and I was able to do everything I needed and with a payment plan which for me was so helpful and you really can't find that anywhere! So I would absolutely recommend this office. The staff is very pleasant and nice, scheduling is very easy. I'm very happy being there patient!

I've been waiting for months for an appointment to have my teeth cleaned; it has been such a challenge. No one here has gone above or beyond to even make a slight accommodation.

Staff is very kind and make you feel at ease in their care. You can tell they actually care about their patients and their quality of life and it shows in their dedication to their work. Highly recommended!
