Amazing, amazing, amazing. A MUST for freelancers without reliable health insurance. I was a bit skeptical using Smylen, but after carefully reading Google reviews, I was willing to try them out. From the beginning, the website is designed with the user in mind making it super easy to find the right dentist as well as showing transparency in what you pay. The transparency in price is what makes Smylen great. It is hard to trust health care providers as you often get surprises in your bill. I was also able to find the most amazing dentist through them, and had the BEST experience I've ever had with a dentist. I cannot be more happy with using both of them. Ashely with Smylen was also texting me throughout the process to make sure everything was seamless. Thank you so much!!

Smylen helps you book dental appointments at affordable prices! Their customer service also checks in with you and communicates with your dental office. I've been working with Melissa and she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Their $10 membership removes the $60 booking fees and gives you 5% back on purchases. That's plenty of savings! Perfect for somebody who can't afford the usual dental fees.

If you're looking for a dentist urgently and don't have dental insurance, LOOK NO FURTHER. Just call. Don't hesitate. Melissa and Ross are ANGELS. They helped me with a rotting tooth problem that was rapidly hurting. I needed an appointment ASAP and they spent days and nights finding the perfect dentist office for me. Not just some random dentist office that is cheap and questionable, but actually a 5-star dentist, better than any of the ones I've ever been to before. Smylen truly CARES and does not just want to collect money; and speaking of money -- INEXPENSIVE!!! They don't charge an arm and a leg like you would pay. Less than insurance. Always great service. I am just so beyond pleased that I ended up getting a family membership plan instead of getting dental insurance. Ross and Melissa, thank you guys SO much for your unwavering patience, dedication, and support! Incredible service!

I LOVE Smylen! Very easy to use and I was able to schedule a same-day appointment (thanks to the customer service team)! They linked me with Tribeca Dental Care which I highly recommend. All the staff that work there were amazing and I was so happy with my treatment. Price wise, it was $129 for x-rays/check-up and a cleaning. This is much cheaper than what I used to pay for dental insurance+copay. And surprisingly, the process was just so much smoother than when you have to deal with dental insurance! You just show up, get treated, and leave because you already paid online via Smylen.

I used Smylen to find a dentist near me. They were quick and easy to use with transparent pricing. I was very happy with the quality of my dental care as well. I am not of fan of calling doctors offices so this was the perfect site for me to use.

I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had while trying to book an appointment. Smylen really helped me out during an emergency were so thoughtful and very attentive. Smylen assisted with matching me with the perfect dentist at Sutton Place Dental. Had an old metal filling that needed replacement, as well as small cavity on same tooth. Not only was customer service at Smylen incredible (like my own dental consierge) but the replacement was quick & so affordable! Also important, after procedure the dental office assured me I was all settled. The package I purchased from Smylen covered all costs (Smylen contacted the dental office beforehand to assure me of this). I couldn't be happier with Smylen and the professional staff at Sutton Place Dental. No wait time, kind & friendly staff, and very knowledgeable doctors. The experience helped with dental drilling phobia and I look forward to using Smylen for more services soon.

Their website needs a lot of fine tuning but their customer service is top notch. When I first searched on their site for a doctor to take care of my tooth (root canal) I had many affordable options (one as low as $350) and I immediately tried to book. First it said my credit card was entered wrong (it wasnt) then i got an error and none of the pages would load. I closed my browser and waited a few minutes then tried again. This time I was not able to get a root canal for less than $1000-which is totally out of my price range, then I got lots of page errors and the site wouldnt load. After realizing my only choice financially was to extract my tooth, I tried again and was finally able to make an appointment for today. While the office i was directed to was fine they were not able to take me and i was turned away. I got home to see that my card was charged so I tried to call Smylen but their phone number didnt work. I decided to use the chat feature since I couldnt get them on the phone and someone called me right away, then the owner called me. Both apologized for the time wasted and offered to refund me what I paid AND pay for the extraction (which is unheard of these days). I am very grateful for this gesture and to have an appointment tomorrow to finally take care of my tooth. I wish I could save my tooth and I wish these procedures were not so expensive.
